TIPS TO OBTAIN THE BEST RESULTS
• It is recommended to run your purier at low speeds, 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. Running it at a low speed allows for maximum dwell time of
chemicals and VOCs in the air through both the carbon and HEPA lters
thus delivering superior ltration.
• Purier should be positioned at least 1 foot away from any wall or
furniture to prevent obstruction of air intake.
• Purier should be put in the general area that has the most pollution or
the room you spend the most time in. For example, if you spend most of
your day in the oce or living room, keep it there. At night, you can move
it to your bedroom area.
• Always maintain a humidity level of 35% or less in your home to ensure
the unit is operating at optimal levels. Overly humid conditions can have
an adverse eect on the performance of the carbon. When using purier
with a humidier, please keep humidier at least 6 feet away.
• At the beginning of product use, it is possible the carbon lter may emit
an odor. This smell will dissipate after 2 weeks.
• It is not recommended to operate purier in area where food is being
cooked, particularly near sh, meats and fried foods. Oil on carbon lter
can shorten lter life. Proper ventilation should be used when cooking.
After area has been properly vented, the purier can be used to maintain
fresh air.
IMPORTANT: In order to keep your purier in peak condition, it is essential to
replace your lters regularly. To help remind you, a Filter Replacement Date
sticker has been included with the purchase of this unit. Fill it out with the
dates you need to replace your lters using the recommendations provided
on page 8 of this manual. Ax to your purier as a reminder.
