Getting Started
Welcome to using F2. This is a smart watch which can
help you reach your sport goals.
This package includes:
•F2 Smart Watch
•User Manual
•Charging Cable
Setting up your F2
First download & install the app SMART-TIME PRO, and
create an account to make sure the watch can
synchronize the data it collects with the app. The app is
where you can set goals, analyse your goals, see
historical trends and keep up with friends, and much
more.

Connecting Smart Watch Through
Mobile Phone
SMART-TIME PRO APP supports the operating system of
iOS 11.0 and Android 5.0, as well as Bluetooth 4.0. It is
available for more than 150 mobile devices.
1. Turn on Bluetooth on mobile phone.
2. Download SMART-TIME PRO app.
3. After installing the app, register and login
account according to a series of instructions.
4. Continue following the onscreen instructions to
connect or pair your smart watch to your mobile
device. Make sure that the watch and mobile
device can communicate with each other (sync
their data).
Open the app > Device > Add Device > Choose F2.
5. Select the Bluetooth name F2 with the strongest
signal from the list. Then the watch will show
pairing notification, click the confirm of the
pairing.

Quick Fit Strap
F2 contains two parts (watch body and
wristband), you can purchase separately
strap and switch as your preference.
Charging Instructions
•Turn the watch over, align and
attack the charging pins to the
magnet’s gold prongs. You will see
the charging icon on the watch
screen after 5s.
•Charing fully may take up to two
hours. You will see the battery icon
is full if the watch has been fully
charged.
•Please clean the charging interface before charging
for fear that the remaining sweat.

Functions
Sports
The F2 watch supports up to 11 sports modes including:
running, walking, cycling, climbing, treadmills, spinning,
yoga, swimming, basketball, football, badminton.
Heart Rate
Wear F2 correctly – don’t wear it too tight or loose. There
are two measuring ways:
•Turn on the heart rate icon on the watch and
measuring heart rate by manual.
•Set automatic monitoring time interval in the app
(monitoring once every 15/30/60/15 minutes).

Blood Pressure
Wear the watch in a correct manner and open the menu
of blood pressure. You can measure the blood pressure
there.
Alarm Clock
Set the alarm in app and sync it to watch. Maximum of
eight alarms.
Music Control
Control the music player of mobile phone to play the
music as well as song switching and volume adjustment.
Stopwatch
Electronic timer that can record multiple times.
Countdown
The same way to calculate the remaining time.

Remote Capture
This feature can remote control the mobile camera to
take pictures. Click Smart camera and turn on the
camera.
Find My Phone
User Bluetooth connection, click “Find Phone” on the
watch, the phone rings. Click pause to stop.
Settings
Set the watch’s general functions, brightness, language,
choose to power it off, return to factory settings and
learn more about the device.
Sports Records
Sports mode records was done, up to ten records,
updated automatically.
Body Temperature Measurement
Wear F2 correctly – enter temperature measurement, it
will show your body temperature in a second. There will
be two values on the screen, smaller data is your body
surface temperature, bigger data is your real body
temperature.

Troubleshooting
Heart rate signal is missing.
The F2 smart watch keeps paying attention to your heart
rate data during your exercise and your daily life.
Sometimes, the watch may not get a suitable heart rate
signal. At this time, the missing heart rate data will
appear at the dotted line.
If you can’t get the heart rate signal, first you should
confirm that you wear the watch correctly, adjust it to
avoid being too high or too low, neither too tight or too
loose on your wrist.
After the adjustment, turn on real-time heart rate
monitoring to get the data.
If there is still no heart rate data, check if the heart rate
monitoring function is turned on at SMART-TIME PRO
app.
Other problems.
If your mobile cannot pair the watch, click Settings >
Bluetooth in your mobile phone and check if there is
signal of F2.
If yes, it means there is no problem with the Blueooth
signal. Please check if the watch is paired with other
phones. If yes, disconnect them.

Safety Notice
By using this product, you agree that the measurements
are indicative, cannot be taken into account and do not
in any way replace a doctor’s evaluation (or other
therapies)! Therefore, do not evaluate the measured
values yourself and do not determine the therapy
yourself according to them. Follow your doctor's
instructions and trust his diagnosis. Take your medicine
as instructed by your doctor and never change the dose.
The measured values determined by you can only be
used for your information - they do not replace a medical
examination! Discuss your measured values with your
doctor, definitely do not make any medical decisions
based on them (for example, the use of drugs and their
dosage)!
The importer is not liable for the measured values.
Do not use the watch in extreme temperatures (below -
10 ° C and above 40 ° C).
Reassembling or modifying the product impairs its
safety. All modifications and repairs to the equipment or
accessories must be carried out by a specialist. Never
open or repair the product yourself! Handle the product
carefully. It can be damaged by blows, falling from a
height, etc.
Technical specifications are subject to change without
notice. Never heat the battery above 50°C and do not

dispose of in fire, risk of explosion / fire! Do not short-
circuit the battery. Do not subject the battery to
mechanical stress. Avoid dropping, bumping, bending,
twisting or cutting the battery. If the battery overheats,
stop charging immediately. A battery that overheats or
deforms during charging is defective and should not be
used. Never discharge the battery completely, as this will
shorten its lifespan.
Store out of direct sunlight at room temperature.
Keep the product out of the reach of small children –
there is a risk of suffocation by small parts.
Do not place the device near heat sources.
Connect to the correct power sources.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is
guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other
services during the warranty period, contact the product
seller directly, you must provide the original proof of
purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the
warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim
may not be recognized:
•Using the product for any purpose other than that
for which the product is intended or failing to follow
the instructions for maintenance, operation and
service of the product.
•Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the
intervention of an unauthorized person or
mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g.
during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means,
etc.).
•Natural wear and aging of consumables or
components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
•Exposure to adverse external influences, such as
sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic
fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains
overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage
(including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage
and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical
processes such as used power supplies, etc.
•If anyone has made modifications, modifications,
alterations to the design or adaptation to change or
extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original
components.

Začínáme
Vítejte v sekci použití F2. Jedná se o chytré hodinky, které
vám mohou pomoci dosáhnout vašich sportovních cílů.
Tento balíček obsahuje:

• Uživatelský manuál
• Nabíjecí kabel
Nastavení vašich F2 hodinek
Nejprve si stáhněte a nainstalujte aplikaci SMART-TIME
PRO a vytvořte si účet, abyste se ujistili, že hodinky
mohou synchronizovat data, která shromažďuje s
aplikací. S těmito hodinkami si můžete stanovovat cíle,
analyzovat své cíle, sledovat historické trendy a držet
krok s přáteli a mnoho dalšího.

Připojení chytrých hodinek přes
mobilní telefon
SMART-TIME PRO APP podporuje operační systém iOS
11.0 a Android 5.0, stejně jako Bluetooth 4.0. Je k
dispozici pro více než 150 mobilních zařízení.
1. Zapněte Bluetooth na mobilním telefonu.
2. Stáhněte si aplikaci SMART-TIME PRO.
3. Po instalaci aplikace se zaregistrujte a přihlaste se
podle řady pokynů.
4. Pokračujte podle pokynů na obrazovce a připojte
nebo spárujte chytré hodinky s mobilním zařízením.
Zajistěte, aby hodinky a mobilní zařízení mohli navzájem
komunikovat (synchronizovat svá data).
Otevřít aplikaci > Zařízení > Přidat zařízení > Vybrat F2.
5. Vyberte název Bluetooth F2 s nejsilnějším signálem ze
seznamu. Poté hodinky zobrazí oznámení o spárování,
klikněte na potvrzení spárování.
