SAFETY
WARNING!
Do not introduce the hands in the fan cage while the fan is powered.Otherwise, there is risk of accident.
Do NOT repair or clean the fan while it is in operation or connected to the power supply. Doing so may
result in serious or fatal electrical shock.
Do NOT handle, repair or clean the fan with wet hands. Doing so may result in serious or fatal electrical
shock.
Do NOT use wires with worn or damaged insulation. Doing so may result in serious or fatal electrical shock,
fire or other accidents.
Ensure that the wires are held securely and protected from abrasion, chaffing, overload or other
damage. Risk of serious or fatal electrical shock, fire or other accidents.
Turn Off power to the fan if you detect any damage. Risk of serious or fatal electrical shock, fire or other
accidents.
Do NOT connect a damaged fan to the power supply. Risk of serious or fatal electrical shock, fire or other
accidents.

1INTRODUCTION
The Anemoi AIRGO and AIRWAGON fans have been designed to be moved using wheels. Those industrial fans
make that the high air flow generated ensures comfort in a big area.
1.1 Airgo Model
The AIRGO is a portable fan designed to provide comfort in any space thanks to its four wheels. The three different
sizes and the pivot option make this fan perfect for any need. These fans are also protected for industrial
environments with IP55.
The main characteristics are:
•Aluminium blades with black end caps.
•IP20 protection grid to prevent accidents.
•Easy control from 0 to 100% in 10% steps.
•Easy to move by one person.

1.2 Airwagon model
The AIRWAGON has been designed to move easily by pulling on its handle and to operate outdoors with rain. Its
rubber wheels allow you to move on any terrain. The DC motor incorporated makes it quieter and more efficient.
These fans are also protected for industrial environments with IP55.
The main characteristics are:
•Aluminium blades with black end caps.
•Big all terrain wheels.
•IP20 protection grid to prevent accidents.
•Easy control from 0 to 100% in 10% steps.
•Easy to move by one person.

3TRANSPORT & INSTALLATION
The Anemoi AIRWAGON and Anemoi AIRGO fans don’t require any special installation. Ensure that the fan is
operating at a minimum distance of two meters from any wall or obstacle to ensure its airflow capacity.
WARNING!
Follow the instructions and recommendations contained in this section carefully. Failure to do so may
result in incorrect operation.
3.1 Delivery and unpacking.
The fan is delivered totally assemble in a wood box.
The dimensions of the wood box are as follows:

To unpack the fan, open the wood box carefully to avoid any damage. Due to their weight and height, it is
preferable that these fans are extracted from their pack boxes by two persons, one in each side.
3.2 Airgo transport
AIRGO fans integrate one or two handles to each side to be moved easily. It is recommended to push the fan for
better control. Furthermore, their wheels integrate a brake system. It is recommended to use the brake system
when the fan has been moved to tis final location.
WARNING!
Look at all times where you are going. Otherwise, it could cause material or personal damage.
Do not turn on the fan without the brake enabled. Otherwise, it could cause material or personal damage.

3.3 AirWagon transport
AIRWAGON fans integrate one handle at the top to be moved easily. Please follow the instructions for proper
transportation.
1. Pull the upper handle toward you. Help yourself
with your foot resting on the axle of the wheels.
Push the fan and look at all times where
you are going.
2. Turn the fan towards you slowly, until the top
handle is at the height of your hand.

3. Once it is stable, transport it slowly and comfortably where you need it.
3.4 Minimum Clearances
To ensure the airflow of the fan, the rear part of the fan should be free of any object or wall. The minimum distance
between the fan and the wall must be two meters as we can see in the next figure:

4CONNECTION
The Anemoi AIRWAGON and AIRGO fans operate by connecting them to a power source, as shown in picture.
CAUTION!
Do not disconnect the fan for the current to start and stopthe fan. Otherwise, the warranty would be voided.
Once the fan is powered, follow the next steps to start the fan:
1- Change the main switch placed on the side of the control box to the start position.
2- Check the status of the fan on the data display, as shown in table.
3- Adjust the potentiometer to the required speed.
4- Check the speed in the VFD screen.
To stop the fan, perform the procedure in reverse.

The Anemoi AIRGO and AIRWAGON fans have an external controller that allows to temporize and regulate the
power of the fan.

6FAULT DIAGNOSIS
In case of failure, refer to the following table for quick solutions:

7MAINTENANCE
Please maintain the fan as follows:
Every three months:
•Clean the dust of the fan with a dry cloth
•Clean the control panel using a vacuum
•Verify that the fan is working properly
•Verify that the thermostat is working properly
•Ensure that the fan does not make any noises or vibrations
•Verify that the fan is working in the correct direction.
Yearly:
•Ensure that the anchoring screws and the blade screws are properly tightened.
•Ensure that the power and control connections are properly tightened.
Remarks:
Cover the fan if you are not going to use it for a long time.
