Step One
1) Remove rear door 2) Spread parts out in your work area
Step Two
1) Cut the straps holding the cart to the wooden pallet and
tilt the cart body off the pallet. Turn the cart onto its back-
side until it is standing upright.
Step Three
1) Securely lock the tongue to the latch stand bracket by
the latch lock lever (lock the tongue into the 'W').
2) Install the axle through the wheel support and the rear
tongue section.
Step Four
1) Assemble a spacer tube onto each end of the axle.
2) Install a 1" flat washer, a wheel (valve stem facing out),
and another 1" flat washer onto the axle.
3) Secure the wheel with a cotter pin, spreading the ends
so that a hub cap can fit over the pin.
4) Snap the hub cap into place by pressing it onto the flat
washer.
5) Repeat on the other side of the axle.

Step Five
1) Flip cart over so it rests on the wheels
2) Assemble front tongue on top of rear tongue using
three 3/8" x 3" hex bolts and 3/8" Q\ORFNQXWV
Hint: Ease assembly by supporting the rearWRQJXHZLWK
a block of wood.
Step Six
1) Attach the engine/impeller housing assembly to the
upper holes in the angles welded to the tongue. Use four
5/16" x 3/4" hex bolts, 5/16" IODW washers and 5/16" nylock
nuts.
Step Seven
1) Assemble the elbow to the impeller housing using four
5/16" x 3/4" self tapping hex bolts and four nylon washers.
Push while turning to help start the bolts into the unthread-
ed holes.
2) To center the elbow with the opening in the hard top:
a. Push the vinyl boot back inside the opening
b. Loosen the bolts tightened in step six by
approximately ¼ turn each
c. Push against the elbow to center it with the sides of
the opening
d. Retighten the four bolts that you loosened
3) 0DNHVXUH the hose adapter (nozzle) LVVHFXUHO\DWWDFKHG
to the front of the impeller housingDQG the switch
actuator bracket contacts the housing switch.
4) Place a hose clamp onto the end of the hose and push it
onto the hose adapter (nozzle). Tighten hose clamp onto
hose and hose adapter but do not collapse hose adapter.
Step Eight (not shown)
1) Place the hose hanger rod assembly into the hose
hanger bracket on the impeller housing assembly.
2) Loop the 25" tarp strap under the hose. Fasten the
hooks to the hose hanger rod assembly.

Step Nine (for Chip-n-Vac model only)
Hint: Tip the cart bed back for easier access in this step.
1) Attach the chipper chute assembly to the weld bolts on
the back side of the impeller housing using three 5/16” flat
washers and 5/16” Nylock nuts. Tighten.
2) Insert the tamper plug into the end of the chipper chute
assembly.
