netlinx®ICSNet and ICSHub cards
NXC-NH NetLinx ICSNet Hub, NXC-HS NetLinx ICSHub Server and
NXC-HE NetLinx ICSHub Expander cards are key components to
comprehensive, far-reaching AMX control. These cards are engineered
to seamlessly distribute ICSP (Internet Control System Protocol) data
and NetLinx ICSNet control throughout the NetLinx Control System.
ICSP Packets move between different kinds of networks, including
Internet, Ethernet and the NetLinx ICSNet control bus managed by
the cards. ICSNet operates as a dedicated control network, which
uses EchlonTM Neuron©technology to transmit high-speed data.
NetLinx ICSNet Hub, NetLinx ICSHub Server and NetLinx ICSHub
Expander cards can extend control up to 1,000 feet. By fully regenerating
data at everydistribution point, they support control systems of virtually
any size over long distances.

ICSNET HUB CARD
•Distributes ICSNet data and power to other
NetLinx devices
•Manages up to 8 independent ICSNet wiring
runs using Echelon technology
•Handles wiring runs of up to 1,000 feet for
each ICSNet run
•Links to NetLinx Master and Hubs via
ICSHub networking
•Accepts ICSHub data, regenerates new ICSHub
data link for up to 1000 feet
•Employs industry-standard Category 5
wiring connections
•May be installed in a NetLinx CardFrame,
Integrated Controller or NetLinx enclosure

(green); supply depends on load
•PWR LED: Green LED lights to indicate power
•ICSNet Out connectors: 8 RJ-45 connectors that
supply power and data to external ICSNet devices.

•ICSNet LEDs: Green LEDs (one per port) blink when
sending data on the associated ports
•ICSHub In/Out connectors: RJ-45 connector that
supply data to other ICSHubs connected to the
Master Card. The OUT port of one ICSHub must be
connected to the IN connector of a downstream
ICSHub module or card
•ICSHub In/Out LEDs: Yellow LEDs blink when
receiving data on the associated In/Out ports
