Safety & Warnings!
1. Read all instructions.
2. Install in accordance with national and local electrical code regulations.
3. This product is intended to be installed and serviced by a qualied, licensed electrician.
4. Only install with a compatible Class 2 LED Driver. This product has not been evaluated for use when
connected to an LED driver that does not comply with Class 2 voltage and energy limited supplies.
5. Do not install in wet locations. For dry and damp use only.
6. Turn off electrical power before installing or servicing xture in any way.
7. To reduce the risk of re and overheating, make sure all connections are tight.

Installation: Prepare Wall

See nal/record drawings for mounting locations. Install
framing or strut channels with consideration for alignment
of wiring and Wall mounting locations.

SAMPLE DRAWING
Raise entire xture to wall, and connect wiring. Refer to
page 9 and record drawing to make wiring connections.
CAUTION: High Voltage Wiring — Ensure Power is OFF prior
to connecting wiring.

Install Canopy J-Box ((if using, by others) at power feed
location per nal/record drawing.

Prepare wiring into J-box. Refer to page and nal/
record drawing to make wiring connections. Strain relief
connection. Ensure Power is OFF prior to connecting
wiring.

Install Universal Adapter(provided) using appropriate
hardware screws (by others) to allow Fixture Mount on
Step 7. NOTE: Ensure Universal Adapter (holes) alignment
for Fixture, as shown.
5Install Universal Adapter (If Necessary)
Pushing wires connection into J-Box . Secure xture to wall
J-Box using provided 8-32 screws.
CAUTION: Do not pinch wires connections.

Turn breaker ON and check if xture operates as
intended and that there are no loose connections.

Ensure Fixture is properly aligned and leveled.

Installation: Tie-Back Supports
Wall Fittings may be installed directly into framing with
appropriate hardware.
NOTE: Cables should be installed at a 45° angle.

Route Tie-Back Cable through Tie-Back Bullet. Ball end
should sit in Tie-Back Bullet. Screw Tie-Back Bullet to Wall
Fitting.
12 Route Tie-Back Cable and Attach to Wall
Insert Tie-Back Cable through Cable Grippers, as shown.
13 Insert Tie-Back Cable into Gripper
Adjust Tie-Back Cable until Fixture is level. Keep xture
supported while Adjusting. With xture level and support-
ed, cut excess cable extending from cable gripper.
14 Adjust Tie-Back Cable Length
Ensure Fixture is properly aligned and supported.
15 Fixture Alignment
Turn breaker ON and check if xture operates as
intended and that there are no loose connections.
16 Turn Power On
Installation: Tie-Back Supports (Cont.)
Adjust Down-Light aiming, parallel and perpendicular
direction are available, as shown.

Troubleshooting
Full Fixture does not illuminate • Ensure all wire connections are made.
• Ensure xture is wired correctly and power is on.
• Check that circuit breaker is on and not off or tripped.
• Class 2 LED driver may be defective.
Full xture is ickering • 0-10V, DMX, and DALI Dimming Models: Ensure polarity is
correct for DATA + and - connections. Swapping DATA + and -
connections can cause ickering.
• TRIAC Dimming Models: Ensure a compatible TRIAC Forward
Phase dimmer is connected to xture. Call tech support for further
information.
• Possible loose DATA + and - connections from xture to 0-10V,
DMX, or DALI control.
• Possible loose low voltage DC + or - connection from driver to LED.
Call customer support.
Only a certied electrician can service and troubleshoot product eld issues. Always turn main power off
before servicing xture.
Fixture section(s) do not
illuminate
• Possible loose low voltage DC + or - connection between LED
boards or from LED driver to LED boards.
• Some xtures contain multiple LED drivers. In this case, it’s possible
one of the drivers is defective, which will cause the LED connected
to the driver not to illuminate. Call tech support.
Fixture section(s) are ickering • Possible loose low voltage DC + or - connection between LED
boards.
Fixture does not dim • 0-10V, DMX, and DALI Dimming Models: Ensure polarity is
correct for DATA + and - connections. Swapping DATA + and -
connections can cause ickering. TEST.
• TRIAC Dimming Models: Ensure a compatible TRIAC Forward
Phase dimmer is connected to xture. Call tech support for further
information.
• Possible loose DATA + and - connections from xture to 0-10V,
DMX, or DALI control.
