Congratulations on your urchase of the VSK-1000.
With its sim licity and elegance, the VSK-1000 delivers excellent functionality at an affordable rice. Its clean,
erforated front bezel maximizes air intake, working together with the included rear 120 mm TwoCool™ fan to create
a rofessional look that stays cool. 11 drive bays and eight ex ansion slots su ort a variety of configurations,
while the cable management com artment with included cable ties kee the case neat and organized. Able to meet
the demands of your build while offering a shar a earance, com etitive rice and an Antec AQ3 limited warranty
on arts and labor, the VSK-1000 is the best choice for nearly any value-conscious build.
The VSK-1000 does not come with a ower su ly unit (PSU). Make sure you choose a ower su ly that is com atible
with your com uter com onents and has a long enough ower harness to reach your motherboard and eri heral
devices. We recommend our High Current Gamer, High Current Pro or TruePower New ower su lies for the latest
ATX s ecification com liance, broad com atibility, and ower savings ca ability.

2.1 S ETTING U P
1. Place the case u right on a flat, stable surface with the
rear of the case facing you.
2. Remove the side anels by first removing the
thumbscrews at the rear of the case. Then, gri each
anel at the to and bottom and slide it toward the rear
of the case until it detaches from the chassis.
Note: Do not use your fingernails to ry or lift the anels.
2.2 P OWER S UPPLY I NSTALLATION
1. With the case on its side, align your ower su ly with the ower
su ly mounting location near the to anel of the case.
Note: Power su lies with fans on the bottom of the ower su ly
will need to be mounted so that the fan is facing the bottom of the
case.
2. Attach the ower su ly to the case with the screws rovided.

standard mounting layouts to be installed u side u or u side down.

2.3 M OTHERBOARD I NSTALLATION
1. Lay the case down, with the o en side facing u . The
drive cages and ower su ly should be visible.
2. Make sure you have the correct I/O anel for your
motherboard. If the anel rovided with the case isn’t
suitable, lease contact your motherboard
manufacturer for the correct I/O anel.
3. Align your motherboard with the standoff holes and
remember which holes are lined u . Not all
motherboards will match with all the rovided holes;
this is normal and won’t affect its functionality.
4. Remove your motherboard by lifting it u .
5. Install standoffs as needed and ut the motherboard
back in.
6. Screw in your motherboard to the standoffs with the
rovided Philli s-head screws.
2.4 I
NTERNAL 3.5” D E ICE I NSTALLATION
The VSK-1000 rovides s ace for u to six 3.5” hard
drives.
1. Insert your 3.5” device into the 3.5” drive cage from
the rear of the cage until the mounting holes align
with the screw holes in the cage.
2. Fasten the device in lace with the rovided screws.
3. Mount any other 3.5” HDD devices accordingly.
4. Connect the a ro riate ower and data cables to the
device(s).
