Machine Description

GENERAL
The machine is an open body, self-propelled, seated operator, wheeled dumper which transports or discharges earth, gravel, coarse
gravel or ballast and rubble on construction sites and other suitable locations.
The machine has a load carrying skip located over the front axle, in front of the operator. The machine discharges its load to the front
of the machine. The skip can be raised or lowered by two double acting hydraulic cylinders mounted between the front chassis and the
underside of the dumper skip, controlled by a lever operated control valve.
The machine is a load carrier and the dumper skip can be used for a multitude of building/contracting site functions, but essentially it

STANDARD OPERATION
The machine is intended to be used for the following, in safe environmental conditions as described in this manual.
• Moving earth, gravel, ballast and rubble on construction sites and other suitable work sites.
Any other use is not deemed suitable for this dumper. Altrad Belle will not liable for any damage or injury resulting from any use other
than outlined above. The operator will be liable.

DANGER ZONE
The danger zone is the area around the dumper in which persons are endangered during standard operation as outlined above.
The danger zone will vary depending on the use at the time, as material may be projected from the skip - the risks must be assessed
before operation to determine the danger zone.
During operation of the dumper, cordon off the work area and keep members of the public and unauthorized personnel at a safe
distance away from the danger zone.

MAIN BEAM / HEADLIGHTS SWITCH
Three Position Rocker Switch
This switch operates the Main Beam & Headlight functions.
Postion 1 = Main Beam ON
Position 2 = Side Lights ON
Position 3 = Head Lights ON
INDICATOR SWITCH
Three Position Rocker Switch
This switch operates the Indicator functions.
Postion 1 = Left Hand Indicator ON
Position 2 = Right Hand Indicator ON
Position 3 = Indicators OFF
SIDE LIGHTS SWITCH
Two Position Rocker Switch
This switch operates the Side Lights functions.
Postion 1 = Side Lights ON (with Ignition OFF)

CONSOLE SWITCHES
The switches on the console each have a graphic to explain the function of the switch. Before you operate the machine, ensure you
understand the function of the switch.
The switches will either be a 2-position or 3-position rocker switch.
The switches each have a backlight - the graphic will illuminate when the ignition switch of the side lights are in the ‘ON’ position.
If there is a light bar at the bottom of the switch, this will illuminate to show that the switch function is active.

DO NOT crank the engine for periods longer than 20 seconds. Allow 15 seconds for the engine to
warm-up before continuing operation.

NEVER travel on a public highway with the green beacon illuminated.
