Sicherheitshinweise
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Wasser (Badewanne,
Dusche, Waschbecken, etc.).
Trennen Sie den Infrarot-Ionen-Haarglätter nach jedem Gebrauch
von der Stromversorgung. Die Nähe zum Wasser stellt auch dann ein
Risiko dar, wenn das Gerät abgeschaltet ist. Ziehen Sie nach der Ver-
wendung nicht am Netzkabel. Ziehen Sie nur am Netzstecker, um das
Gerät von der Stromversorgung zu trennen.
Bevor Sie das Gerät an eine Steckdose anschließen, überprüfen Sie,
ob die auf dem Produkt angegebene Spannung mit der Netzspan-
nung vor Ort übereinstimmt.
Wenn das Gerät an eine Steckdose angeschlossen ist, lassen Sie es zu
keiner Zeit unbeaufsichtigt.
Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn es beschädigt ist.
Um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden, darf ein defektes Netzkabel nur
durch ein Original-Ersatzkabel ersetzt werden.

Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und Personen mit verrin-
gerten physischen, sensorischen oder psychischen Fähigkeiten oder
Mangel an Erfahrung und Kenntnis verwendet werden, wenn sie bei
der Verwendung beaufsichtigt wurden oder Anweisung zum sicheren
Gebrauch des Geräts erhalten und die Gefahren verstanden haben.
Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern durchgeführt werden.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nie für andere als in dieser Bedienungsan-
leitung beschriebene Zwecke.
Lassen Sie das Gerät vollständig abkühlen, bevor Sie es verstauen.
Wickeln Sie das Netzkabel nicht um das Gerät.
Halten Sie den Haarglätter nur am Gri, da die anderen Teile heiß
werden können; vermeiden Sie direkten Hautkontakt mit den aufge-
heizten Keramik-Turmalin-Flächen auf der Innenseite des Produkts.
Legen Sie das Produkt ausschließlich auf hitzebeständige, stabile und
ebene Flächen. Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel nicht mit hei-
ßen Teilen des Geräts in Berührung kommt.
Halten Sie den eingeschalteten Haarglätter von leicht entzündbaren
Gegenständen oder Materialien fern.
Bedecken Sie das heiße Gerät niemals mit Handtüchern, Kleidungs-
stücken oder anderen Gegenständen.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur an trockenem Haar und bedienen Sie es
ausschließlich mit trockenen Händen.
Halten Sie die Keramik-Turmalin-Platten sauber und frei von Staub
und Styling-Produkten, wie Schaumfestiger, Styling-Spray, Gel, etc.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nie in Kombination mit Styling-Produkten.
Sollten Sie das Produkt auf getöntem oder gefärbtem Haar anwen-
den, können sich die Keramik-Turmalin-Platten möglicherweise ver-
färben. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht an Kunsthaar oder Tierfell.
Eine Überprüfung bzw. Reparatur des Gerätes darf nur vom Herstel-

ler oder einer autorisierten Servicestelle durchgeführt werden, da an-
sonsten die Garantie erlischt. Führen Sie keine Metallgegenstände in
das Produkt ein, da dies zu Stromschlägen führen kann. Dieses Pro-
dukt darf nicht zerlegt werden.
Verwenden Sie nur das vom Hersteller empfohlene Zubehör.
Bewahren Sie die Produktverpackung außerhalb der Reichweite von
Säuglingen und Kindern auf, um Gefahren zu vermeiden.
Anwendung
1. Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit einer Stromquelle. Um den Inf-
rarot- und Ionen-Haarglätter EXCELLENCE einzuschalten, halten
Sie die An/Aus-Taste an der Seite des Produktes 2 Sekunden
lang gedrückt, bis das Display aueuchtet.
2. Drücken Sie die Taste +/-, um die gewünschte Temperatur einzu-
stellen. Durch das gleichzeitige Drücken von „+“ und „-“ können
Sie zwischen Celsius und Fahrenheit wechseln. Die verschiede-
nen Temperaturstufen (120°C bis 230°C) können unterschied-
liche Glättungseekte erzielen. Beginnen Sie zunächst mit einer
niedrigeren Stufe und erhöhen Sie die Temperatur bei Bedarf.
3. Kämmen Sie Ihr Haar und trennen Sie eine bis zu 5 cm breite
Haarsträhne ab.
4. Legen Sie Ihr Haar zwischen die beiden Keramik-Turmalin-Flä-
chen und drücken Sie die Grie zusammen. Die Vorderseite des
Geräts wird während der Anwendung sehr heiß. Vermeiden Sie
daher einen direkten Körperkontakt.
5. Für einen Glättungs-Eekt führen Sie das Gerät in einer einzigen
Bewegung (innerhalb von max. 5 Sekunden) ohne Unterbre-
chung vom Haaransatz bis zu den Spitzen.
6. Um Locken oder Wellen zu stylen, xieren Sie die Haarspitzen
zwischen den Keramik-Turmalin-Platten. Drehen Sie den Haar-
glätter langsam nach innen oder nach außen.
7. Um Ihr restliches Haar zu stylen, wiederholen Sie die Schritte.
8. Halten Sie erneut die An/Aus-Taste an der Seite des Produkts

2 Sekunden lang gedrückt, bis sich das Gerät ausschaltet und
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
9. Legen Sie das Gerät auf eine hitzebeständige Unterlage um es
abkühlen zu lassen.
10. Reinigen Sie das Gerät und insbesondere die Keramik-Turmalin-
Platten ausschließlich mit einem feuchten Tuch.
11. Bewahren Sie das Produkt an einem sicheren, trockenen und
staubfreien Ort auf.
Bei regelmäßiger Anwendung werden Hitzeschutzprodukte empfoh-
len.

Aufbewahrung & Reinigung
Trennen Sie das Produkt von der Stromversorgung und lassen Sie es
vor dem Verstauen vollständig abkühlen.
Bewahren Sie den EXCELLENCE Infrarot- und Ionen-Haarglätter nach
dem Gebrauch an einem trockenen und sicheren sowie für Kinder
unzugänglichen Ort auf.
Das Netzkabel darf nicht um das Gerät gewickelt werden.
Reinigen Sie die Heizplatten mit einem feuchten Tuch. Verwenden Sie
keine aggressiven Reinigungsmittel.
Um Kratzern vorzubeugen, reinigen Sie die Keramik-Turmalin-Platten
nicht mit scharfen Gegenständen oder rauen Materialien.
Entsorgung
Das Produkt darf nicht mit dem normalen Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
Befolgen Sie die örtlichen Bestimmungen zur getrennten Entsorgung

Eine ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung hilft, negative Auswirkungen auf

Infrared and ion hair straightener
Please read this user manual carefully before using the EXCELLENCE
infrared and ion hair straightener.

Safety Instructions
Do not use the appliance near water (bathtub, shower, washbasin,
etc.).
Disconnect the infrared ion hair straightener from the power supply
after each use. Proximity to water poses a risk even when the ap-
pliance is switched o. Do not pull on the power cord after use. To
disconnect the appliance from the power supply, only pull the power
plug out of the supply.
Before connecting the unit to a power outlet, check that the voltage
indicated on the product matches the local line voltage.
Do not leave the machine unattended at any time when it is connec-
ted to a power outlet.
Do not use the machine if it is damaged.
To avoid hazards, a defective power cord may only be replaced with
an original replacement cord.
This appliance may be used by children over 8 years of age and per-

sons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of ex-
perience and knowledge if they have been supervised during use or
have received instructions for the safe use of the appliance and have
understood the dangers.
Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance
must not be carried out by children.
Never use the machine for purposes other than those described in
this manual.
Allow the appliance to cool down completely before storing it.
Do not wrap the power cord around the machine.
Hold the straightener by the handle only, as the other parts may beco-
me hot; avoid direct skin contact with the heated ceramic tourmaline
surfaces on the inside of the product.
Only place the product on heat-resistant, stable and at surfaces.
Make sure that the power cord does not come into contact with hot
parts of the product.
Keep the straightener when switched on away from easily ammable
objects or materials.
Never cover the hot appliance with towels, clothing or other objects.
Only use the machine on dry hair and never operate it with dry hands.
Keep the ceramic tourmaline plates clean and free of dust and styling
products such as mousse, styling spray, gel, etc.
Never use the appliance in combination with styling products.
If you use the product on tinted or coloured hair, the ceramic tour-
maline plates may discolour. Do not use the product on synthetic hair
or animal fur.
Any inspection or repair of the device may only be carried out by the
manufacturer or an authorised service centre, otherwise the warranty
will become void. Do not insert metal objects into the product as this
may result in electric shock. This product must not be disassembled.

Use only the accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
Keep the product packaging out of the reach of infants and children
to avoid any danger.
Application
1. Connect the power cord to a power source. To turn on the
EXCELLENCE infrared and ion hair straightener, press and hold
the On/O button on the side of the product for 2 seconds until
the display lights up.
2. Press the +/- button to set the desired temperature. By pressing
„+“ and „-“ at the same time you can switch between Celsius and
Fahrenheit. The dierent temperature levels (120°C to 230°C)
can have dierent smoothing eects. Start with a lower level rst
and increase the temperature if necessary.
3. Comb your hair and separate a strand of hair up to 5 cm wide.
4. Place your hair between the two ceramic tourmaline surfaces
and press the handles. together. The top of the appliance gets
very hot during use. Therefore, avoid direct physical contact.
5. For a straightening eect, move the appliance in a single move-
ment (within 5 seconds maximum) without interruption from the
hairline to the tips.
6. To style curls or waves, x the hair tips between the ceramic
tourmaline plates. Turn the straightener slowly inwards or out-
wards.
7. To style the rest of your hair, repeat the steps.
8. Press and hold the on/o button on the side of the product for
2 seconds again until the appliance turns o and unplug the
appliance from the power outlet.
9. Place the appliance on a heat-resistant surface to allow it to cool
down.
10. Clean the unit and especially the ceramic tourmaline plates only
with a damp cloth.

11. Store the product in a safe, dry and dust-free place.
Heat protection products are recommended for regular use.

Thick, curly, dicult to smooth Medium to high (180 °C and higher)
Fine, normal or slightly wavy Low to medium (150 °C to 180 °C)
Fine, bleached/dyed Low (below 170 °C)
Storage & Cleaning
Disconnect the product from the power supply and allow it to cool
completely before storing.
After use, store the EXCELLENCE infrared and ion hair straightener
in a dry and safe place out of the reach of children. Do not wrap the
power cord around the appliance.
Clean the heating plates with a damp cloth. Do not use aggressive
cleaning agents.
To prevent scratches, do not clean the ceramic tourmaline plates with
sharp objects or rough materials.
Disposal
The product must not be disposed of with normal household waste.
Follow the local regulations for the separate disposal of electrical and
electronic products.
Proper disposal will help prevent negative eects on the environment
and health.

Consignes de sécurité
N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil à proximité de l‘eau (baignoire, douche, lavabo,
etc.…).
Débranchez le lisseur de l‘alimentation électrique après chaque
utilisation. La proximité de l‘eau présente un risque même lorsque
l‘appareil est éteint. Ne tirez pas sur le cordon d‘alimentation après
utilisation. Ne tirez sur la prise que pour débrancher l‘appareil de l‘ali-
mentation électrique.
Avant de brancher l‘appareil à une prise de courant, vériez que la
tension indiquée sur le produit correspond à la tension du réseau
local.
Ne laissez jamais le produit sans surveillance lorsqu‘il est branché sur
une prise de courant.
N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil s‘il est endommagé.
Pour éviter tout risque, un câble d‘alimentation défectueux ne peut
être remplacé que par un câble de remplacement d‘origine.

Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants à partir de 8 ans et par
des personnes ayant des capacités physiques, sensorielles ou men-
tales réduites ou manquant d‘expérience et de connaissances si elles
ont été supervisées pendant l‘utilisation ou ont reçu des instructions
pour l‘utilisation sûre de l‘appareil et ont compris les dangers.
Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec l‘appareil. Le nettoyage et l‘ent-
retien ne doivent pas être eectués par des enfants.
N‘utilisez jamais l‘appareil à d‘autres ns que celles décrites dans ce
manuel.
Laissez l‘appareil refroidir complètement avant de le ranger.
N‘enroulez pas le cordon d‘alimentation autour de l‘appareil.
Tenez le lisseur par la poignée uniquement, car les autres parties peu-
vent devenir chaudes ; évitez le contact direct de la peau avec les
surfaces de tourmaline céramique chauées à l‘intérieur du produit.
Ne posez le lisseur que sur des surfaces résistantes à la chaleur, sta-
bles et planes. Assurez-vous que le cordon d‘alimentation n‘entre pas
en contact avec les parties chaudes du lisseur.
Gardez le lisseur, lorsqu‘il est allumé, loin des objets ou matériaux
facilement inammables.
Ne couvrez jamais le lisseur chaud avec des serviettes, des vêtements
ou d‘autres objets.
N‘utilisez le lisseur que sur des cheveux secs et ne le faites fonction-
ner qu‘avec des mains sèches.
Gardez les plaques de tourmaline en céramique propres, sans pous-
sière et sans produits coiants tels que mousse, spray coiant, gel,
etc.
N‘utilisez jamais l‘appareil en combinaison avec des produits coiants
tels que gels et laque.
Si vous utilisez le lisseur sur des cheveux teints ou colorés, les plaques
de tourmaline en céramique peuvent se décolorer. N‘utilisez pas le

produit sur les cheveux synthétiques ou la fourrure d‘animaux.
Une révision ou une réparation de l‘appareil ne peut être eectuée
que par le fabricant ou un centre de service agréé, faute de quoi la
garantie sera annulée. N‘insérez pas d‘objets métalliques dans le pro-
duit, car cela pourrait entraîner un choc électrique. Ce produit ne doit
pas être désassemblé.
Utilisez uniquement les accessoires recommandés par le fabricant.
Gardez l‘emballage du lisseur hors de portée des nourrissons et des
enfants pour éviter tout danger.
Utilisation
1. Branchez le cordon d‘alimentation à une source de courant.
Pour allumer le lisseur de cheveux infrarouge et ionique
EXCELLENCE, appuyez sur le bouton On/O situé sur le côté
et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant 2 secondes jusqu‘à ce que
l‘écran s‘allume.
2. Appuyez sur la touche +/- pour régler la température souhaitée.
En appuyant simultanément sur „+“ et „-“, vous pouvez passer
de Celsius à Fahrenheit. Les diérents niveaux de température
(120°C à 230°C) peuvent avoir des eets de lissage diérents.
Commencez par un niveau inférieur et augmentez la températu-
re si nécessaire.
3. Peignez vos cheveux et prenez une mèche de cheveux d‘une
largeur maximale de 5 cm
4. Placez vos cheveux entre les deux surfaces de tourmaline en cé-
ramique et pressez les poignées ensemble. L‘avant de l‘appareil
devient très chaud pendant l‘utilisation. Évitez donc tout contact
direct.
5. Pour un eet lissant, déplacez l‘appareil en un seul mouvement
(dans un délai maximum de 5 secondes) sans interruption de la
racine des cheveux aux pointes.
6. Pour réaliser des boucles ou des ondulations, xez les pointes
des cheveux entre les plaques de tourmaline en céramique.

Tournez lentement le redresseur vers l‘intérieur ou vers l‘exté-
rieur.
7. Pour coier le reste de vos cheveux, répétez les étapes
8. Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton marche/arrêt situé sur le
côté de l‘appareil et maintenez-le enfoncé pendant 2 secondes
jusqu‘à ce que l‘appareil s‘éteigne et que vous le débranchiez.
9. Placez l‘appareil sur une surface résistante à la chaleur pour le
laisser refroidir
10. Nettoyez l‘appareil et surtout les plaques de tourmaline en céra-
mique uniquement avec un chion humide.
11. Stockez le produit dans un endroit sûr, sec et sans poussière.
Si vous utilisez le lisseur régulièrement, il est recommandé d‘utiliser
des produits de protection contre la chaleur.

Stockage et nettoyage
Débranchez le lisseur de l‘alimentation électrique et laissez-le refroi-
dir complètement avant de le ranger.
Après utilisation, conservez le lisseur EXCELLENCE dans un endroit
sec et sûr, hors de la portée des enfants. N‘enroulez pas le cordon
d‘alimentation autour de l‘appareil.
Nettoyez les plaques chauantes avec un chion humide. N‘utilisez
pas de produits de nettoyage agressifs.
Pour éviter les rayures, ne nettoyez pas les plaques de tourmaline en
céramique avec des objets pointus ou des matériaux rugueux.

Recyclage et traitement des déchets
Le produit ne doit pas être jeté avec les déchets ménagers habituels.
Respectez les réglementations locales pour le traitement séparé des
produits électriques et électroniques.
Un tri approprié des déchets permettra d‘éviter des eets négatifs sur
l‘environnement et la santé.

Istruzioni di sicurezza
Non utilizzare l‘apparecchio vicino all‘acqua (vasca da bagno, doccia,
lavandino, ecc.).
Scollegare la piastra per capelli agli ioni infrarossi dall‘alimentazione
dopo ogni utilizzo. La vicinanza all‘acqua rappresenta un rischio anche
quando l‘apparecchio è spento. Non tirare il cavo di alimentazione
dopo l‘uso. Per scollegare l‘apparecchio dalla rete elettrica, staccare la
spina dalla presa di corrente.
Prima di collegare il prodotto ad una presa di corrente, vericare che
la tensione indicata sul prodotto corrisponda alla tensione di linea
locale.
Non lasciare il prodotto incustodito in nessun momento quando è
collegato ad una presa di corrente.
Non utilizzare il prodotto se è danneggiato.
Per evitare pericoli, un cavo di alimentazione difettoso può essere

sostituito solo con un cavo di ricambio originale.

tenzione non devono essere eettuate da bambini.
Non utilizzare mai l‘apparecchio per scopi diversi da quelli descritti in

Lasciare rareddare completamente l‘apparecchio prima di riporlo.
Non avvolgere il cavo di alimentazione attorno all‘apparecchio.
Tenere l´apparecchio solo per il manico, poiché le altre parti possono
diventare calde; evitare il contatto diretto della pelle con le superci di
tormalina ceramica riscaldata all‘interno del prodotto.
Posizionare il prodotto solo su superci resistenti al calore, stabili e
piane. Assicurarsi che il cavo di alimentazione non venga a contatto
con parti calde del prodotto.
Tenere la piastra per capelli quando è accesa lontano da oggetti o
materiali facilmente inammabili.
Non coprire mai l‘apparecchio caldo con asciugamani, indumenti o
altri oggetti.
Utilizzare l‘apparecchio solo su capelli asciutti e farlo funzionare solo
con le mani asciutte.
Mantenere la piastra in ceramica tormalina pulite e prive di polvere
e prodotti per lo styling come mousse, spray per lo styling, gel, ecc.
Non utilizzare mai l‘apparecchio in combinazione con prodotti per lo
styling.
Se si utilizza il prodotto su capelli tinti o colorati, le piastre in ceramica
tormalina possono scolorire. Non utilizzare il prodotto su capelli sin-
tetici o pellicce di animali.

L‘ispezione o la riparazione dell‘apparecchio può essere eettuata
solo dal produttore o da un centro di assistenza autorizzato, altri-
menti la garanzia decade. Non inserire oggetti metallici nel prodotto,
poiché ciò potrebbe causare scosse elettriche. Questo prodotto non
deve essere smontato.
Utilizzare solo gli accessori consigliati dal produttore.
Tenere la confezione del prodotto fuori dalla portata di neonati e
bambini per evitare pericoli.
Applicazione
1. Collegare il cavo di alimentazione ad una fonte di alimentazione.
Per accendere la piastra per capelli a infrarossi e a ioni EXCEL-
LENCE, premere e tenere premuto il pulsante On/O sul lato del
prodotto per 2 secondi no a quando il display si illumina.
2. Premere il tasto +/- per impostare la temperatura desiderata.
Premendo contemporaneamente „+“ e „-“ è possibile passare da
Celsius a Fahrenheit. I diversi livelli di temperatura (da 120°C a
230°C) possono avere diversi eetti leviganti. Iniziare prima con
un livello più basso e aumentare la temperatura se necessario.
3. Pettinare i capelli e utilisare una ciocca di capelli larga no a 5
cm.
4. Posizionare i capelli tra le due superci in ceramica tormalina e
premere i manici insieme. La parte anteriore dell‘apparecchio
si scalda molto durante l‘uso. Evitare quindi il contatto sico
diretto.
5. Per un eetto di raddrizzamento, spostare l‘apparecchio in un
unico movimento (entro max. 5 secondi) senza interruzioni
dall‘attaccatura dei capelli alle punte.
6. Per acconciare riccioli o onde, ssare le punte dei capelli tra le
piastre di tormalina in ceramica. Girare lentamente l´apparatore
verso l‘interno o verso l‘esterno.
7. Per acconciare il resto dei capelli, ripetere i passi.
8. Premere e tenere premuto di nuovo il pulsante on/o sul lato
del prodotto per 2 secondi no a quando l‘apparecchio non si

spegne e scollegare la spina.
9. Posizionare l‘apparecchio su una supercie resistente al calore
per consentirne il rareddamento.
10. Pulire l‘apparecchio e soprattutto le piastre in ceramica tormal-
ina solo con un panno umido.
11. Conservare il prodotto in un luogo sicuro, asciutto e privo di
polvere.
I prodotti per la protezione dal calore sono raccomandati per un uso
regolare.

Stoccaggio e pulizia
Scollegare il prodotto dall‘alimentazione e lasciarlo rareddare com-
pletamente prima di riporlo.
Dopo l‘uso, conservare la piastra per capelli a infrarossi e a ioni in un
luogo asciutto e sicuro, fuori dalla portata dei bambini. Non avvolgere
il cavo di alimentazione attorno all‘apparecchio.
Pulire le piastre di riscaldamento con un panno umido. Non utilizzare
detergenti aggressivi.
Per evitare gra, non pulire la piastra in ceramica tormalina con og-
getti appuntiti o materiali ruvidi.
Smaltimento
Il prodotto non deve essere smaltito con i normali riuti domestici.
Seguire le norme locali per lo smaltimento separato di prodotti elet-
trici ed elettronici.
