INTRODUZIONE

per consultazioni future.
AP12LI-ION è un carica batterie progettato per la carica di pacchi batteria Li-Ion con tensione nominale di
12.6V DC.
AP12LI-ION carica il vostro pacco batteria a 12.6V DC erogando una corrente costante di 2A ±10% no a
quando il pacco batteria raggiunge uno stato di carica pari a 80% della sua capacità, dopodiché, eroga una
tensione constante di 12.6V ±2% e riduce gradualmente la corrente di carica no a che il pacco batteria
non è carico al 100%.
AP12LI-ION è provvisto di protezioni contro l’inversione della polarità, il cortocircuito e la sovraccarica delle
batterie per assicurare all’utilizzatore il massimo delle prestazioni.
AVVERTENZE E PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
• AP12LI-ION deve essere utilizzato solo al coperto, al riparo da umidità e pioggia.
• Caricare solo pacchi batteria Li-Ion con tensione nominale di 12.6V.
• Non tentare di accedere all’interno dell’apparecchio.
• Non cercare di caricare altri tipi di batterie o batterie non ricaricabili.
• Tenere lontano dalla portata dei bambini e da persone inesperte.
• Non lasciare il caricatore AP12LI-ION incustodito durante la carica del pacco batteria.
• Per qualsiasi informazione rivolgersi al vostro rivenditore di ducia.
ISTRUZIONI
1. Inserire il caricatore AP12LI-ION in una presa di rete 100-240V AC 50/60Hz.
2. Ora il LED sul corpo del caricatore sarà acceso di colore verde.
3. Assicurarsi che il connettore del pacco batteria abbia il polo positivo al centro.
4. Collegare il connettore jack maschio del caricatore AP12LI-ION al connettore jack femmina del pacco
batteria.
5. Ora il LED sul corpo del caricatore sarà acceso di colore rosso per tutto il tempo di ricarica.
6. Quando il pacco batteria sarà completamente carico, il caricatore fermerà automaticamente il proces-
so di carica e il LED sarà di nuovo di colore verde.
7. Scollegare il caricatore AP12LI-ION dal pacco batteria.
8. Scollegare il caricatore AP12LI-ION dalla presa della rete elettrica.
9. IMPORTANTE: scollegare il caricatore quando il pacco batteria è completamente carico.
AVVERTIMENTO: sovraccaricare il pacco batteria lasciandolo collegato al caricatore per un tempo mag-
giore di quello necessario per la ricarica, potrebbe causare danni al pacco batteria e al caricatore.

Vietato l’ulizzo ai bambini, alle persone non correamente
informate o non autosucien, senza la supervisione di un
adulto che sia consapevole dell’ulizzo consono al prodoo.
E’ vietato l’ulizzo diverso da quello indicato nelle istruzioni,
o che va al di Ià dell’ulizzo proprio che potrebbe generare

Uso non conforme prevedibile o imprevedibile

Ingiurie o lesioni gravi!
Nel caso di collegamen elerici erra o inada!
I collegamen elerici devono essere esegui con parcolare
aenzione, nel rispeo delle norme e regole aeren alla pro-
pria salute e sicurezza personale.
Gravi inciden in caso di selezione
delle funzioni e operazioni!
• Nonostante le protezioni di cui è provvisto il prodoo,
vericare che non si eseguano operazioni relave ad una
selezione errata delle funzioni.
• Scegliere le funzioni in modo tale che le protezioni di sicu-
rezza possano agire in modo conforme.
• Selezionare le funzioni nel modo determinato e descrio
nelle istruzioni.
• L’eventuale collegamento ad un altro apparecchio deve es-
sere monitorato in modo da garanre la massima sicurezza.
Un errore potrebbe causare situazioni di
grave pericolo!
Prima, durante e dopo l’ulizzo i cavi, le spine e i conneori de-
vono essere aentamente controlla anché non sia presente
un cortocircuito, siano integri e non ci siano li scoper o par
anche solo parzialmente danneggiate.
Fate aenzione all’ambiente in cui state operando!
Situazioni di pericolo potrebbero insorgere dalle persone,
animali o materiali presen nell’ambiente circostante in cui
state ulizzando il prodoo. Umidità, gas, vapori, fumi, pol-
veri, liquidi, rumore, vibrazioni, temperatura elevata, fulmini,
possibili cadute di materiali, vibrazioni e atmosfere esplosive.
Interruzione e/o avvio intempesvi!
Situazioni di pericolo potrebbero insorgere in conseguenza
di interruzioni o avvii intempesvi e imprevis delle funzioni
operave del prodoo. Eseguire controlli e veriche prima di
dare l’avvio o interrompere le funzioni operave del prodoo.
Anomalie nelle funzioni operave!
In presenza di funzioni operave del prodoo anomale è ne-
cessario interrompere tempesvamente l’operavità del pro-
doo. Consultare le istruzioni contenute nel libreo d’uso del
prodoo.
Garanzia: Il prodoo è garanto nei termini della legge vigen-
te. In caso di necessità rivolgetevi al punto vendita dove avete
acquistato il prodoo.
Assistenza e ricambi: l’assistenza sul prodoo e gli eventuali

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing an AlcaPower product. You can be sure that the product you have purchased is one
of the best that is currently available on the market. Before using the product, please read this manual very
carefully and keep it for further reference.
AP12LI-ION is an battery charger designed to charge Li-Ion battery packs with a 12.6V DC nominal vol-
tage.
AP12LI-ION charges your 12.6V DC battery pack by delivering a constant current of 2A ±10% until the
battery pack reaches 80% of its capacity, after that it delivers a constant voltage of 12.6V ±2% gradually
reducing the charging current until the battery pack is fully charged.
AP12LI-ION is tted with safety protections to safeguard against reverse polarity, short circuits and over-
charging of batteries to ensure the user the maximum performance.
WARNING AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• AP12LI-ION must be only be used indoors, away from humidity and rain.
• Charge only only rechargeable 12.6V Li-Ion batteries.
• Do not attempt to open the equipment.
• Do not try to charge other types of batteries or batteries that are not rechargeable.
• Keep out of reach of children and untrained individuals.
• Do not leave the AP12LI-ION unattended when is charging the battery pack.
• For further information, please contact your trusted dealer.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Plug the battery charger AP12LI-ION into a mains socket 100-240V AC 50/60Hz.
2. Now the LED on the charger AP12LI-ION will be on and coloured in green.
3. Make sure that the battery connector has the positive terminal in the centre.
4. Connect the male jack of the charger AP12LI-ION to the female jack of the battery pack.
5. Now the LED on the charger AP12LI-ION will be on and coloured in red whole charging time.
6. When the battery pack will be fully recharged, the AP12LI-ION charger’s LED will return coloured in
green.
7. Unplug the AP12LI-ION charger from the battery.
8. Unplug the AP12LI-ION charge from the mains socket.
9. IMPORTANT: disconnect the AP12LI-ION when the battery pack is fully charged.
WARNING: overcharing the battery pack by leaving it plugged to the battery charger for a longer time re-
spected to the needed one, may cause damages to the battery pack and the battery charger.

It is forbidden to use the product for any other purpose
other than that speci󰘰ed in the instructions, or that may go
beyond its intended use that could prove to be a source
of danger.
Foreseeable or unforeseeable misuse
Any use of this battery charger other than that specied
in the instructions, or which goes beyond the designated
use, is considered as non-compliant. Therefore, it is de-
emed as incompatible, improper, unforeseeable misuse
and for such reasons, this conduct brings about a high
level of danger. Consequently, with immediate e󰀨ect, Al-
caPower shall not be held responsible in any way what-
soever for damage caused by means of the abovemen-
tioned conduct.
Exemption from liability
Under no circumstances whatsoever shall AlcaPower
Distribuzione Srl be held responsible in the following
cases:
• If the product is not used properly.
• If the safety standards and regulations are not
complied with.
• If improper and reasonably foreseen uses of the
product is not considered.
• If the assembly procedure and/or electrical con-
nection are not carried out properly.
• If the correct operation of the product is not regularly
inspected.
• If repairs and/or modications are made to the
product that alter its integrity.
Serious damage or injuries!
In the event of incorrect or inappropriate electrical con-
nections!
Electrical connections must be carried out by paying parti-
cular attention, in accordance with standards and regula-
tions to safeguard your own health and safety.
Serious accidents in case of the selection of
functions and operations!
• Despite the safety protections present on the pro-
duct, check that operations caused by the incorrect
selection of functions are not carried out.
• Select the functions so that the safety protections can
act in accordance with safety standards.
• Select the functions as described in the instructions.
• Any connection to other equipment must be monitored

An error may cause high risk situations!
Before, during and after use: cables, plugs and connec-

Hazardous situations may arise following inadvertent
and sudden start-ups or interruptions of the operational
functions of the product. Carry out inspections and check
prior to starting up or interrupting the operational functions
of the product.
Abnormal operational functions!
ln the event of abnormal operational functions of the pro-
duct, it is necessary to promptly interrupt the operation of
the product. See the instructions in the product-specic
user manual.
Warranty: this product is covered by a warranty
under the terms of the current applicable law. In case
of need, contact the sales outlet where you bought
the product.

DISPOSAL. The crossed dustbin symbol reported on the product indicates that, at the
end of its useful life, the product must be collected separately from other waste. Therefore, the
end-user must deliver the product to the collection centers for electric and electronic waste
(WEEE). Alternatively, the product can be returned to the retailer shop when buying a new
product of the same type, in a ratio of one to one, or one to zero for products having external
dimension no more than 25cm. A separate collection guarantees the recovery and reuse of
