WALL CONTROL FEATURES
• Allows fan control from convenient
wall location
• Turns fan ON or OFF
• Selects Low, Medium or High
Speeds
• Keypad controls at ceiling remain
active
CONTROL DESCRIPTION
FAN ON Turns the fan motor ON at the
last selected speed
When Fan is running, select LOW,
MEDIUM or HIGH Speed. Once
HIGH Speed is reached, the fan
motor cycles back to LOW Speed.
FAN OFF Turns the Fan Motor OFF

MODEL SERIES 01000K INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
For use with MAXXFAN®Plus Models 4000K through 4801K
For use with MAXXFAN®Deluxe Models 5100K through 8501K
STEP 1
Cut a 1 5/8” x 1 1/4” rectangular hole in
the wall where you wish to mount the
1-Switch Wall Control.
STEP 2A
Plug one end of RJ-11 cable into GRAY
RJ-11 jack ( ) on MAXXFAN PCB (at
ceiling). Do not use the Black RJ-11 Jack ( ).
STEP 2B
Route RJ-11 cable
through wall to hole
cut in STEP 1.
STEP 3
Plug end of RJ-11 cable into RJ-11 jack
on 1-Switch Wall Control PCB. Note
arrow & ’Up’ marking on PCB for proper
orientation.
STEP 4
Attach the Wall
Control to wall with
appropriate screws
for wall construction.
STEP 5
Snap Bezel onto
Wall Control.
