SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Important: Do not expose this product to rain or moisture to prevent
any liquid damage.
Caution: Do not disassemble this unit. To prevent any risk of electric
shock, do not remove the cover.
Ventilation: The device should be situated so that its location or
position does not interfere with its proper ventilation. For example,
the unit should not be situated on a bed, sofa, rug or similar surface
that may block the ventilation openings.
Heat: The device should be kept away from sources of high heat
such as radiators or stoves.
Cleaning: We strongly suggest using a clean, dry, non-alcohol cotton
swab to clean the glass surface periodically to maintain a clear image.
Inactivity period: The USB cord of the device should be unplugged
from the computer or the power adapter when the unit is left unused
for a long period of time.
USB overloading: Try not to overload the USB ports of your
computer. If you have too many USB powered devices connected to
your computer, there may not be enough power for the film scanner
to operate properly.
Servicing: The user should not attempt to service the device beyond
the means described in the operating instructions. All other servicing
should be referred to a qualified person.
Film Holder: The design of the film holder follows ISO standard.
In some cases, the holes on the film will not match exactly to
alignment of the holder. This is caused by non-standard cameras.
In this case, there will be a small black line on the edge of the frame
that can easily be cropped out using photo editing software.

LOADING SLIDES AND NEGATIVES INTO
THE HOLDERS
Note: Handle slides and negatives with care.
Any dust , scratch or fingerprint will be visible on your saved images.
SLIDES

1. Open the film holder at the marked spot on the top and place the
slides into the dedicated slots, it should fit perfectly.
2. Close the slide holder and press the edges to lock it in place.
NEGATIVES
(1) (2)
1. Open the negative holder at the marked spot on the top. With
the negative holder laid open place the negative into the holder so
the notches line up with the notches on the holder.
2. Close the negative holder and press the edges to lock it in place.
INSERTING HOLDERS INTO THE FILM SCANNER
Insert the negative or slide holder into the slot on the right
side of the film scanner as shown on the picture.
PROPER OPERATION SEQUENCE
1. Load slides or negatives into the corresponding holder
2. Insert the holder into the scanner
3. Connect the scanner to a power source (PC or power adapter)
4. Press the power button to turn on the scanner
5. Press the Scan button to start scanning
6.
When done using the scanner, take the storage card out
7. Pictures can also be viewed on a PC via USB Connection

MAIN MENU & MODES
Main Menu
When you power on the device,
it automatically goes into capture mode.
Press the Menu button to access
the main menu.
In the main menu, you will find different modes and submenus:
Language Setting
Choose a language between English,
German, Italian, Spanish, Traditional Chinese,
Simplified Chinese, Japanese and French.
Press OK to confirm
Resolution
Select “Resolution” to change the resolution.
Press OK to confirm
Storage
To preview or copy pictures (saved on the
SD card) to a PC, connect the scanner to a
PC using a USB cable. Turn on the scanner,
then from the main menu, select “USB
MSDC”, the screen will turn black.
CAPTURE FUNCTIONS
Capture
Select “Capture” to enter capture mode.
Before entering capture mode, choose a film
type or change the EV value.
Press OK to confirm
Exposure
In “Capture” select EV to change the
exposure value. Use the left and right
arrows to adjust the EV.
Press OK to confirm
Film Type
1. Black & White
2. Slides
3. Negatives Film
In "Capture", select Film Type to choose a film type and
press OK to confirm.
It will automatically enter Capture mode.

CAPTURE MODE
Shooting mode
0000 - Scanning amount available
5M - Resolution
Memory type
Mirror Image/Rotation
Before scanning, if you need to invert or rotate your image,
press the left or right keys to adjust it.
Press the left key to invert the image
Press the right key to flip the image
When you are satisfied with the image, press “Scan” to save it.
PLAYBACK MODE
From the main menu select “Playback” to view your saved photos.
Use the left and right keys to browse through the photo gallery.
In playback mode, press “Menu” to display more options,
press it again to hide the options.
1. +90° Rotation

3. Delete: Delete picture
from the memory card
4. Exit: return to playback mode
5. Save changes
6. Go back to capture mode
Press OK to confirm
Delete/Return
To delete a picture, select it and press “Menu”, then select the bin
icon. Press OK to confirm.
Leaving Playback mode
To go back to the main menu, select the house icon,
press OK to confirm and then press “Menu”.

PRECAUTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
Important : N'exposez pas ce produit à la pluie ou à l'humidité pour
éviter tous dommages liés aux liquides.
Attention : Ne démontez pas cet appareil. Pour éviter tout risque de
choc, ne retirez pas le couvercle.
Ventilation : La position de l’appareil ne doit pas interférer avec sa
bonne ventilation. Par exemple, ne le placez pas sur un lit, un canapé, un
tapis ou d’autres surfaces pouvant bloquer les ouvertures de ventilation.
Chaleur : Gardez l’appareil éloigné de sources de chaleur élevée
comme des radiateurs.
Nettoyage : Il est conseillé d'utiliser un coton tige propre, sec et sans
alcool pour nettoyer occasionnellement l’écran afin de garder une
image claire.
Période d’inactivité : le cordon USB de l'appareil doit être débranché
de l'ordinateur ou de l'adaptateur secteur lorsque l’appareil n'est pas
utilisé pendant une période prolongée.
Surcharge USB : Essayez de ne pas surcharger les ports USB de
votre ordinateur. Si vous avez trop d'appareils, alimentés par USB,
connectés à votre ordinateur à la fois, la puissance ne sera peut être
pas suffisante pour faire fonctionner l’appareil correctement.
Entretien : Ne tentez pas de réparer l'appareil au delà des moyens
décrits dans le mode d'emploi. Toute réparation doit être confiée à
un personnel qualifié.
Support : La conception des supports respecte la norme ISO.
Dans certains cas, les perforations sur le film ne correspondent pas
exactement à l’alignement du support. Cela est dû aux caméras
non standards. Dans ce cas, il y aura une petite ligne noire sur les
contours qui peut facilement être recadrée à l'aide d'un logiciel de

INSERTION DES DIAPOSITIVES ET
NÉGATIFS DANS LES SUPPORTS
Remarque : Manipulez les diapositives et les négatifs
avec précaution. Toute poussière, rayure ou trace de doigt
se verra sur vos images enregistrées.

1. Ouvrez le support à l’inscription située au milieu de la partie
supérieure et placez vos diapositives aux emplacements dédiés.
2. Fermez le support à diapositives et appuyez fermement
sur les bords pour maintenir le tout en place.
NÉGATIFS
(1) (2)
1. Ouvrez le support à négatifs à l’inscription au milieu de la partie
supérieure. Une fois le support ouvert, placez un négatif de sorte
à ce que ses crans s’alignent avec les encoches du support.
2. Fermez le support pour négatifs et appuyez fermement
sur les bords pour le maintenir en place.
INSERTION DE SUPPORT DANS LE SCANNEUR DE FILM
Insérez le support à négatifs ou diapositives dans la fente dédiée sur
le côté droit de l’appareil comme illustré ci dessus.
GUIDE D’UTILISATION
1. Insérez un négatif ou une diapositive dans le support
qui convient
2. Insérez le support dans le scanneur
3. Connectez le scanneur en USB à un ordinateur ou
un adaptateur secteur
4. Appuyez sur le bouton d’allumage pour allumer le scanneur
5. Appuyez sur le bouton SCAN pour commencer à scanner
6. Retirez la carte SD lorsque vous avez fini d’utiliser l’appareil
7. Les photos peuvent êtres visionnées sur ordinateur
via connexion USB

MENU PRINCIPAL ET MODES
Menu principal
Lorsque vous allumez l’appareil, celui-ci
entre automatiquement en mode Capture.
Appuyez sur Menu pour accéder
au menu principal.
Depuis celui ci vous trouverez différents modes :
Langues
Choisissez une langue parmi :
Anglais, Français, Allemand, Italien, Espagnol,
Chinois traditionnel/simplifié et Japonais.
Appuyez sur OK pour confirmer
Résolution
Sélectionnez « Résolution » pour changer
de résolution.
Appuyez sur OK pour confirmer
Stockage et connexion
Pour visionner et copier vos photos
(enregistrées sur la carte SD) vers un
ordinateur, connectez le scanneur en USB à
un PC. Allumez le scanneur, puis à partir du
menu principal sélectionnez « Connecter »,
l’écran va s’éteindre.
FONCTIONS DE CAPTURE
Capture
Sélectionnez « Capture » pour entrer en
mode capture.
Avant d’entrer en mode capture, choisissez
un type de film à scanner ou changez
l’exposition.
Appuyez sur OK pour confirmer
Exposition
Dans « Capture » sélectionnez EV pour
changer la valeur d’exposition.
Utilisez les flèches gauche et droite pour
ajuster l’exposition.
Appuyez sur OK pour confirmer
Type de film
1. Noir et blanc
2. Diapositives
3. Négatifs
Depuis « Capture », sélectionnez « Couleurs » pour choisir un type
de film et appuyez sur OK pour confirmer.
Vous entrerez automatiquement en mode Capture.

Avant de scanner, si vous avez besoin d’inverser ou de tourner votre
image, appuyez sur la flèche gauche ou droite pour ajuster l’image.
Appuyez sur la flèche gauche pour inverser l’image
Appuyez sur la flèche droite pour retourner l’image
Quand vous êtes satisfait du résultat appuyez sur « Scan »
pour enregistrer l’image.
MODE DE LECTURE
Depuis le menu principal, sélectionnez « Lecture » pour visionner
vos photos enregistrées.
Utilisez les flèches gauche et droite pour parcourir la galerie de
photos.
En mode lecture, appuyez sur Menu pour afficher des options
supplémentaires, appuyez de nouveau pour les cacher.
1. Rotation 90° à droite
2. Rotation 90° à gauche
3. Effacer : supprimer la photo
de la carte mémoire
4. Quitter : revenir au mode
de lecture
5. Enregistrer
6. Revenir au mode capture
Appuyez sur OK pour confirmer.
Effacer
Pour supprimer une photo, sélectionnez la et appuyez sur Menu,
puis sélectionnez l’icône poubelle. Appuyez sur OK pour confirmer.
Quitter le mode lecture
Pour revenir au menu principal, sélectionnez l’icône Maison.
Appuyez sur OK pour confirmer et ensuite appuyez sur Menu.
