Warnings And Safeguards
CAUTION. The product you have purchased emits a strong light and could cause an oncom-
ing driver of a vehicle to experience serious visual impairment if the light is illuminated and
directed into the path of another vehicle. For this reason, the lights must be connected in a
manner to ensure the remote control (acting as an independent switch) will ONLY work when
the main high beam lamps are in the “ON” position.
Set-up And Assembly / Installation
• CAREFULLY read and understand ALL safety information, warning and cautions relating to the use and installation of the
LED Driving lights and LED Light Bar.
• SERIOUS property damage and physical injury may result unless instructions are followed.
• NEVER look directly into the LED Driving Lights or LED Light Bar; LED lights illuminate to a greater distance than the
vehicles standard high beam, so be sure to take this into account when dimming the lights.
• The location of the LED Driving lights and LED Light Bar mounting position must NOT interfere with the normal opera-
tions of the vehicle and MUST NOT obstruct the vision of the driver.
• DO NOT connect the LED Driving Lights and LED Light Bar to a 240V power source.
• DO NOT connect the LED Driving Lights and LED Light Bar to a power source greater than 32V.
• ALWAYS take care when handling electrical wiring. Placing undue force on wiring and cables can result in internal
damage and may cause wiring to fail.
• Make sure the driving lights and light bar do not restrict airow to the radiator or obstruct the headlights, turn signals or
parker lights.
MOUNTING THE LED DRIVING LIGHTS AND LIGHT BAR
The Driving Lights must conform with State Regulations regarding the minimum and maximum
mounting height regulations from the ground and other specic requirements.
Both Driving Lights should be mounted at the same height and equal distance from the center of the vehicle.
The Light Bar should be mounted to the front of the vehicle symetrically towards the centre.
The Driving Lights and Light Bar must not obstruct headlights, turn signals or parker lights.

in such a way that the light emitted does not cause discomfort to the driver either directly or indirectly through
the rear view mirrors and / or other reective surfaces of the vehicle.
4. Ensure the additional lighting is securely tted to the vehicle to minimise the likely hood of injury to a person
making contact with the vehicle.
5. Additional driving lights including LED light bars MUST ONLY be able to be illuminated when the main beam
head lights HIGH BEAM switch is in the “LAMPS ON” position.

disconnecting the battery may aect the vehicle’s on-board computer system and other devices such as your
radio or clock which may require a code to reset. ALWAYS check the vehicle’s user manual recommendations
BEFORE disconnecting the vehicle’s battery.

The 12V relay “C” should be mounted in an upright position protected from heat, sharp edges and moisture.
6. Unplug the wires from the back of the ON/OFF switch “H” noting which colour wire is connected to each
terminal. Select a suitable position on the lower dash board inside the vehicle to mount the ON/OFF switch “H”
making sure it is in easy reach of the driver.
NOTE. Mounting the ON/OFF switch “H” could require removal of a spare switch enclosure on
your vehicle’s dash board or making a small hole to t the ON/OFF switch “H” securely.
7. Remove the vehicle’s high beam wiring loom plug “B” from one of the vehicles headlights on the same side of
the vehicle that is closest to the mounted 12V relay “C” position.
