Safety Advice
The Strong Ant IV is a special training board
to train sloper and grasping strength. To en-
sure that you will have a long term fun with
the board you need to adhere to the fol-
lowing advice for mounting and training with
the Strong Ant IV:
The Strong Ant IV won´t mounted directly
on a wall. It needs the strong Ant I / III or
special carrier plates as a basement. If you
followed the installation instruction of these
boards you only have to check before every
training session that all bolts are still tight. If
there is the slightest indication that the board
could become loose or even starts to wobble
it must not be used for training until until all
bolts are tightened and there is no move-
ment of the board.
We are not liable for damages or injuries due
to not conforming to the instructions in this
manual.

Hello Sportsfreund,
you have a Strong Ant IV from antworks in
front of you. We hope you will have as much
fun with it as we have. However, based
on our experience we are pretty condent
about that. If you ever happen to have a
problem with your sloperboard, if it has a
defect or if there is any other reason for
your dissatisfaction with the Strong Ant IV,
we would like to ask you (no, actually beg
you) to tell us immediately. We will nd a
proper solution for you as fast as possible
so we can make sure you are having fun
with your Strong Ant IV.
Why are we asking for this? antworks is
still a very young company and we can not
afford disgruntled customers.
So if you are happy with your board, go and
scream it out to the whole world, if not, let
us know so we can solve your problem.

Manufacturing
We build every Strong Ant IV ourselves,
by hand and completely without the use of
CNC machinery. We use very exact temp-
lates to get best repeatability. What we buy
in addition are the balls. We don´t have the
possibilities to make it by our own.
Material
The basement of the board is very durable
beeck plywood. The block in the middle and
also the balls are made from glue laminated
beech wood.
Maintenance
The Strong Ant IV is untreated. If you use
chalk for the training it will happen that the
most touched areas of the board getting
„dirty“. You can clean it with commen
grinding paper (P 180) or a soft wire brush.
Don´t oil the surface. Check before each
training if the screws of the anchors are
tight.
Training
The Strong Ant IV is a training board for im-
proving sloper, grasping and nger strength.
This training is intensive for your musles,
tendons and joints.
Please make sure you are properly warmed
up before you start your pull-up training.
Pull-ups with „cold“ arms can lead to injuries
of muscles and tendons. And yes, training is
only useful if it is done over a longer period
of time.
Finally we are leaving you with a little,
useful advice. Pull-ups are hard, and that
is how it is supposed to be. If you ever get
to the point where you feel you can‘t do
another pull, ask yourself the question if you
could do another if someone would offer
you EUR 100 for every additional pull-up.
Try it out, it really works.
So, now bolt that thing to the wall and ...
... torture yourself!

Firstly the both upper pins
has to instert in the stain-
less anchor bushes in the
Strong Ant I / III or carrier
plates!
The board has to be ins-
talled from „top“ to „button“.
If the upper pins t in accu-
racy the lower pins will fol-
low their way into the holes
of the Strong Ant I /III or
carrier plates automaticely.
To generate a maximum exbility of your training you can turn the board. It is equal which side
(ball size) is above the procedure of installing is always the same.
