2. Introduction for the environment and integration of staff with disabilities
The environmental component is taken into account in the design of our products, including
the use of the least polluting components on the market (epoxy paint, recyclable steel,
phthalate-free vinyl coating, antibacterial material).
We favour eco-certified cleaning products.
In order to minimise the impact of transport on the environment, we prefer to choose regional
or national suppliers:
45% of our suppliers are regional
98% are national
Our products can be dismantled and are 98% recyclable. (cf § 3 page 21)
The rest of the waste is recovered either by our suppliers for treatment or by a specialised
company.
Since 2009, Acime Frame has implemented the charter of eco-citizen gestures in companies.
Acime Frame pays particular attention to integrating staff with disabilities.
(As such it is exempt from the AGEFIPH* tax).
3. Quality approach
Acime Frame is an ISO 13485: 2016 certified company.
All our references are designed and manufactured in our factory in France.
Each piece of equipment is checked beforehand on the production site (quality control points,
operation...).
If you have the slightest doubt about the quality of the product you receive, do not hesitate
to contact us on +33 3 21 10 25 30 (standard) or +33 3 21 10 90 45 (after-sales service).

1. Product unpacking
Upon receipt, it is the responsibility of the receptionist to verify in the presence of the carrier
the integrity of the package received as well as the conformity of the product to the delivery
note.
In case of damage, it is important either to refuse the package, or to accept it by making
documented reservations (photos, comments of the delivery driver ...) and transmitting them
within 48 hours to the carrier and our after-sales service (+33 3 21 10 90 45 or
[email protected]) who will contact you and get in touch with the carrier.
Only if this procedure is followed can the sender and the customer be released from liability.
2. General product standard
This product is intended for patient transfers in hospital, emergency or intensive care settings.
It has been designed for safe installation and transfer.
The 270° retractable armrests allow lateral access to the chair without any obstacle. The
retractable footrest also allows obstacle-free frontal access. Once these elements are folded
down, the patient can be transferred safely.
The one-piece frame guarantees the robustness of the chair, which can accommodate a
maximum load of 200 kg.
The lifetime of "ACIME FRAME" products is 10 years, but this fact varies according to the use
and maintenance of the product.
Indeed, a misuse of our products, i.e. a use that does not correspond to the function for which
the product is designed and the non-observance of the maintenance instructions can
significantly reduce its longevity and releases the company Acime Frame from any
responsibility.

4. Obstacle clearance tips
How do I get over an obstacle greater than or equal to 12 cm?
It is preferable to overcome it by moving forward with the transfer chair while exerting
downward pressure on the push handle. See below:
Move the chair closer to the obstacle.
Lift the front wheels slightly (max. 260mm
before reaching the tipping point).
Once the front wheels are in place, raise the rear wheels
slightly with the push handle to clear the obstacle.
The obstacle has been overcome.
It is not recommended to cross the obstacle in reverse: risk of imbalance of the chair, lumbar shock for
the patient, and musculoskeletal disorders for the nursing staff.
