1.2 Condizioni di garanzia
• Il Venditore garantisce che gli elementi costitutivi
del Prodotto sono di nuova fabbricazione, proget-
tati e realizzati in modo da soddisfare le speciche
caratteristiche tecniche del Prodotto stesso.
• Il periodo di garanzia è di 12 mesi (dodici mesi)
qualora il Compratore sia una persona giuridica
(c.d. “vendita B to B”, cioè “business to business”)
ovvero di 24 mesi (ventiquattro mesi) qualora il
Compratore sia un consumatore (c.d. “vendita B
to C” cioè “business to consumer”). La garanzia
decorre dalla data di consegna del Prodotto e, più
in particolare, dalla data della rma del certicato di
collaudo, qualora la macchina sia stata collaudata
ovvero dalla data del documento di trasporto, in
tutti gli altri casi. Nelle vendite “B to B” il periodo di
garanzia non può in ogni caso superare i 18 mesi
dalla data di spedizione del macchinario.
• All’atto della consegna il Compratore è tenuto a
vericare che la macchina sia integra e completa
di tutte le sue parti.
• Nel caso di danni o difetti al Prodotto occorsi du-
rante il periodo di garanzia il Compratore si obbliga
a comunicare al Venditore, per iscritto, l’esistenza e
la portata dei suddetti danni o difetti non più tardi di
5 (cinque) giorni dal momento della scoperta degli
stessi, nelle vendite “B to B”.
• La garanzia dà diritto esclusivamente alla sosti-
tuzione o riparazione gratuita delle parti difettose,
che saranno ritenute tali dopo un attento esame
effettuato dall’Ufficio Tecnico del Venditore. Le
spese di trasporto saranno a carico del Venditore
che sceglierà la modalità di invio del materiale a suo
insindacabile giudizio.
• Le sostituzioni o le riparazioni delle parti in ga-
ranzia non prolungheranno in ogni caso i termini
della stessa.
• In nessun caso il Compratore potrà pretendere
la riparazione del macchinario o dei singoli com-
ponenti qualora non abbia provveduto all’integrale
versamento del prezzo pattuito.

Conditions of guarantee
• The seller guarantees that the parts of the product
are new, designed and manufactured so as to meet
the specic technical characteristics of the product
itself.
• The guarantee period is 12 months (twelve months)
if the purchaser is a judicial entity (so-called “B to
B sale”, i.e. “business to business”) or 24 months
(twenty-four months) if the purchaser is a consumer
(so-called “B to C sale” ). The guarantee takes effect
starting from the date of delivery of the product and,
more specically, from the date of the signature of
the test certicate, if the machine has been tested, or
from the date of the shipping document, in all other
cases. In “B to B” sales, the guarantee period may
not in any case exceed 18 months from the date the
machinery is shipped.
• At the moment of delivery, the purchaser is required
to check that the machine is in good condition and
complete with all its parts.
• If the product has damage or defects which oc-
curred during the guarantee period, the purchaser
is required to inform the seller, in writing, of the
existence and the extent of said damage or defects
no later than 5 (ve) days form the moment they are
discovered, in “B to B” sales.
• The guarantee provides exclusively the right to free
replacement or repair of the defective parts, which
will be considered as such after careful examina-
tion by the seller’s technical department. Shipping
costs shall be at the expense of the seller, who shall
select the method of shipment based on his own
unquestionable judgment.
• Replacement or repair of parts covered by the
guarantee shall not in any case extend the terms
thereof.
• Under no circumstances shall the purchaser be
entitled to the repair of the machinery or of the single
components if full payment of the agreed amount
has not been made.
