Do not use the unit in places which are extremely hot, cold, dusty or
humid. In particular, do not keap the unih

could be a considerable rise in temperature)
Note on listening with the headphonea
●Listen at moderate volumes to avoid hearing damage.
●Do not wear the headphones while driving or cycling. It may create a
traffic hazard.
●You should use extreme caution or temporarily discontinue use in
potentially hazardous situations, such as walking, jogging, etc.
●Wear them properly: Lis left, Ris right.
Cassette tapes ❑
●Check and” fighten slack tapa before usa with apencil or similar tool as
illustrated. Slack tape may break or get jammed in the machanism.
●C-100 or longer tapas are extremely thin and easily deformed or
damaged. They are not recommended for use in this unit.

Replace the batteries when the tape speed slows down, volume dacreases
or sound distorts.

Note on dry cell batterlea
●Make sure that the 0 and Omarks are correctly aligned.
●Do not mix diffarent types of batteries, or an old battery with anew one.
●Never recharge the batteries, apply heat to them or take tham apart.
●Whan not using tha batteries, ramove them to prevent needless wear.
If liquid Ieaka from the batteriea, wipe thoroughly to remove.

Clntas de casete ❑
●Verifique ytense Ias cintas flojas antes de utilizarlas, con un Mpiz o
herramianta similar, tal como aparece en la figura. Una cinta floja puede
romperse oatascarse en el mecanismo.
●Las cintes C-100 o de m~s Iargo son muy finas ypueden deformarse o
darlarse fficilmente. Nose recomianda su uso en este aparato.

PARA COLOCAR PILAS ❑
Cambie Iaa pilas cuando la cinta se muava Ientamente, el volumen se
vuelva bajo ose distorsiona el sonido.

●No mezcle distintos tipoa de pitas o una pila vieja yuna pila nueva.
●No cargua Ias pilas, caliente odesarme.
●Cuando no utilice Ias pilas, s~quelas para evitar que se gasten
intitilmente.
Si se sale el I(quido de Ias pilas, Iimpie cuidadosamante antes y despu~s
de sacarlas.

●Les bandas des cassettes C-t 00 plus Iongues sent trbs fines et se
d6forment ou s’endommagent facilement. L’emploi de telles cassettes
n’est pas recommand&

Baalc operations
Press the following buttons,
ITo atop the tape I■STOP button I
To fast forward 44 FF buffon
To rewind B+ REW button
●Rewinding is faster than fast forwarding. To fast forward the tape faster,
turn the cassette over and press the EREW button.
●Rewinding does not stop at the end of the tape. Be sure to press the ■
STOP button to release the -REW button.
Usable tapes
Use only Type I(normal) tapas.
To obtain powarful heavy baas
Slide the SUPER BASS switch upwards to ON.
MAINTENANCE ❑
To clean the haad and the tape path
Aftar evary 10 hours of use, clean the head and the tape path with a head
cleaning cassette or cotton swab moistened wllh cleaning fluid or
denatured alcohol. (These cleaning kits are commercial available.)
When cleaning with acotton swab 6$, wipe @, @and 4.
To clean tha cablnat
Use asoft cloth lightly moistened with amild detergent solution,
Do not use strong aolventa such aa alcohol, benzine or thinner.

●El rebobkrado no se para al final de la cinta. Oprima el bot6n ■STOP
para soltar el bot6n -REW.

Despu6s de cada 10 horse de USO,Iimple la cabeza yel trayecto de la
cinta con un cassette para Iimpieza de cabezas o un algod6n empapado
en Ifquido de Iimpieza oalcohol desnaturalizado. (Podr~ adquirir estos
juegos en Ios comercios del ramo.)
Cuando haga la Iimpieza con un algod6n @, Iinipie @ @ y@.
Para Iimplar el muable
Ufitice un paf’ro suave empapado en una sokrci6n detergence neutra.
No ufilice disolventes fuertes tales como alcohol, bencina odiluyente.

la touche ■STOP pour lib6rer la touche -REW.

Ufilisez uniquement dea cassettee de type I(normal).

Faites glisser Ie commutateur SUPER BASS vers ie haut ~ON.
ENTRETIEN ❑
Nettoyage de la t?la at du parcours da la bande
Toutes Ies dix heures d’utilisation, nettoyer la t&e et Ie parcours de la
bande avec une cassette de nettoyage de t&e ou une ouate de coton
humect6e de Iiquide de nettoyage ou d’alcool dr5natur6. (Ces kits de
netfoyage sent disponiblea dana Ie commerce.)
Au neffoyage avec une ouate de coton @, neftoyer @, @et @.
Nettoyage du coffrat
Utiliser un chiffon doux humect6 de solution d&ergente deuce. Ne pas
ufilieer de solvant fort, tel qu’alcool, benzine ou diluant.
