These m otors are designed for t he aut om ation of roller shut ter syst em s. They com prise t he in-
duction condenser m otor with therm al protection, brake, gear box and electrom echanical limit
swit ches. The m otors of AM3-PP and AM4-PP series are equipped wit h m anual em ergency cont rol
m echanism .

These technical characteristics are applied to the ambient temperature of 20°С (±5°С)
and supply volt age of 230V/ 50Hz.

3 . Mounting and connect ion

The elect rician m ust be fully awar e of all specific f eat ur es of y our local elect ric net w or k.
Please, k eep t his Operat ion Manual t hroughout t he ent ire life of t he product .
The instru ctions provided in this Operat ion Manual should be qualified as basic sam ple guidance
since m ount ing spot s and your inst allat ion kit m ay vary. The inst aller is fully responsible for finding
the m ost appropriat e m ount ing solut ion.
Make sure t he roller shut ter is in working condition, and is suit able for aut om atisat ion with select-
ed elect ric m ot or. Check whet her t he curt ain of your roller shut ter m oves sm oot hly along t he guide
rails.
Mounting spot m ust be easily accessible. Before you st art t he inst allation, clean up your working
zone, r em ov e all unn ecessary t ools ( such as cables, w ir es, cor ds, et c. ) and sw it ch off all elect ric d e-
vices not required in the process of installat ion.

Ensure full visibilit y of your shut t er syst em fr om t he locat ion of shut t er cont rol u nit . The cont roller
has t o be m ount ed wit hin safe dist ance from m oving part s of t he shut ter and has t o be placed at
least 1.5 m above t he ground.

I f t he m ot or shaft rot at ion direction does not coincide with the required one, disconnect
elect rical network and swap t he connect ion of phase conductors L1 and L2.
4 . Lim it Sw it ch Adj u st m e nt
At t he beginning of the lim it swit ch adj ust m ent the awnings of roller shut ter should be
in t he fully lowered posit ion.
This sequence of t he lim it swit ch adj ust m ent is suit able for t he right -hand and left-
hand inst allation of t he m ot or.
The limit switch adjustment is performed by means of adjusting screws 1on the head part of the
motor (Fig.2). Next to t he adjusting screws there are arrows 2that indicate the direction of the m o-
tor shaft rotation (not to be confused with the direction for movement of the curtains of the roller
shutter!). The rotation of adjusting screw corresponding to the arrow towards “+ ” increases the du-
ration of the rotation; the rotation towards “ -” decreases the duration of the rotation.
Up Lim it Sw itch Adj ust m ent :
•Enable the m otor to lift the curtain. The motor will automatically stop through the activation
of the “up” limit switch; in this case the curtain of the shutter should not move up t o the upper lim it
posit ion;
•Holding down the button of the switch, rotat e the adjusting screw towards “+ ”, waiting for
the curtain reaches t he upper limit position.
Down Lim it Switch Adj ustm ent :
•Enable t he m otor to lower the curt ain; and using rotation of corresponding adjusting screw
towards “-” waiting for the curtain stop when it reaches the lower limit position;
•Continue lowering the curtain; and using rotation of adjusting screw towards “+ ” wait for the
curtain reaches the lower lim it position.
After limit switch adjustment it is required to perform trial start and m ake sure that adjustment is
correct. I f t he lim it swit ch adj ust m ent is incorrect, repeat t he adj ustm ent .

6. W areh ou sing, Transporta tion an d Recycling
Warehousing of products shall be stored packaged in closed and dry room s. Influence of atmos-
pheric fallout, direct sunlight is forbidden. Storage period is 3 years from t he production dat e. All
types of closed aboveground transport can carry out the transportation except bumps and moving
inside of transport.
Recycling is perform ed according to regulatory and legal acts about utilization and recy-
cling used in country of consumption. Product s don’t contain any m etal of value or agents,
which pose hazard t o life, healt h or environm ent .
Packing should be disposed of in accordance wit h applicable regulat ions.
7 . W a r ran t y
1. The Seller guarantees the serviceability of t he product under keeping of its service rules and
installation of the product made by the organization authorized by the Seller.
2. During the warranty period the faults through the fault of the Manufacturer or the Organization
authorized by the Seller that carried out the installation of the product are fixed by personnel of
m aint enance depart m ent of t he Organization.
3. The product warranty does not apply in the following cases:
•violation of rules for installation and operation of the product;
•inst allat ion, adj ust m ent , repair, reinst allat ion, or alt erat ion of t he product by persons not au-

thorized by the Seller;
•damage to the product caused by the unstable supply m ains or the m ism atch of t he elect rical

1. Общие положения и описание
Электропривод предназначен для автоматизации роллетных систем.
Состоит из асинхронного двигателя конденсаторного типа с термовыключателем, тормоза,
редуктора и механических выключателей конечных положений. Приводы оснащены механиз-
мом аварийного ручного управления.
2. Технические характеристики
Приведенные технические характеристики относятся к температуре окружающей
среды 20 ºС (±5 ºС) и напряжении питания 230В/50Гц.

3. Монтаж и подключение
Монтаж выполнить в соответствии c нижеуказанными требованиями и в порядке указанном в
иллюстрационной части руководства.
Монтаж, подключения, запуск в эксплуатацию должны выполняться квалифицированным
персоналом в соответствии с нормативно-правовыми актами региона, где производится
установка.
Сохраните данное руководство во время всего срока эксплуатации изделия.
Приведенные инструкции необходимо рассматривать в качестве примера, так как место ус-
тановки привода и его компонентов может отличаться. Задача монтажника выбрать самое под-
ходящее решение.
Роллета должна быть в исправном состоянии и пригодна для автоматизации выбранным
электроприводом, полотно роллеты должно свободно и беспрепятственно двигаться вдоль по
направляющим шинам.
Должен быть обеспечен свободный доступ к месту установки привода. Перед началом мон-
тажа из рабочей зоны должны быть удалены все ненужные предметы (кабели, провода, верев-
ки и т.д.) и выключено неиспользуемое оборудование.
Длину крепёжных элементов (винты, заклепки и т.п.) выбирайте так, чтобы они после уста-
новки не касались корпуса привода, не мешали монтажу привода и использованию аварийного
ручного управления.
Устройство управления приводом должно располагаться в пределах видимости роллеты, на
безопасном расстоянии от подвижных частей, на высоте не менее 1,5м.
ВНИМАНИЕ! Электрическая сеть должна быть оборудована защитным зазем-
лением. Участок электрической сети, к которому подключается привод, дол-
жен быть оборудован устройством защиты согласно номативно-правовых ак-
тов в данном регионе. Расстояние между клеммами в устройстве отключения
не менее 3мм.
При использовании привода снаружи (на улице) электрические кабели должны быть прове-
дены в специальных защитных кожухах.
ВНИМАНИЕ! Не допускается параллельно подключать несколько приводов к
одноканальному выключателю. Не допускается подключать несколько вы-
ключателей к одному приводу. Выключатель должен быть с блокировкой од-
новременного включения противоположных направлений вращения вала
привода.
ВНИМАНИЕ! При монтаже и дальнейшей эксплуатации средства для отключе-
ния должны быть встроены в стационарную проводку.
При повреждении шнура питания его замену, во избежание опасности, должен производить
изготовитель, сервисная служба или аналогичный квалифицированный персонал.
Кабель питания при монтаже должен быть направлен вниз, либо задан ход кабеля с образо-
ванием петли направленной вниз с целью исключения попадания конденсата (воды) на привод.
ВНИМАНИЕ! При монтаже запрещено вбивать привод в вал, сверлить и ввин-
чивать винты в вал на протяжении всего корпуса (трубы) привода. Длина ме-
тизов (винты, заклепки и т.д.) должны быть выбраны таким образом, что по-
сле установки они не соприкасались с электроприводом, не предотвращают
монтаж двигателя и использование механизма ручного аварийного подъёма.
Для безопасности необходимо следовать всем указаниям. Неправильный монтаж привода
может привести к травмам людей или повреждению имущества.
Не допускается внесение несанкционированных изменений в изделие или использование не
по назначению.

Если направление вращения вала привода не совпадает с требуемым, отключите
электрическую сеть и поменяйте местами подключение фазных проводов L1 иL2.
4. Настройка конечных положений
В начале настройки конечных положений полотно роллеты должно быть в полно-
стью опущенном положении.
Приведенная ниже последовательность настройки конечных положений действи-
тельна для установки привода с правой и с левой сторон.
Настройка конечных положений выполняется с помощью регулировочных винтов 1на голов-
ной части привода (Рисунок 2). Рядом с регулировочными винтами есть стрелки 2обозначаю-
щие направление вращения вала привода (не путать с направлением движения полотна ролле-
ты!). Поворот соответствующего стрелке регулировочного винта в направлении «+» увеличи-
вает продолжительность вращения, поворот в направлении «-» уменьшает продолжительность
вращения.
Настройка верхнего конечного положения:
•Включить привод на подъем полотна. Привод автоматически отключится после срабаты-
вания выключателя верхнего положения, не допустить при этом движения края полотна свыше
верхнего конечного положения.
•Не отпуская клавишу выключателя, вращением регулировочного винта в направлении
«+», добиться достижения полотном верхнего конечного положения.
Настройка нижнего конечного положения:
•Включить привод на опускание полотна и вращением соответствующего регулировочного
винта в направлении «-» добиться остановки полотна не достигая им нижнего конечного поло-
жения.
•Продолжить опускание полотна и вращением регулировочного винта в направлении «+»
добиться достижения полотном нижнего конечного положения.
После настройки конечных положений нужно произвести пробный пуск и убедиться в пра-
вильности установки их настройки. Если настройка конечных положений неверна, повторить
настройку.

5. Эксплуатация
ЗАПРЕЩАЕТСЯ! Привод не предназначен для использования лицами
(включая детей) с пониженными физическими, чувственными или умст-
венными способностями или при отсутствии у них жизненного опыта или
знаний, если они не находятся под контролем или не проинструктированы
об использовании прибора лицом, ответственным за их безопасность.
Дети должны находиться под контролем взрослых для недопущения игры с изделием и его
элементами управления.
Не допускать попадание влаги на электропривод.
При проведении работ (монтаж, ремонт, обслуживание, чистка, мойка окон и т.п.) отклю-
чите электропитание изделия.
ЗАПРЕЩАЕТСЯ! использовать привод с поврежденной изоляцией шнура пи-
тания.
При повреждении шнура питания его замену, во избежание опасности, должен произво-
дить изготовитель, сервисная служба или аналогичный квалифицированный персонал.
Перед приведением привода в движение убедитесь в том, что посторонние предметы и
люди не находятся в зоне движения роллеты. Наблюдайте за движением роллеты. Не
допускайте людей к роллетам до их полного закрытия. Не прикасайтесь кдвижущимся частям
роллеты.
В случае возникновения вопросов по работе изделия, которых нет в инструкции, необхо-
димо обратиться в сервисную службу или поставщику.
ВНИМАНИЕ! Механизм аварийного ручного управления привода не предна-
значен для частого использования, так как имеет ограниченный ресурс ра-
боты.
При исчезновении напряжения, выполнении ремонтных работ и т.п. механизм позволяет вы-
полнить открытие и закрытие роллеты вручную.
ВНИМАНИЕ! При использовании механизма аварийного ручного управления
привод должен быть отключен от электрической сети.
ВНИМАНИЕ! При обнаружении неисправности обратитесь в сервисную
службу.
6. Хранение, транспортировка и утилизация
Хранение изделия должно осуществляться в упакованном виде в закрытых сухих помещени-

Срок хранения – 3 года с даты изготовления.
Транспортировка может осуществляться всеми видами крытого наземного транспорта с ис-
ключением ударов и перемещений внутри транспортного средства.
Утилизация выполняется в соответствии с нормативными и правовыми актами по
переработке и утилизации, действующие в стране потребителя. Изделие не содер-
жит драгоценных металлов и веществ, представляющих опасность для жизни, здо-
ровья людей и окружающей среды.
Упаковка должна утилизироваться в соответствии с действующим нормами.
7 . Гарантийные обязательства
1. Продавец гарантирует работоспособность изделия при соблюдении правил его эксплуата-
ции и при выполнении монтажа изделия Организацией, уполномоченной Продавцом.
2. В течение гарантийного срока неисправности, возникшие по вине Изготовителя или упол-
номоченной Продавцом Организации, осуществлявшей монтаж изделия, устраняются сотрудни-
ками сервисной службы данной Организации.
3. Гарантия на изделие не распространяется в случаях:
•нарушения правил монтажа и эксплуатации изделия;
•монтажа, настройки, ремонта, переустановки или переделки изделия лицами, не упол-
номоченными Продавцом;
•повреждений изделия, вызванных нестабильной работой питающей электросети или не-
