TIPS TO OBTAIN THE BEST RESULTS
•It is recommended to run your purifier at low speeds, 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. Running it at a low speed allows for maximum dwell time of
chemicals and VOCs in the air through both the carbon and HEPA filters
thus delivering superior filtration.
•Purifier should be positioned at least 1 foot away from any wall or
furniture to prevent obstruction of air intake.
•Purifier should be put in the general area that has the most pollution or
the room you spend the most time in. For example, if you spend most of
your day in the office or living room, keep it there. At night, you can move
it to your bedroom area.
•Always maintain a lower humidity level in your home to ensure the unit is
operating at optimal levels. Overly humid conditions can have an adverse
effect on the performance of the carbon. When using purifier with a
humidifier, please keep humidifier at least 6 feet away.
•At the beginning of product use, it is possible the carbon filter may emit an
odor. This smell will dissipate after 2 weeks.
•It is not recommended to operate purifier in area where food is being
cooked, particularly near fish, meats and fried foods. Oil on carbon filter
can shorten filter life. Proper ventilation should be used when cooking.
After area has been properly vented, the purifier can be used to maintain
fresh air.
IMPORTANT: In order to keep your purier in peak condition, it is essential to
replace your lters regularly. To help remind you, a Filter Replacement Date
sticker has been included with the purchase of this unit. Fill it out with the
dates you need to replace your lters using the recommendations provided
on page 8 of this manual. Ax to your purier as a reminder.
