METHOD OF ASSEMBLY:
First, slip the edge of the shield into the point 1 and and then match the
openings to the pins no 2,3 and 4.
Next, slip the second edge of the shield into the point 5. Finally, match the
opening to the pin no 6.
METHODE D'ASSEMBLAGE
Il faut en premier faire glisser le bord dans le point 1 puis faire
correspondre les ouvertures dans les plots de fixation 2, 3 et 4
Ensuite faire glisser le deuxième bord de la visière dans le point 5.
Pour finir, faites correspondre l'ouverture dans le plot de fixation 6.

Zastosowanie
Os³ony twarzy przeznaczone s¹ do:
Pochrony przed rozbryzgami cieczy,
Pos³ony b³on œluzowych ust, oczu i nosa przed kontaktem z zanieczyszczonymi
d³oñmi, przedmiotami oraz drobnymi urazami mechanicznymi.
Monta¿
Sposób z³o¿enia przy³bicy ochronnej zaprezentowany zosta³ na rysunkach 1 - 5.
Dopasowanie nag³owia do obwodu g³owy mo¿liwe jest poprzez regulacjê zapiêcia paska
(rysunek 5). Nale¿y pamiêtaæ o usuniêciu folii ochronnej znajduj¹cej siê po obu stronach
szybki .
W³aœciwoœci ochronne i u¿ytkowe
Szybki przeciwodpryskowe os³on spe³niaj¹ wymagania normy EN166:2001
(PN-EN166:2005) w zakresie:
Podpornoœci na zapalenie oraz podwy¿szon¹ temperaturê,
Pparametrów optycznych.
Jakoœæ optyczna szybki w os³onie, jest zgodna z wymogami dla pierwszej klasy optycznej.
Os³ona nadaje siê do prac ci¹g³ych.
Materia³y, z których s¹ wykonane os³ony, przy kontakcie ze skór¹ u¿ytkownika nie
powoduj¹ reakcji alergicznych u osób wra¿liwych.
Ka¿da os³ona jest pakowana w worek foliowy, a podczas sk³adowania i transportu s¹ one
zapakowane w kartony.
U¿ytkowanie, przechowywanie i konserwacja
Szybkê nale¿y chroniæ przed porysowaniem oraz utrzymywaæ w nale¿ytej czystoœci. Na
powierzchni szybki nie powinno byæ ¿adnych zanieczyszczeñ - py³u, zacieków, odcisków
palców lub œladów zat³uszczeñ. Czystoœæ szybki sprawdza siê ogl¹daj¹c j¹ w œwietle na
ciemnym tle. W celu dok³adnego oczyszczenia szybki nale¿y umyæ j¹ w roztworze wodnym
z powszechnie stosowanymi p³ynami do mycia naczyñ, a nastêpnie sp³ukaæ strumieniem
bie¿¹cej wody i pozostawiæ do wysuszenia. Szybkê uszkodzon¹ lub nadmiernie
porysowan¹ nale¿y wymieniæ na now¹. Os³ony mo¿na u¿ytkowaæ bezterminowo. Os³ony
nale¿y przechowywaæ w takiej pozycji, aby szybki znajdowa³y siê wypuk³¹ powierzchni¹ do
góry, lub zawieszone za nag³owie - bez stykania siê szybki z otaczaj¹cymi przedmiotami.
UWAGA: Pêkniêta lub zadrapana szybka, a tak¿e uszkodzona os³ona musz¹ byæ
bezwzglêdnie wymienione na nowe.

Construction
The protective face shield OTA-1 consists of the impact shield and bracing band with
regulation that you can adjust to fit different head sizes.
The shield is made of polycarbonate:
Pone of the most transparent materials among plastics ,
Presistant to disinfecting substances (including those containing alcohol).
Requirements
The protective face shield meet the requirements of: EN166:2001 "Personal eye-protection
— Specifications" and Regulation (eu) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 9 March 2016.
The marking and meaning of used symbols
The protective face shield are marked as:AQUAEL OTA-1 EN166:2001 3 CE
The panes as a replaceable element are marked:AQUAEL 1 CE
The meaning of used symbols:
PAQUAEL- manufacturer's identification mark,
POTA-1 - protective face shield type,
PEN166: 2001 - number of product standard, EN166:2001 - "Personal eye-
protection — Specifications",
P3 - protection against liquid splashes,
P1 - optical class
PCE - certification mark confirming compliance with the requirements specified in
the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/425 of
March 9, 2016.
Usage
It is used to:
Pprotect against splashing liquids,
Pprotect the mucous membranes of mouth, eyes and nose from contact with
contaminated hands, objects and from minor mechanical injuries.
Assembly
Method of assemly has been presented in the pictures 1-5.
It is possible to adjust the protective face shield to fit different head sizes thanks to a bracing
band with regulation (picture 5). Remove the protective foil (applied on both sides).
Protective and functional properties
Protective face shield meet the requirements of EN166:2001 (PN-EN166:2005) in the
scope of:
Presistance to inflammation and elevated temperature,
Poptical parameters.
The optical quality of the lens in protective face shield is in accordance with the
requirements for the first optical class. The cover is suitable for continuous work.
The materials of which the protective face shield are made, do not cause allergic reactions
in contact with the user's skin.
Each item is packed in a plastic bag, and during storage or transport they are packed in
cartons.
Usage, storage and maintenance
Protective face shield must be protected against scratches and kept clean. There should be
no dirt, dust, streaks or fingerprints on the surface of the lens. The clarity should be checked
in the light against a dark background. In order to clean the protective face shield, wash it in
water with commonly used dishwashing liquids, then rinse and leave to dry. A damaged or
excessively scratched visor should be replaced. The protective face shield can be used
indefinitely. The product should be stored in such a position that the lenses are with a convex
surface upwards -without making contact with surrounding objects.
NOTE:A cracked, scratched or damaged product must be replaced.

Assemblage
L'écran facial de protection OTA-1 se compose de la visière et d'un bandeau réglable et
ajustable à différentes tailles de têtes.
Cette visière est en polycarbonate:
PCe matériau est l'un des plus transparents pour les plastiques,
PRésistant aux produits désinfectants (même ceux à base d'alcool).
Normes
L’écran facial de protection répond aux normes suivantes: EN166:2001 "Protection
individuelle de l'oeil - Spécifications" et Reglement (UE) 2016/425 du Parlement Européen
et du Conseil du 9 mars 2016.
Marquage et signification des symboles utilises
L'écran facial de protection est marqué en :AQUAEL OTA-1 EN166 : 2001 3 CE
Les visières sont des éléments remplaçables et sont marqués :AQUAEL 1 CE
Signification des symboles utilisés:
PAQUAEL: marque d'identification du fabricant,

Utilisation
Il est utilisé pour :
PProtéger contre les projections de liquide,
PProtéger les muqueuses de la bouche, les yeux et le nez d'entrer en contact
avec des mains contaminées, avec des objets et des blessures mécaniques
mineures.
Assemblage
Le mode d'emploi a été présenté sur les images 1 à 5.
Il est possible d'ajuster l'écran facial de protection aux différentes tailles de tête grâce à un
bandeau réglable (image n° 5).
Il faut enlever les films protecteurs de chaque côté de la visière.
Proprietes protectrices et fonctionnelles
L'écran facial de protection répond aux normes EN166:2001 (PN-EN166:2005) dans
l'optique de :
PRésistance à l'inflammation et à une température élevée,
PParamètres optiques.
La qualité optique de la lentille de l'écran facial de protection correspond aux normes de
première classe optique. Cela permet de continuer de travailler.
Les matériaux de fabrication de l'écran facial de protection ne causent aucune réaction
allergique lors d'un contact avec la peau de l'utilisateur.
Chaque article est emballé individuellement dans un sac plastique et conditionnés dans
des cartons pour le transport ou le stockage.
Utilisation, stockage et maintenance
Les visières de protection ne doivent pas présenter de griffes et doivent rester propres (ni
salissures ni poussières ni rayures ou empreintes de doigt sur la visière.)
La clarté doit être vérifiée à la lumière avec un arrière-plan sombre.
Pour nettoyer la visière de protection, lavez-la à l'eau avec un liquide savonneux de type
lave-vaisselle, rincez-la et laissez-la sécher.
Une visière endommagée ou trop griffée doit être remplacée.
L'écran facial de protection peut être utilisé indéfiniment.
Le produit doit être stocké dans une position où la visière n'est pas en contact avec une
surface.
Information : un produit fissuré, rayé ou endommagé doit être remplacé.
