Garantie
1. Des informations, dessins techniques, illustrations, données techniques, descriptions des prestations
de poids et de mesure qui sont contenus dans les prospects, catalogues, circulaires, annonces ou
listes de prix, ont un caractère purement informatif. Nous ne portons pas garantie en faveur de la
justesse de ces informations. Concernant le sort et volume de la livraison, seulement les informations
contenues dans la commande et la confirmation de commande sont décisives.
2. Autant qu´un carence assujettie a la garantie existe, vous êtes autorises dans le cadre des définitions
légales d´exiger le postaccomplissement, reculer du contract ou diminuer le prix d´achat. Le délai de
prescription des exigences de garantie pour la marchandise livrée se monte pendant deux ans des la
réception de la marchandise, au cas où vous soyez consommateur (§13 le Code civil). Si vous êtes
entrepreneur, est valable la mesure que le délai de prescription monte seulement a un an (§14 le
Code civil).
3. Le droit a la garantie n´est en vigueur qu´en rapport avec la facture originale, le ticket de caisse ou
une confirmation ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH sur le droit de garantie.
4. C´est laissé à l´appréciation d´ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH, de réparer ou remplacer le
produit ou composant défectif. Le produit ou composant remplacé passe dans la propriété
d´ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH.
5. Tous les droits a la garantie sont effectuées directement par ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH
ou ses revendeurs délégués. Si la réparation est effectue par une personne non autorisée ou manda-
tée, ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH ne participe pas aux dépenses ni quelque responsabili-
tés, sauf si la réparation a été avant accordée avec ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH.
6. Tous les couts occasionnes par une éventuelle adaptation du produit, ne sont pas acceptes par
ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH.
7. Les points suivants ne comprennent pas la garantie ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH :
7.1. Contrôles réguliers, maintenance et réparation ou le remplacement de pièces d´usage.
7.2. Mauvaise utilisation ou défauts par une installation incorrecte.
7.3. Dommages cause par orage, eau, feu, surtension, un cas de force majeure ou une guerre,
raccordement défectueux au réseau, aération insuffisante ou défectueuse ou d´autres raisons,
sur lesquels ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH n´a pas d´influence.
7.4. Dommages qui naissent de transport ou d´emballage inadéquat.
8. Les droits de consommateur étant en vigueur dans le pays respectif, par exemple des demandes
envers le vendeur, comme déposé dans le contract de vente, ne sont pas touches par cette explica-
tion de garantie ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH, leurs établissements et distributeurs ne
portent pas responsabilité des dommages directes ou indirectes ou des pertes jusqu´a ce que les
définitions légales irréfutables se lui opposent.
9. Alphacool International GmbH ne se charge pas de la garantie du fabricant des éléments et compo-
sants électroniques. L´assemblage du refroidisseur s´effectue a vos risques et périls.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Betrieb
Die Alphacool International GmbH- Kühlkomponenten sind für die Kühlung von Computerbauteilen von
Alphacool zugelassen. Bei artfremder Nutzung erlischt die Gewährleistung.
Gewährleistung
1. Angaben, Zeichnungen, Abbildungen, technische Daten, Gewichts-, Maß- und Leistungsbeschreibun-
gen, die in Prospekten, Katalogen, Rundschreiben, Anzeigen oder Preislisten enthalten sind, haben
rein informatorischen Charakter. Wir übernehmen keine Gewähr für die Richtigkeit dieser Angaben.
Hinsichtlich der Art und des Umfangs der Lieferung sind allein die in Bestellung und Auftragsbestäti-
gung enthaltenen Angaben ausschlaggebend.
2. Soweit ein gewährleistungspflichtiger Mangel vorliegt, sind Sie im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestim-
mungen berechtigt, Nacherfüllung zu verlangen, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten oder den Kaufpreis zu
mindern. Die Verjährungsfrist von Gewährleistungsansprüchen für die gelieferte Ware beträgt zwei
Jahre ab Erhalt der Ware, falls Sie Verbraucher (§ 13 BGB) sind. Sind Sie Unternehmer (§ 14 BGB),
so gilt die Maßgabe, dass die Verjährungsfrist nur ein Jahr beträgt.
3. Der Gewährleistungsanspruch gilt nur im Zusammenhang mit der Originalrechnung, dem Kassenbeleg
oder einer Bestätigung von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH über den Gewährleistungsan-
spruch.
4. Es liegt allein im Ermessen von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH, das defekte Produkt oder
defekte
Bestandteile zu reparieren oder zu ersetzen. Das jeweils ersetzte Produkt oder der Bestandteil geht in
das Eigentum von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH über.
5. Alle Gewährleistungsansprüche werden von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH oder durch
beauftragte Fachhändler durchgeführt. Wird die Reparatur von einer nicht autorisierten oder beauftrag-
ten Person durchgeführt, übernimmt ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH weder Kosten noch
Haftung, es sein denn, die Reparatur ist vorher mit ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH abge-
stimmt worden.
6. Alle Kosten, die aus einer etwaigen Umrüstung der Produkte entstehen, werden von ALPHACOOL
INTERNATIONAL GMBH nicht übernommen.
7. Die Gewährleistung von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH schließen die folgenden Punkte nicht
ein:
7.1. regelmäßige Kontrollen, Wartung und Reparatur oder der Ersatz von Verschleißteilen
7.2. falsche Bedienungen oder Defekte durch fehlerhafte Installation.
7.3. Schäden, verursacht durch Sturm, Wasser, Feuer, Überspannung, höhere Gewalt oder Krieg,
fehlerhaften Anschluss an das Netz, unzureichende oder fehlerhafte Belüftung oder andere
Gründe, auf die ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH keinen Einfluss hat.
7.4. Schäden, die durch den Transport oder unsachgemäße Verpackung entstehen.
8. Die in dem jeweiligen Land geltenden Rechte des Verbrauchers, z.B. Forderungen gegenüber dem
Verkäufer, wie im Kaufvertrag niedergelegt, werden von dieser Gewährleistungserklärung nicht
berührt. ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH, ihre Niederlassungen und Distributoren, haften nicht
für direkte oder indirekte Schäden oder Verluste, soweit nicht zwingende gesetzliche Bestimmungen
dem entgegenstehen.
9. Alphacool International GmbH übernimmt nicht die Gewährleistung des Herstellers der elektronischen
Bauteile und Komponenten. Die Montage des Kühlers erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.

brulure. Refroidisseurs pas écoules avec liquide de refroidissement peuvent détruire le équipement
informatique de l´ordinateur. Au mise en marche le équipement informatique, assurez-vous toujours que
la pompe prend sa fonction.
Veuillez considérer qu´au resserrement des connexions, aucun outil comme des clés, pinces ou sem-
blable ne peut être utilise ! *Tous les produits en matière plastique ou connexions de fil en métal qui
sont lies à pièces de plastique deviennent rapidement surcharges avec l´outil ! Fissures ou autres
endommagements causées de cette façon, ainsi que dommages par l´échapper du liquide refroidissant
ne tombent pas dans la garantie !*
Utilisez seulement
Connexions avec un joint torique ! Par joint torique un ferme serrer avec la main c´est complètement
suffit. *Dans les instructions vous êtes clairement informe sur l’utilisation d’outils en cas exceptionnels !

Specified normal Operation
All Alphacool International GmbH cooling components are constructed and licensed for Alphacool
International GmbH computer construction parts. The warranty expires in case of misuse.
Warranty
1. Data, designs, illustrations, technical data, weight, measurement and specifications, contained in
folders, catalogs, circulars, announcements or price lists, have a purely informative character.
We do not undertake warrantee for the correctness of these data. As to the kind and the range of
delivery, alone the data contained in the order and confirmation of order are decisive.
2. Provided that a warrantor lack is present, you are entitled in the basis of the legal regulations to
require subsequent delivery, to withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
If you are a consumer the limitation period of warranty claims for the supplied commodity amounts to
two years starting from receipt of goods (§ 13 BGB). If you are an entrepreneur, in accordance with
legal conditions the limitation period amounts to only one year (§ 14 BGB).
3. The warranty claim is valid only in combination with the original invoice, the sales slip or an ALPHA
COOL confirmation on warranty claim.
4. It is ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH´s own discretionary authority, to replace or repair the
defective product or defective component. The replaced product or component change into property of
ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH.
5. All warranty claims are accomplished by ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH or its authorized
dealers. If the repair is carried out by a non authorized or assigned person, ALPHACOOL INTERNA-
TIONAL GMBH does take over neither costs nor liability, unless the repair has been previously agreed
with ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH.
6. All costs, resulting from refitting of the products, are not taken over by Alphacool International GmbH.
7. ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH`s warranty excludes the following points:
7.1. Regular controls maintenance and repair or the replacement of parts subject to regular wear and
tear.
7.2. Wrong manipulation or defects caused by incorrect installation.
7.3. Damages caused by storm, water, fire, overvoltage, higher violence or war, for incorrect connec-
tion to the net, insufficient or incorrect ventilation or other reasons, where ALPHACOOL INTERNA-
TIONAL GMBH has no Influence on.
7.4. Damages resulting from transportation or improper packaging.
8. Consumer´s rights are valid in the respective country; demands made to the salesman, as explained
and laid down in the sales contract, will not be covered by this warranty. ALPHACOOL INTERNA-
TIONAL GMBH, its Branch Office and Distributors, are not responsible for direct or indirect damage or
losses, as far as the compelling legal regulations do not oppose that.
9. Alphacool International GmbH does not take over the warrantee of the manufacturer of the electronic
construction units and components. The assembly of the cooler takes place at your own risk.

keit fallen nicht in die Gewährleistung!* Verwenden Sie nur
Anschlüsse mit einem Dichtring! Durch den Dichtring reicht ein festes Anziehen mit der Hand völlig
aus! *In Ausnahmefällen werden Sie in der Anleitung eindeutig auf die Verwendung von Werkzeug
hingewiesen!
Security advice
Not suitable for children under 6 years (contains swallowable small parts). Do not run any
cooling components, without ensuring that cooling liquid flows through the cooling system.

Use only Connectors with a sealing ring! By using a sealing ring a firm tightening with the hand is
enough! * Your instructions manual clearly refers to the use of tools in exceptional cases!

Bitte lesen Sie diese Sicherheitshinweise auf jeden Fall komplett durch, um mögliche Fehler, die
zu Problemen oder Hardwareschäden führen können, im Vorfeld auszuschließen. Nicht geeig-
net für Kinder unter 12 Jahren (enthält verschluckbare Kleinteile). Einige Teile des Alphacool
Heatmaster 2 können heiß werden. Es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr. Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor der
Installation sorgfältig durch. Vor dem Arbeiten an Ihrem PC sichern Sie bitte unbedingt Ihre Daten. Der
Alphacool Heatmaster 2 muss an einer freien Stelle fest im Gehäuse montiert werden. Achten Sie auf
die Richtung des USB-Steckers. Wenn Sie das USB-Kabel falsch herum in das Mainboard einstecken,
kann sowohl das Mainboard, also auch der Alphacool Heatmaster 2 beschädigt werden. Stecken Sie
niemals den USB oder Stromstecker ein oder ziehen ihn heraus während der PC eingeschaltet ist. Dies
kann die Hardware Ihres PCs (Netzteil, USB-Anschluss, Mainboard etc.) oder sogar den Alphacool
Heatmaster 2 zerstören. Stecken Sie niemals Lüfter, Durchflusssensoren, Thermosensoren, Relais,
LEDs oder sonstige Sensoren oder Aktoren bei eingeschaltetem PC ein oder aus. Dies kann den
Alphacool Heatmaster 2 oder sogar die PC-Hardware schädigen. Unterbrechen Sie niemals ein Firmwa-
re-Update. Dies kann die Controllersoftware des Alphacool Heatmaster 2 irreparabel schädigen, bzw.
der Controller muss über ein spezielles Programmiergerät neu konfiguriert werden. Unterbrechen Sie
niemals den Software Start der PC-Software. Wenn der PC im Betrieb ist, unterlassen Sie es bitte einen
abrupten PC-Shutdown durchzuführen (z.B. das Trennen der Stromversorgung oder Ausschalten des
Netzteils im Betrieb). Berühren Sie niemals den Alphacool Heatmaster 2 oder eines der an den Alpha-
cool Heatmaster 2 angeschlossenen Geräte im Betrieb.
Montagehinweise
Safety notice
Please read this safety notice thoroughly and completely to avoid possible errors which may lead
to problems or damage to your hardware. Not suitable for children under 12 years (contains
swallowable small parts). Some parts of the Alphacool Heatmaster can be come very hot. Danger
of burning. Please read the manual thoroughly and completely before installation. Before making any
changes to your PC please always back up your data. The Alphacool Heatmaster 2 must be installed
solidly in a suitable free and open space in the enclosure. Pay attention to the right orientation and
polarity of the USB connectors. If the USB cable is connected with wrong polarity to the Mainboard, both
the Mainboard as well as the Alphacool Heatmaster 2 may be damaged. Never connect or disconnect
the USB or power connection whilst the PC is switched on. This may damage or even destroy your
hardware (PSU, USB connector, Mainboard etc.) as well as the Alphacool Heatmaster 2. Never connect
or disconnect fans, flow rate sensor, temperature sensors, relays, LEDs or other sensors or actuators
whilst the PC is switched on. This may damage the Alphacool Heatmaster 2 or even the PC hardware.
Never interrupt a Firmware update. This may irreversibly damage the controller software of the Al-
phacool Heatmaster 2 or may cause the Alphacool Heatmaster 2 to be reprogrammed with a special
programming device. Never interrupt the Software startup of the PC software. When the PC is running,
please refrain from suddenly shutting down the PC by e.g. cutting the power to the system or switching
off the power supply. Never touch the Alphacool Heatmaster 2 or one of the devices connected to the
Alphacool Heatmaster 2 while the system is running.
Intended use
The Alphacool International Gmbh cooling components are approved by Alphacool International Gmbh
for cooling of computer components. If they are used for any other purpose the warranty is voided.

Hardware installieren
1. Shut down your PC and separate the system from the mains.
Ensure that there is no remaining static charge in your body or the enclosure. We recommend using anti-
static gloves and touching the Alphacool Heatmaster 2 only with anti-static gloves. Avoid any direct
contact with the components on the PCB.
Take the Alphacool Heatmaster 2 from the packaging and mount the unit in a suitable spot in the enclo-
sure.
2. Connect the USB connection cable first. Ensure that orientation and polarity are matching the connec-
tors on your Mainboard. Connecting the cable incorrectly may destroy your Mainboard and / or the
Alphacool Heatmaster 2
3. Now connect the power cable (4-Pin plug). Be very careful not to damage the other components on
the board.
4. Connect the components which are to be controlled or monitored (e.g. fans, sensors, relays, buttons,
pumps or LEDs).
5. Shut the enclosure of your PC, reconnect it to the mains and start up your PC.

Software installation
Download the software from http://www.alphacool.com/download/hm2.zip. Unzip the file. In the unzipped
folder you will find two setup files. Start the Setup_USB installation file. Follow the instructions to install
the driver. After a reboot of your system start the Setup_HM2 installation. Follow the instructions here as
well. For detailed information please consult the operating manual http://www.alphacool.com/download/
hm2manual.zip from page 11.
Assembly instructions
Sécurité

de courant ou le retirent pendant le PC est allumé. Cela sait le matériel de votre PC (bloc d'alimentation,
correspondance USB, Mainboard etc.) ou même détruiser l'Heatmaster 2 d'Alphacool. Ne mettez jamais
le ventilateur, les détecteurs d'écoulement, Senseurs thermals, relais, LEDs ou les autres détecteurs ou
acteurs au PC allumé ou de. Cela peut nuire à Heatmaster 2 d'Alphacool ou même le matériel de PC.
N'interrompez jamais une version de marchandise modernisée sûre. Cela peut nuire irréparable au
logiciel de contrôleur de gestion de Heatmaster 2 d'Alphacool, ou le contrôleur de gestion doit être

Hardware installieren

und fassen Sie den Alphacool Heatmaster 2 nur mit Antistatikhandschuhen an. Vermeiden Sie
jeglichen direkten Kontakt zu Bauteilen auf der Platine. Nehmen Sie den Alphacool Heatmaster 2 aus
der Verpackung und montieren Sie die Platine an einer geeigneten Stelle in Ihrem Gehäuse.
2. Schließen Sie als erstes das USB-Verbindungkabel an. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die USB- Leitung
richtig mit dem Anschluss an Ihrem Mainboard übereinstimmt. Ein Verdrehen des Kabels kann zur
Zerstörung des Mainboards oder / und des Alphacool Heatmaster 2 führen.
3. Schließen Sie nun das Power-Kabel (4-Pin-Stecker) an. Seien Sie dabei sehr vorsichtig, damit keine
anderen Bauteile auf der Platine beschädigt werden.
4. Schließen Sie nun die gewünschten Komponenten (z.B. Lüfter, Sensoren, Relais, Taster, Pumpen,
LEDs) an.
5. Verschließen Sie Ihren Rechner, stecken Sie Ihren Rechner wieder ins Stromnetz ein, und starten
Sie den PC.

Software installieren
Laden sie sich die Software von http://www.alphacool.com/download/hm2.zip herunter. Endpacken sie
die Datei. Im endpackten Ordner befinden sich zwei Setup- Dateien. Starten sie zu erste Setup_USB.
Folgen sie den Anweisungen, um den Treiber zu installieren. Nach dem Neustart installieren sie Se-
tup_HM2. Folgen sie auch hier den Anweisungen. Für eine detaillierte Installation lesen sie bitte die

Installer le matériel
1. Eteignez votre PC et séparez le PC du secteur. Assurez que ne se trouvent aucune tension résiduelle
dans votre corps ou le boîtier. Le mieux vous portez des chaussures d'anti-statique et touchez l'Heat-
master 2 d'Alphacool seulement avec des gants d'anti-statique. Evitez chaque contact direct avec des
éléments sur la Mainboard. Prenez l'Heatmaster 2 d'Alphacool de l'emballage et montez la Mainboard
à un lieu convenable dans votre boîtier.
2. Branchez comme le premier le câble de lien USB. Assurez que la direction USB-correspond correcte-
ment à la correspondance à votre Mainboard. Le fait de tordre le câble peut mener vers la destruction
de Mainboard ou/et d'Heatmaster 2 d'Alphacool.
3. Branchez maintenant le câble de power (4Pin prise en courant). Etes très prudents avec cela pour
qu'aucun autre élément sur la Mainboard ne soit endommagé.
4. Branchez maintenant les composants souhaités (p.ex. ventilateur, détecteurs, relais, capteurs, pom-
pes, LEDs).
5. Fermez votre ordinateur, mettez votre ordinateur de nouveau dans le secteur de courant, et lancez le
PC.

Installer le logiciel
Téléchargez à eux-mêmes le logiciel du http://www.alphacool.com/download/hm2.zip. A paquets finaux
eux le fichier. Dans le classeur décompacté se trouvent deux setups des fichiers. Lancez les trop
premiers Setup_USB. Suivez les instructions pour installer le pilote. Après un nouveau départ, ils
installent Setup_HM2. S'ils suivent aussi ici les instructions http://www.alphacool.com/download/
hm2manual.zip. Pour une installation détaillée, ils lisent s'il vous plaît l'instruction dès le côté 11.
