It is important to read this manual thoroughly and thoroughly
understand it well before starting any type of operation and/or
intervention on the machine.
The machine must only be used and operated by previously
instruced personnl on the vehicle and its safety regulations, as well
as be allowed to operate with the machine itself.
Therefore, it is the duty of the Operator and those who are in charge
of maintenance before starting work or maintenance to read and
understand what is described and to know and familiarize with all
the controls of the machine in order to avoid situations of danger
for themselves and for others.

INTRODUCTION
This manual has been designed to give to the customer, to
the operators and to all the persons who enter
professionally in contact with the machine, the information,
the instructions and the suggestions on the correct,
appropriate and safe use thereof, especially In order to
avoid the most common causes of accidents that may
occur during work or maintenance
In addition, compliance with the rules contained in the
manual guarantees better performance, economies in the
exercise and a longer working life of the machine.
It is therefore important to read carefully and fully this
manual and understand it well before starting any type of
operation and/or intervention on the machine
Each machine is supplied with a copy of this manual;
Together with the spare parts catalogue, it is an integral
part of the machine and must follow it in every change of
ownership until its definitive elimination from the market
Keep the manual in the cab so that it is always available. If the manual is lost or becomes unreadable (torn,
dirty pages, etc.), immediately request a new manual from the sales dealer or the manufacturer's seat

Therefore, it is compulsory for the operator and those who are in charge of maintenance, before starting
work or maintenance, to read and understand what is described and to know and familiarize themselves
with all the controls of the machine in order to avoid situations of danger for themselves and others.
The operator is also obliged to observe the safety and precautionary rules on accidents, as well as the rules
of the road code where the machine circulances on the road.
If this vehicle is supplied with a contract of use or rental, it is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that
the new user reads and incorporates the manual
The manufacturer reserves the right to make at any time, without the obligation to update this
documentation, any modifications that it considers convenient for the purpose of improvement
For further clarification, please contact your dealer or the manufacturer's office, who will be at your complete
disposal for any useful information.
INTENDED USE
This machine is designed and constructed solely for the transport and unloading of earth, inert materials
(sand, gravel) or other bulk materials in the limits and in the modes of the load capacities indicated in this
manual and by the manufacturer.
Any use of the machine on public roads is subject to the traffic laws in force in the country of use.
This machine must only be used by the driver and is not intended for the carriage of other persons.
No modification must be made to the machine without the permission of the AMOG, as the modification
can lead to dangers.

UNUSED USE
Use of the machine to perform operations other than those described is strictly forbidden. Any liability of
the AMOG for any other use or failure to comly with the instructins give by the manufacturer is excluded.
It is forbidden to carry objects of any nature inside the dump or the cabin.
It is not permitted to use the machine for underground work and in potentially explosive environments. For
underground jobs, contact the AMOG firm to request the necessary requirements for machine adaptation.
Any arbitrarily made modification on the machine raises the manufacturer from any liability for possible
damages to things or people who can directly and/or indirectly derive it. The manufacturer and its
Distribution and Assistance network are not liable for damages that may result from defective operation of
components installed on the machine in the event of maintenance or repair but not approved. Therefore,
no warranty of any kind is give regarding the product manufactured or sold by the manufacturer for damage
resulting from faulty operation of unauthorized parts and/or components.
If the machine is used differently than allowed, the operator is responsible for its own safety and that of the
persons involved.
AMOG declines any liability for accidents to persons or property resulting from non-compliance
with the provisions and insructions listed in this manual and failure to comply with safety and
accident prevention regulations.
DRIVER OF THE MACHINE
Road driving is governed by the Road Code in force in the crountry of use and therefore requires a suitable
driving license.
For the use of the machine on site, the operator must have the minimum age provided by the law in force
in the relevant country.
This training must ensure that the machine is used properly, in relation to the risks that may be caused to
oneself or to other people.
Conducting any earth moving machine always requires a particular skill and technical perparation as well
as a high sens of responsibility. The operator must therefore have specific psycho-physical requirements
to be able to carry out this work. Therefore, use of these means must be reserved only to qualified
personnel. Operators must be appropriately trained in the use of the machine and be informed of any
special hazards in the workplace.
A training course is recommended that teaches the efficient and safe use of the machine and has a specific
knowledge of the operation of the engine and the hydraulic system for cleaning and maintenance.
The operation and maintenance of the machine must be limited to those persones who :
- they have a good view and perception of colors, good hearing, coordination and readiness for
refelctions;
- to be physically and mentally fit for work, able to wait for the demands associated with the operation of
the machine in its most intese use;
- abstinence from the use of the machine if you are exhausted, undifferentiated or under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or drugs that can alter or reduce your physical ability or refelxes;
- be able to properly read and understand the instructions contained in this manual in accordance with
the manufacturer’s intent;
- thye have a good capacity to evaluate weights, distances adn dimensions;
- they have the ability to drive and drive the machine in the yard;
- they have been trained in driving and maintenance, knowing the technical characteristics, maximum
dimensions, performance and limitations;
- be conscientious, attentive and sensitive to safety issues for themselves, people, animals, things, the
car and the environment;
- they know the workplace safety rules and regulations.
These people must be assigend to this task by the legal reprensentative of the owner of the vehicle.
The operator i salso resonsible for:
- do not allow anyone to approach when using the machine;
- Prevent the use of the machine by unskilled foreign personnel;
- follow daily the security procedures learned during the training;

- to recognize and avoid potential dangers at work;
- to include the warning signs and apply the indications (see section 4.3 “Decals”)
- to inspect the machine and check its proper functioning before starting the shift;
-to communicate any problem with the operation detected before or during operation of the machine;
- to avoid undeserved or imprudent actions that might endanger their own and others’ safety;
- always use common sense and always give priority to absolute safety.
The machine is provided for use in accordance with this manual. During its use, it is reminded operators to
always adopt an alert security attitude in order to improve the overall levelof safety of the machineBefore
starting work, the operator must verify that all safety devices are active and functioning and have the
obligation to rfuse to start oeprations if there are not conditions to work safely.
AMOG assumes no responsibility for damages caused to persons, animals, porperty or
environment resulting from the use of the machine by operators who do not meet the required
requirements.

For a better understanding of the information provided in this manual, critical or hazardous statements are
highlighted with the following symbolism:
Indicates an imminent risk situation that, if not avoided, could result in serious injury
or even death;
Indicates a potential risk that, if not avoided, could cause minor or
minor injuries. It can also be used to prevent dangerous operations
that can cause damage.

1.2 DIRECTION REFERENCE
The orientation of the driving seat determines the direction of the machine.
In Fig. 1 is represented the direction of advancement in TRANSFER condition (driving position facing the
front of the machine), for more or less long journeys, with or without the transport of material.
In Fig. 2, the direction of advancement in WORKING condition (driving position facing the rear of the
machine, rotated by 180 ° with respect to the transfer condition) is represented, for the operation of the
machine on site, for approaching phases and Manoeuvre for loading and unloading of material.
For traveling on the ROAD, for shorter or longer journeys, with or
without the transport of material, it is mandatory theTRANSFER

1.3 IDENTIFICATION OF THE MACHINE
The machine’s identifying data is stamped on to the appropriate name plate placed in the cab of the
machine:
1. Machine model
2. Number of road approval
3. Serial Number
4. Allowable loads
5. Engine power
6. Year of production
The chassis number is also written directly on the machine frame.
Other product plates are:
- ROPS/FOPS approval of the cabin
- the serial number of the engine, shown on the cylinder head or on the side of the engine
(depending on the type of engine)
- the serial numbers of the axles, shown on the axle boxes.

The dumpers and similar commercialized models bearing the trademark D’AVINO are exclusively
manufactured at:

2.4 CONFORMITY CERTIFICATE CE
The machine is accompanied by a CE mark in accordance with the "essential health and safety
requirements" provided for by the Machinery Directive of the European Union, 2006/42 / EC.
Anyone who make a change that compromises the safety of the machine is responsible for the
consequences that may result from it
The CE declaration of conformity is the document signed by the manufacturer that guarantees and
certifies that the machine complies with the European regulatory provisions regarding the product. This
document is delivered together with all the documentation upon delivery of the machine, must be kept
with care and must follow the machine until it is completely taken out of service.
The declaration contains the identification data of the machine, the manufacturer and the appropriate
regulatory references. A facsimile of the EC declaration follows:

Chapter 3 –SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This manuali s intended to be a practical and rational guide for proper machine use to avoid the most
common causes of accidents that may occur during work and maintenance.
It is therefore important:
- carefully read this manual before proceeding to start up, use, maintenance supplies or other work;
- to know perfectly the functions of all the controls and stability of the vehicle before starting work;
- read and observe all SAFETY STANDARDS in the following manual before any intervention.
The safety of the operator and those operating near the machine depends on the prudence and judgment
in the proper use of the machine itself.
3.1 PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (P.P.E.)
Operators must wear suitable suits for yard work.
Do not wear loose or dangling clothing such as tieds, scarves, unbuttoned jackets, open zip garments,
wrists widened sleeves, which can get caught in moving parts.
Avoid wearing rings, wrist watches, jewels.
Below are the main individual protective devices (P.P.E.) required for work on site :
- Helmet
- non-slip shoes
- protective goggles
- protective gloves
- noise-canceling headphones (if provided)
- Reflective clothing
- Waterproof for bad weather
- Protective mask for loads of dusty materilas.
MACHINE LIMITS
The highest performance level of the machine is defined during the functional testing phase before delivery.
Do not use the machine beyond the limits defined during the design; overcoming these limits can be
dangerous and may result in damage to the machine.
Do not try to improve machine performance with unapproved changes.
Any alteration involves the complete cancellation of the machine manufacturer’s warranty, functional and
ancillary equipment.
SECURITY DEVICES
Check all safety devices to ensure proper installation, correct operation, and possible damage.
If any irregularities are found, make any repairs.
Improper use of safety devices may result in serious accidents resulting in injury or death.
Be sure to use the safety devices correctly.
PRECAUTIONS FOR ACCESSORIES
When installing optional components or equipment, security issues maya rise. So always ask for advice
from AMOG srl.
The company does not respond to injury, accidents or malfunctions resulting from the use of unauthorized
equipment or accessories.

TRANSLATION OF PERSON OR PURCHASES
The machine is not approved for the transportation of other persons besides the operator who must be in
the driving position of the machine.
Do not leave people outside the machine during work.
Do no allow anyone to get on the work equipment.
Do not carry persons on board the machine.
Do not use the machine for the transport of objects, except for those intended and equipped with special
attachments.
Do not use the machine as a platform or scaffolding and in no case for any function other than that specified
by the manufacturer.
GETTING ON AND OFF FROM THE MACHINE
For climbing on the vehicle, you must use the stairs and the special gates near the driving position; it is
forbidden to use the levers and the control devices.
If the car starts to move without operator inside, do not climb the car with a jump to try to stop it.
It is forbidden to go up or down the machine when it is in motion.
Get out of the machine only when it is completely stopped and stable.
Do not climb or get out of the machine by jumping or holding tools.
Go uphill or get off the driver’s seat or from other raised parts always facing the engine; to ensure the
support always hold both hands and a foot or both feet and a hand positioned on the steps and handrails.
Do not climb on the engine hood or other parts of the machine.
DRIVER’SEAT
Before entering the operator’s cab, always, remove mud and oil from the sole of the shoes. If you operate
the pedal with mud or oil under the sole of the shoe, your foot could slip, causing accidents.
Keep the area around the operator seat clean.
Do no put any object at the foot of the operator seat or around the pedals, and do not hang anything on the
control levers. The latter could be unintentionally driven, causing uncontrolled displacement of the machine
or the operation of the work equipment, and therefore of danger situations.
Arrange items that are not necessary for driving operations in the place they are intended for.
Do no bring objects into the pockets that may fall into the open compartments of the machine.
Always keep the guide spot away from foreign objects, especially if not secured.
Do no leave components or tools scattered in the operator’s cab.
Do not use mobile phones in the operator’s cab while driving or operating the machine.
Never bring hazardous objects into the operato’rs cabine, for example inflammable or explosive objects.
CABIN/OPERATOR PROTECTION
Do not modify, repair, or remove the operator’s protective structure. The protection offered by the cab/roof
would be compromised, creating a risk that could result in death or serious injury to people if structural
damage or modifications (welding, drilling, etc.) could result.
The protective structure, the operator seat, the seat belt and all the uprights must be carefully checked after
accidents.
Replace all parts that show signs of damage. The spare parts used must be original, as indicated in the
Parts Catalog.
ROPS STRUCTURE
The ROPS structure serves to protect theoperator and to reduce the impact energy in case of overturning
the machine.
The ROPS structure is an integral part of the cabin.
The ROPS structure conforms to the regulations for the type of machine. If it is damaged, repaired or
modified without permission, its deformability may change. In that case it is no longer able to perform its
function properly and must be replaced.
