Operation
Clean all parts thoroughly with warm soapy water before using the hamburger machine. Dry thoroughly.
Preparation
• Follow the manufacturers guidelines on the appropriate way to prepare the grease proof paper, these
can be loaded into the paper holder.
• Prepare the hamburger mix.

Making the hamburgers
1. Screw the handle onto the lever.
2. Push the Handle fully back so that
the Press has lifted out and to the
side of the bowl.
3. Press the Release button so that the
plate inside the bowl drops.
4. Place a piece of the grease proof
paper inside the bowl.
5. Fill the bowl with the desired
amount of mix.
6. Place a piece of grease proof paper
on top of the mix.
7. Ensuring that fingers are away from
the bowl, pull the handle forwards
such that the Press compresses the
mix.
WARNING: Fingers
must be kept away
from the Bowl during
the Pressing process.
8. Push the handle fully back and the
hamburger will lift out of the bowl.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents on the appliance. Use warm soapy water.
• Always dry thoroughly after cleaning.
• An Apuro agent or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.
