INTRODUCTION
Please read all instructions and warnings on the leaflet supplied inside this box before
use. To reduce the risk of burns, fire and personal injury, this product must be used in
accordance with these instructions and warnings.
KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE
BEFORE USE
Carefully remove all packaging. Avoid using any knives or other sharp
instruments as this may damage the product.
Check the product for any visible damage. If you see any damage or suspect
a fault, do not use your product, but contact your supplier for support.
SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING: Heat pack can reach up to 54oC/129oF. Always test on a small area of skin
before applying in full. This product can cause burns. Check skin frequently during use.
If you find irritation or a burn, remove product immediately.
Do not use while sleeping. Consult a doctor before use if you have poor circulation or
heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis or are pregnant.
When using this product: If product feels too hot on skin stop use or apply over
clothing. Do not place excessive pressure, a tight waistband or belt over the product.
Do not use for more than 30 minutes at a time.
Do not use:
with rubs, medicated lotions, creams or ointments
on unhealthy, damaged or broken skin
on areas of bruising or swelling that have occurred within 48 hours without
consulting a doctor
on areas of the body that don't feel heat
with other forms of heat
on those unable to follow these instructions or remove product without
assistance, including children, pets and some elderly users
Stop use and ask a doctor:
if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in
your skin that persist where the heat pack is worn or if after 7 days your pain
gets worse or remains unchanged, as this may be a sign of a more serious
condition.
ADDITIONAL WARNINGS
Do not activate heat pack if vinyl is punctured.
Do not attempt to reset heat pack if vinyl is punctured.
Never attempt to heat product in microwave.
Do not ingest contents of heat pack. If contents come into contact with your
skin or eyes, rinse right away with water.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.

TO ACTIVATE HEAT PACK:
1. Flex metal disc back and forth inside heat pack until crystals form.
2. Knead crystals inside heat pack to soften during activation process.
3. Apply heat pack to desired area.
HOW TO REUSE:
1. Carefully place the hardened heat pack into a pan of warm water.
2. Gently simmer the water (do not boil) for 10-12 minutes until all crystals are
gone.
3. Let the heat pack cool to room temperature before using again.
WARNING: Never allow pot to boil dry. Never leave heat pack unattended when
heating. Do not use or heat if vinyl punctured. DO NOT HEAT IN MICROWAVE. Keep
away from children and pets.
