operated according to these instructions.
• NEVER permit children to play on or around the lift
• Do not allow children to use the lift without adult
supervision
• NEVER apply direct water pressure to the electronics
• NEVER use the lift with a dry pool
Check entire box and all packing materials for parts. Before beginning assembly, read the

It is critical that all parts be carefully inspected prior to installation. If any damage occurred in

Proper installation cannot be overstressed, as an improper installation voids Aqua Creek’s
warranty and may affect the safety of the user.

1. Remove the gurney attachment from the shipping box and compare to the gure below.
Familiarize yourself with the product and its features before installation and/or operation.

2. To install the extension tubes, nd the alignment blocks (2) and the supplied hardware as shown
below. Install the extension tubes on either end of the attachment. Tighten the cap-screws with
a 3/16” hex wrench (not included).

3. Before the Gurney Attachment can be installed on the Revolution Lift, the chair must be removed
as shown below. Save the hardware for reinstallation, or use the supplied safety pins for quick
change-over when both the chair and gurney attachment are used frequently.

4. Install gurney attachment with supplied safety pins as shown. Make sure to install the top pin in
the top hole of the chair arm to ensure that the gurney attachment will be able to lift the gurney
o the oor/deck. Loop safety clips around back of attachment tube and clip over safety pins to
keep pins from slipping out of the holes.

Operating Instructions
1. Rotate lift/attachment over deck. Lower (raise) lift until the gurney accessory is about 12” over
the deck as shown in FIGURE 2. This is so that the forks will t under the gurney bed but over
the lower supports.
2. Position the gurney on the deck centered with the middle of the gurney accessory as shown in
FIGURE 1. Roll the gurney onto the gurney accessory as shown in FIGURE 2. Attach the safety
straps around the gurney’s frame.
3. Raise the lift until the gurney is o the oor/deck as shown in FIGURE 3 and FIGURE 4 (page 5).
Make sure the gurney sits between the alignment blocks as shown.
4. Rotate the lift until the gurney is over the water as shown in FIGURE 5 (page 6).
5. Lower the gurney into the water.
Make sure not to let the occupants head become submerged!!
