8. TENERE IL PRODOTTO LONTANO DALLA PORTATA DEI BAMBINI.
9. Non utilizzare una tensione elettrica diversa da quella indicata sul prodotto.
10. Per evitare incendi tenere la bilancia lontano da fonti di calore e da prodotti
infiammabili. Il calore potrebbe danneggiare i componenti elettrici ed elettronici
racchiusi nel corpo.
11. Posizionare sempre l’apparecchio su una superficie piana e stabile.
12. Durante l’utilizzo, tenere l’apparecchio ad almeno 1 metro da un forno a microonde o
da un telefono cellulare accesi. Questi apparecchi, utilizzati vicino alla bilancia possono
interferire con il funzionamento della bilancia.
13. Non mettere sulla bilancia recipienti caldi che superino i 200° C (392° F).
14. Non esporre l’apparecchio a temperature superiori a 50° C (122° F).
15. Non immergere la bilancia in acqua o in altri liquidi.
16. L’apparecchio contiene una batteria ricaricabile integrata. In caso di utilizzo
inappropriato, esiste il pericolo di incendio.
17. Caricare la batteria esclusivamente con il cavo in dotazione.

18. Non aprire la bilancia e non cercare di smontare la batteria.
19. Quando non usate la bilancia, non appoggiateci nulla sopra.
20. Per ridurre il rischio di lesioni, quando ricaricate la batteria, non lasciare pendere il cavo
dal piano cucina o dal tavolo.

previa comunicazione delle istruzioni relative all’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio e purchè
comprendano i pericoli ad esso legati.
La pulizia e la manutenzione non devono essere eseguite da bambini che non abbiano

PRIMO UTILIZZO
Dopo aver tolto la bilancia dall’imbal-
laggio, controllare che sia integra
in ogni sua parte. Prima di usare il
prodotto caricare la batteria.
COME CARICARE
LA BATTERIA
Inserire la spina di carica nel
connettore USB-C (E) presente sul
lato della bilancia.
Unire il cavo di alimentazione (F)
all’adattatore e collegarlo alla presa a
muro (fig. 2).
Durante la fase di ricarica l’icona “bat-
teria” presente sul display resta
accesa. Quando la carica è completa
l’icona “batteria” si spegne.
Il tempo necessario per una ricarica
completa è di circa 4 ore.
La bilancia NON può essere utilizzata
quando la batteria si sta ricaricando.
Quando il livello della batteria è
basso, l’icona “batteria“ compare
sul display e lampeggia.
COME USARE
LA BILANCIA
Posizionare la bilancia su di una
superficie piana e stabile.
ATTENZIONE!
Per avere la pesata corretta, la bilan-
cia deve essere sempre utilizzata
senza il supporto a muro inserito nel
foro presente sul corpo della bilancia.
• Per accendere la bilancia premere
e tenere premuto il tasto di
accensione ON/OFF (fig. 3).
Sul display compare “0” e l’unità di
misura preimpostata “grammi” (g).
• Per cambiare l’unità di misura
premere il tasto di selezione
Continuare a premere il tasto fino
a quando sul display non compare
il simbolo dell’unità di misura che
volete utilizzare: g, lb : oz, ml, fl oz
L’unità di misura impostata rimane
memorizzata. (fig. 4)
La bilancia è pronta a pesare.
• Mettere l’ingrediente da pesare
sul piano in vetro della bilancia.
Sul display compare il peso
dell’ingrediente. (fig. 5)
ATTENZIONE!
Questo prodotto è uno strumento
elettronico sensibile e come
tale può essere temporaneamente
influenzato dai dispositivi di
trasmissione radio utilizzati nelle
immediate vicinanze (come

telefoni cellulari, alcuni forni a
microonde, ecc.). Inoltre, livelli estre-
mi di interferenza elettromagnetica
possono causare il malfunzionamen-
to temporaneo di questo prodotto.
Se si verificano tali disturbi, rimuo-
vere la fonte del disturbo e riavviare
la bilancia.
Togliere la tara
• Se l’ingrediente da pesare deve
essere inserito in un recipiente,
occorre togliere la tara.
Il calcolo della tara può essere fatto
in 2 modi:
a) mettere sulla bilancia accesa
il recipiente vuoto. Sul display
compare il peso del contenitore.
Premere una volta il tasto ON/OFF,
per annullare il peso del recipiente.
Sul display compare “0” e l’unità di
misura selezionata. Ora aggiungere
l’ingrediente da pesare. (fig. 6)
b) mettere il recipiente vuoto sulla
bilancia spenta e poi accendere la
bilancia. Sul display compare “0” e
l’unità di misura.Inquestocasoil peso
del contenitore non viene visualizzato
e si può aggiungere subito l’ingre-
diente da pesare. Il peso indicato è
solo quello dell’ingrediente.
Per spegnere la bilancia premere e
tenere premuto il tasto ON/OFF .
Se la bilancia rimane inattiva per più di
3 minuti, si spegne automaticamente.
COME PESARE PIÙ
INGREDIENTI NELLO
STESSO RECIPIENTE
• Dopo aver tolto la tara, mettere il
primo ingrediente nel recipiente.
• Dopo averlo pesato, premere una
volta il tasto ON/OFF e il
display si azzera.
• Aggiungere il nuovo ingrediente
nel recipiente e sul display compare
il peso del nuovo ingrediente.
• Premere ancora il tasto ON/OFF
e il display si azzera nuovamente.
• Procedere in questo modo fino a quan-
do avete pesato tutti gli ingredienti.
Se si posiziona qualcosa da pesare sulla
bilancia e si preme il tasto ON/OFF
ma poi si toglie il peso, sul display
apparirà un valore negativo.
Per essere sicuri di pesare correttamente,
vi suggeriamo di spegnere e riaccendere
la bilancia.
ATTENZIONE!
La scritta “Err” sul display indica:
• che il peso degli ingredienti o
del recipiente supera la portata
massima della bilancia che è di
5 kg/ 11lb.
• un errore di pesata dovuto ad
un malfunzionamento della bi-
lancia o alla posizione non cor-
retta del recipiente o dell’ingre-
diente sul piano della bilancia.
Vi suggeriamo di spegnere e
riaccendere la bilancia.
In caso l’errore persista, premere
il piccolo tasto nero di reset posto
sul retro della bilancia.
COME PESARE
INGREDIENTI LIQUIDI
Accendere la bilancia e premere il
tasto per selezionare l’unità di
misura che volete utilizzare.
La pesata di ingredienti liquidi è
uguale alla pesata degli ingredienti
solidi (vedere paragrafo “Come usare
la bilancia” e “Come pesare più
ingredienti nello stesso recipiente”).
COME FISSARE
LA BILANCIA ALLA PARETE
Per fissare la bilancia alla parete
utilizzare l’adesivo-guida, i tasselli e le

viti inseriti nella confezione.
• Scegliere dove posizionare la bilancia.
• Attaccarel’adesivoguidasullaparete.
• Con un trapano e una punta per muro
da 4 mm di diametro,forare la parete
nei punti segnati dall’adesivo (fig. 7).
• Inserire i tasselli nel muro e fissare
il supporto con le viti prestando
attenzione che il logo Alessi che
compare sulla placchetta in acciaio
sia posizionato correttamente
(scritta in orizzontale).
• Posizionare sul supporto il disco
esterno in resina termoplastica per
coprire viti e magneti (fig. 8).
ATTENZIONE!
Per accoppiare perfettamente le due
parti, inserire la piccola sporgenza
presente all’interno del disco nella
scanalatura presente sul supporto.
L’effetto magnetico tra il supporto e il
retro della bilancia rende più semplice
l’operazione di appenderla (fig. 9).
Quando volete utilizzare la bilancia,
sfilatela dal supporto prendendola con
due mani.
Appoggiare i pollici sulla placchetta in
acciaio e tirare verso di voi (fig. 10).
COME PRENDERSI CURA
DELLA BILANCIA
• Pulire la superficie esterna e il piano
in vetro temprato SOLAMENTE
con una panno umido e asciugare
tutto accuratamente con un panno
morbido (fig. 11).
• NON usare solventi o prodotti per
la pulizia aggressivi e abrasivi.
• NON immergere la bilancia
nell’acqua e non mettetela in
lavastoviglie (fig. 12).
GARANZIA
Questo prodotto è coperto da una
garanzia di due anni dalla data di
vendita.
La garanzia copre tutti i difetti di
fabbricazione, sono pertanto esclusi i
danni provocati da urti accidentali e
da cattivo uso.
Alessi declina ogni responsabilità per
danni dovuti ad uso improprio.
Garanzia inserita nella confezione.
SMALTIMENTO
Al termine del suo ciclo di vita,
non disperdete l’apparecchio
nell’ambiente ma rivolgetevi ad un
centro specifico per lo smaltimento.
Disassemblate i suoi componenti per
poterli eliminare secondo le norme di
smaltimento vigenti nel vostro paese.

glass, and have been tested and certi-
fied to guarantee consumer safety.

FIRST USE
After taking the scale out of the
packaging, check that it is in perfect
condition. Charge the battery before
using the product.
HOW TO RECHARGE
THE BATTERY
Insert the charging plug in the USB-C
connector (E) on the side of the scale.
Connect the power cable (F) to the
adapter and plug it into a wall socket
(fig. 2).
During charging, the “battery” icon
on the display will remain lit.
When charging is complete, the
“battery” icon will disappear.
The time required to fully charge the
battery is approximately 4 hours.
The scale CANNOT be used when
the battery is charging.
When the battery is low, the “battery“
icon will flash on the display.
HOW TO USE THE SCALE
Place the scale on a flat and stable surface.
ATTENTION!
In order to have the correct weighing,
the scale must be always used
without the wall bracket inserted
into the hole on the scale body.
• Press and hold the ON/OFF button
(fig. 3) to turn the scale on.
The display will show “0”,
along with the preset unit of
measurement “grams” (g).
• Press the selection button to change
the unit of measurement .
Keep pressing the button until
the symbol for the required unit
of measurement appears on the
display: g, lb : oz, ml, fl oz.
The set unit of measurement will
be stored. (fig. 4)
The scale is now ready to weigh.
•
Place the ingredient/item to be weighed
on the glass surface of the scale.
The weight of the ingredient/item
will be shown on the display. (fig. 5)
ATTENTION!
This product is a sensitive electro-
nic instrument and as such may
temporarily be affected by radio
transmitting devices being used
in close proximity to it (such as
mobile phones, some microwave
ovens, etc...). Additionally, extre-
me levels of electromagnetic inter-
ference may cause this product to
temporarily malfunction.
If such disturbances occur, remove
the source of the disturbance, and
restart the scale.

Remove the tare
• If the ingredient needs to be
weighed in a container, this must
be tared first.
Taring can be performed in two
different ways:
a) with the scale on, place the
empty container on top. The
weight of the container will be
shown on the display.
Press the ON/OFF button
once
to remove (tare) the weight of the
container.
The display will show “0”, along
with the set unit of measurement.
Now add the ingredient to be
weighed. (fig. 6)
b) with the scale off, place the
empty container on top and then
turn on. The display will show “0”,
and the unit of measurement. In
this case, the scale is already tared
with the weight of the container,
and the ingredient to be weighed
can be added immediately. The
weight displayed will therefore be
that of the ingredient only.
To shut off the scale, press and hold
the ON/OFF button .
If the scale is not used for more than 3
minutes, it will shut off automatically.
HOW TO WEIGH MULTI-
PLE INGREDIENTS IN THE
SAME CONTAINER
• After taring the scale with a
container positioned on top, add
the first ingredient to the container.
• After weighing the ingredient out,
press the ON/OFF button once,
the display will zero out again.
• Add the new ingredient into the
container, and the display will show
the weight of that ingredient only.
• Press the ON/OFF button
again to re-tare the display will
zero out again.
• Repeat until you have weighed out
all the ingredients.
If you place something to be weighed on
the scale, press the ON/OFF button ,
but then remove the weight, a negative
value will be shown on the display.
To be sure you are weighing correctly,
it is recommended to switch the scale
off and on again.
ATTENTION!
If “Err” is shown on the display,
this indicates:
• that the weight of the ingredients
and/or container exceeds the
maximum capacity of the scale
5 kg/ 11 lb.
• a weighing error due to a
malfunction of the scale or
the container/ingredient being
positioned incorrectly on it.
Try switching the scale off and
on again.
If the error persists, press the
small black reset button on the
back of the scale.
HOW TO WEIGH LIQUID
INGREDIENTS
Switch on the scale and press the
button to select the unit of meas-
urement you wish to use.
Weighing liquid ingredients is the
same as weighing solid ingredients
(see the “How to use the scale” and
“How to weigh multiple ingredients
in the same container” sections).
HOW TO FIX THE SCALE
TO THE WALL
To hang the scale to the wall, use the
adhesive guide, the wall plugs and
screws provided.
• Choose where to position the scale.
• Stick the guide on the wall.
• Drill the holes marked on the

adhesive (fig. 7) using a 4 mm
masonry bit.
• Insert the wall plugs in the holes
and fix the support using the
screws, ensuring that the Alessi
logo on the steel plate is positioned
correctly (text horizontal).
• Place the outer thermoplastic resin
disc on the wall bracket to cover
screws and magnets. (fig. 8).
ATTENTION!
To perfectly mate the two parts, insert
the small protrusion on the inside
of the disk into the groove on the
holder.
The magnetic attraction between the
wall bracket and the back of the scale
simplifies hanging it up. (fig. 9).
When you want to use the scale, take
it in both hands and remove from the
wall bracket.
Rest your thumbs on the steel plate
and pull towards you (fig. 10).
LOOKING AFTER
THE SCALE
• Clean the outer surface and the
tempered glass top of the scale
using ONLY a damp cloth, then
dry thoroughly with a soft cloth
(fig. 11).
• DO NOT use solvents, harsh
chemicals or abrasive cleaning
products.
• DO NOT immerse the scale in
water and do not place in the
dishwasher (fig. 12).
WARRANTY
This product is covered by a two-year
warranty from the moment of sale.

EN MATIÈRE DE SÉCURITÉ
Lors de l’utilisation d’appareils électriques, des précautions générales de sécurité doivent
toujours être suivies afin de réduire les risques d’incendie, d’électrocution et/ou de blessures.

1. LISEZ ATTENTIVEMENT TOUTES LES INSTRUCTIONS AVANT D’UTILISER

8. GARDEZ L’APPAREIL HORS DE PORTÉE DES ENFANTS.
9. N’utilisez pas de tension électrique différente de celle indiquée sur le produit.
10. Pour éviter tout incendie, tenez la balance à distance des sources de chaleur et des

13. Ne placez pas sur la balance des récipients chauds dont la température dépasse les
200°C (392°F).
14. N’exposez pas l’appareil à des températures supérieures à 50°C (122°F).
15. Ne plongez pas la balance dans de l’eau ou d’autres liquides.

17. Ne rechargez la batterie qu’avec le câble fourni de série.
18. N’ouvrez pas la balance et n’essayez pas de démonter la batterie.
19. Lorsque vous n’utilisez pas la balance, ne déposez rien dessus.
20. Pour réduire le risque de lésions, lorsque vous rechargez la batterie, ne laissez jamais
pendre le câble hors du plan de cuisine ou de la table.
21. Si le produit ne fonctionne pas correctement ou s’il est endommagé, adressez-vous à

PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
Après avoir retiré la balance de son
emballage, vérifiez que toutes ses
pièces sont intactes. Avant d’utiliser le
produit, rechargez la batterie.
COMMENT RECHARGER
LA BATTERIE
Insérez la fiche de recharge dans le
connecteur USB-C (E) situé sur le
côté de la balance. Unissez le câble
d’alimentation (F) à l’adaptateur et le
brancher à la prise murale (fig. 2).
Durant la phase de recharge, l’icône
«batterie» sur l’afficheur reste
allumée.Lorsquela recharge est terminée,
l’icône «batterie» s’éteint.
Le temps nécessaire pour une
recharge complète de la batterie est
d’environ 4 heures.
La balance NE peut PAS être utilisée
lors de la recharge de la batterie.
Lorsque le niveau de la batterie est
faible, l’icône «batterie» apparaît
sur l’afficheur et clignote.
COMMENT UTILISER
LA BALANCE
Placez la balance sur une surface
plate et stable.
ATTENTION !
Pour un pesage correct, la balance
doit toujours être utilisée sans le
support mural inséré dans le trou
situé sur le corps de la balance.
• Pour allumer la balance, appuyez sur
la touche d’allumage ON/OFF
et maintenez-la enfoncée (fig. 3).
«0» et l’unité de mesure
prédéfinie «grammes» (g)
apparaissent sur l’afficheur.
• Pour modifier l’unité de mesure,
appuyez sur la touche de sélection.

Continuez à enfoncer la touche
jusqu’à ce que le symbole de
l’unité de mesure que vous
souhaitez utiliser apparaisse sur
l’afficheur: g, lb : oz, ml, fl oz.
L’unité de mesure sélectionnée
reste mémorisée. (fig. 4)
La balance est prête à peser.
• Placez l’ingrédient à peser sur la
surface en verre de la balance. Le
poids de l’ingrédient apparaît sur
l’afficheur. (fig. 5)

influencé par les dispositifs de
transmission radio utilisés dans
les proches alentours (comme
les téléphones portables, certains
fours à micro-ondes, etc.).
Par ailleurs, des niveaux extrêmes
d’interférence électromagnétique
peuvent provoquer le dysfonction-
nement temporaire de ce produit.
Si de telles interférences se pro-
duisent, éliminez la source de l’in-
terférence et remettez la balance
en marche.
Retirer la tare
• Si l’ingrédient à peser doit être placé
dans un récipient,il faut retirer la tare.
La tare peut être calculée de 2 façons:
a) placez le récipient vide sur
la balance allumée. Le poids du
récipient apparaît sur l’afficheur.
Appuyez une fois sur la touche
ON/OFF
pour annuler le poids
du récipient. «0» et l’unité de
mesure sélectionnée apparaissent
sur l’afficheur. Ajoutez à présent
l’ingrédient à peser.

b) placez le récipient vide sur la
balance éteinte et allumez ensuite
la balance. «0» et l’unité de
mesure apparaissent sur l’afficheur.
Dans ce cas, le poids du récipient
n’est pas affiché et vous pouvez
ajouter immédiatement l’ingrédient
à peser. Le poids indiqué n’est que
celui de l’ingrédient.
Pour éteindre la balance, appuyez sur
la touche ON/OFF et maintenez-
la enfoncée.
Si la balance n’est pas utilisée pendant
plus de 3 minutes, elle s’éteint
automatiquement.
COMMENT PESER
PLUSIEURS INGRÉDIENT
DANS LE MÊME RÉCIPIENT
• Après avoir retiré la tare, placez le
premier ingrédient dans le récipient.
• Après l’avoir pesé, appuyez une
fois sur la touche ON/OFF et
l’afficheur se met à zéro.
• Ajoutez le nouvel ingrédient dans
le récipient et le poids du nouvel
ingrédient apparaît sur l’afficheur.
• Appuyez encore sur la touche ON/
OFF et l’afficheur se met à
nouveau à zéro.
• Procédez de cette façon jusqu’à ce que
vous ayez pesé tous les ingrédients.
Lorsque vous placez quelque chose à
peser sur la balance et appuyez sur la
touche ON/OFF mais que vous
retirez ensuite le poids, une valeur
négative apparaît sur l’afficheur.
Pour être sûr de peser correctement,
nous vous conseillons d’éteindre et de
rallumer la balance.
ATTENTION!
L’inscription «Err» sur l’afficheur
indique:
• que le poids des ingrédients ou
du récipient dépasse la capacité
maximale de la balance qui est
de 5kg/11lb.
• une erreur de pesage due à un
dysfonctionnement de la bal-
ance ou à la position incorrecte
du récipient ou de l’ingrédient
sur la surface de la balance.
Nous vous conseillons d’éteindre
et de rallumer la balance.
Si l’erreur persiste, appuyez sur le
petit bouton noir de réinitialisa-
tion situé à l’arrière de la balance.
COMMENT PESER DES
INGRÉDIENTS LIQUIDES
Allumez la balance et appuyez sur la
touche pour sélectionner l’unité
de mesure à utiliser.
Le pesage d’ingrédients liquides est
identique au pesage des ingrédients

solides (voir paragraphe «Comment
utiliser la balance» et «Comment

même récipient»).
COMMENT FIXER
LA BALANCE AU MUR
Pour fixer la balance au mur, utilisez
l’adhésif de montage, les chevilles et
les vis inclus dans l’emballage.
• Choisissez l’endroit où positionner
la balance.
• Fixer l’adhésif de montage au mur.
• Avec une perceuse et un foret
pour mur de 4 mm de diamètre,
percez le mur au niveau des points
indiqués par l’adhésif (fig. 7).
• Introduisez les chevilles dans le
mur et fixez le support avec les
vis en veillant à ce que le logo
Alessi apposé sur la plaquette en
acier soit positionné correctement
(inscription horizontale).
• Placez le disque externe en résine
thermoplastique sur le support
pour couvrir les vis et les aimants
(fig. 8).
ATTENTION!
Pour accoupler parfaitement les deux
parties, insérez la petite saillie située
à l’intérieur du disque dans la rainure
présente sur le support.
L’effet magnétique entre le support
et l’arrière de la balance permet de la
pendre plus simplement (fig. 9).
Lorsque vous souhaitez utiliser la
balance, retirez-la de son support en
la tenant des deux mains.
Appuyez les pouces sur la plaquette
en acier et tirez vers vous (fig. 10).
COMMENT PRENDRE
SOIN DE LA BALANCE
• Nettoyez la surface extérieure
et la surface en verre trempé
UNIQUEMENT avec un chiffon
humide et essuyez soigneusement
avec un chiffon souple (fig. 11).
• N’ utilisez pas de solvants ou de
produits de nettoyage agressifs ou
abrasifs.
• Ne plongez pas la balance dans de
l’eau et ne la mettez pas dans le
lave-vaisselle (fig. 12).
GARANTIE
Ce produit est couvert par une
garantie de deux ans à compter de la
date de vente.
La garantie couvre tous les défauts
de fabrication, sont par conséquent
exclus les dommages provoqués
par les chocs accidentels et par une
mauvaise utilisation.
Alessi décline toute responsabilité en
cas de dommages dus à une utilisa-
tion inappropriée.

ÉLIMINATION
Au terme de son cycle de vie, ne jetez
pas l’appareil dans l’environnement
mais adressez-vous à un centre
spécifique en vue de son élimination.
Démontez ses composants afin de
