1. ogliere la protezione del perno conico (E) e montare sulla Bicchieratrice BBS 32
l'espansore meccanico (G) del diametro di lavoro desiderato assicurandosi che
sia avvitato fino alla battuta.
NB1: per effettuare tale operazione è necessario che
l'attrezzatura sia in posizione di riposo.
NB2: assicurarsi che sull'espansore meccanico (G)
sia montato l'adattatore elastomerico (H) e che que-
sto non presenti evidenti lacerazioni o rotture.
La corretta formazione dei bicchieri è garantita dalla
presenza dell'adattatore in buono stato (per la rimo-
zione e la sostituzione vedere “Sostituzione dell’adat-
tatore elastomerico”).
Non usare per nessun motivo olio, sapone, scivolan-
ti o lubrificanti in genere sull'adattatore elastomerico (H).
Attenzione: nelle fasi di montaggio dell'espansore meccanico assicurarsi che
l'attrezzatura sia isolata da fonti di energia di alimentazione (batteria o presa di
corrente).
2. agliare perpendicolarmente e con precisione il tubo ed inserirvi la calotta.
NB: per evitare danneggiamenti alle testate dei tubi, assicurarsi che le lame delle
cesoie o delle tagliatubi siano in buono stato.
3. Inserire il tubo nell'espansore meccanico (G) spingendo fino alla battuta.
Attenzione: il tubo deve essere in asse e parallelo all'espansore.
4. Premere l’interruttore di avanzamento (B) fino alla realizzazione del bicchiere
(il tubo si sgancerà automaticamente dall'utensile ad operazione ultimata).
L'attrezzatura è ora pronta per un altro ciclo di bicchieratura. (Attendere il
tempo di ritorno della valvola di chiusura che varia dai 5 ai 10 secondi).

NB: l’espansore meccanico (G) è dotato di dentatura antiscivolamento.
Nell’effettuare la bicchieratura (allargamento del tubo) si verifica un minimo
accorciamento del bicchiere. Questo fenomeno non altera la corretta lunghezza
del bicchiere stesso.
Attenzione: terminato il ciclo di bicchieratura, l'attrezzatura si riporta nella posi-
zione iniziale, pronta ad un successivo ciclo di lavorazione. In caso contrario,
tirare l'apposita valvola del dispositivo di ritorno di emergenza (C) come descrit-
to e raffigurato alla voce “Ritorno manuale della Bicchieratrice BBS 32”.
5. Innestare il raccordo nel bicchiere ottenuto spingendo fino alla battuta.
NB: tutti i raccordi sono pre-lubrificati. In caso di mancanza di lubrifican-
te o del riutilizzo del raccordo, si consiglia l'apposito grasso aquatechnik (art.
71391).
6. Avvitare la calotta fino alla dentellatura di sicurezza antisvitamento (utilizzare
l'apposita chiave fissa serie 50600).
NB: l'eventuale smontaggio del raccordo si ottiene sbloccando la calotta con
l'apposita chiave fissa. NON RIU ILIZZARE calotte già bloccate.
7. Per effettuare il cambio di diametro è sufficiente svitare l'espansore meccani-
co (G) e montare quello del diametro desiderato, seguendo le istruzioni descrit-
te al punto 1.
8. Quando la bicchieratrice BBS 32 viene ritirata, assicurarsi che il perno conico
(D) sia in posizione di ritorno.
U ILIZZO DEL PIEDIS ALLO D'APPOGGIO
La Bicchieratrice BBS 32 è equipaggiata di apposito supporto polivalente, che può
essere utilizzato come sostegno dell'attrezzatura per le lavorazioni a banco, e come
appoggio per la Bicchieratrice. LAVORAZIONI A BANCO
Inserire la base della Bicchieratrice BBS 32
nell'apposito spazio sito al centro del piedi-
stallo d'appoggio N (vedi figura). La specia-
le forma del supporto blocca l'attrezzatura in
una condizione di equilibrio che ne impedi-
sce la caduta e permette di effettuare como-
damente lavorazioni a banco con l'ausilio di
un qualsiasi piano di lavoro.

SOSTITUZIONE DELL'ADATTATORE ELASTOMERICO
E' necessario sostituire l'adattatore elastomerico (H) esclusivamente quando lo stes-
so presenti evidenti segni di lacerazione (tagli o rotture).
Per effettuarne la sostituzione, è sufficiente seguire le istruzioni riportate utilizzando
l’apposita pinza divaricatrice (art. 50830):
1) Inserire l’adattatore in elastomero seguendone la
conicità nei becchi della pinza divaricatrice fino
al totale inserimento (figura 4).
2) Allargare lentamente la pinza divaricatrice e pre-
mere ripetutamente con forza sostando qualche
secondo ad ogni apertura. Ripetere l’operazione
più volte ruotando l’adattore in elastomero (figu-
ra 5) fino ad ottenere una dilatazione omogenea.
3) Portare la pinza divaricatrice a riposo. Prendere
l’adattatore in elastomero dilatato e inserirlo -nel
più breve tempo possibile e seguendone la coni-
cità- sull’espansore meccanico spingendo fino a
filo dell’espansore stesso. Per facilitare tale ope-
razione, aiutarsi con un martello con testata in
plastica.
NB: Assicurarsi che l’adattatore in elastomero e
l’espansore meccanico siano dello stesso diame-
tro (vedi corrispondenza diametro-colore in
tabella).

4) Nel caso in cui l’adattatore in elastomero non sia
entrato perfettamente in sede, avviare la bicchie-
ratrice e far uscire completamente il perno coni-
co, dopodiché aspettare 30 secondi.
5) Concludere il ciclo di bicchieratura e spingere
l’adattore in elastomero fino a che si posizioni
nell’apposita sede.
Per facilitare tale operazione, aiutarsi con un
martello con testata in plastica.

RIMOZIONE DELL'ADA A ORE ELAS OMERICO
Per rimuovere l'adattatore elastomerico (H) danneggiato è sufficiente:
1) azionare la Bicchieratrice BBS 32 fino a che l'espansore meccanico arrivi alla
posizione di massima dilatazione;
2) tagliare l'adattatore elastomerico per tutta la sua lunghezza mediante l'uso di un
taglierino.
Attenzione: usare il taglierino con cautela.
RISOLUZIONE DEI PRINCIPALI PROBLEMI
SCIVOLAMEN O DEL BICCHIERE
Nel caso in cui nella fase di bicchieratura si dovesse notare un anormale scivola-
mento del tubo, tanto da far risultare il bicchiere ottenuto eccessivamente corto e
stretto con conseguente difficoltà nel calzare il tubo sul raccordo , pulire con
alcool l'adattatore elastomerico (H), assicurarsi che l'espansore meccanico (G) sia
avvitato fino alla battuta e ripetere la bicchieratura.
NB: non lubrificare in nessun caso (con olio, grasso o altri prodotti ingrassanti)
l'adattatore elastomerico.

BLOCCO DELLA BICCHIERA RICE IN FASE DI LAVORAZIONE ( UBO BLOCCA O)
In caso di blocco della Bicchieratrice BBS 32 durante il ciclo di lavoro, seguire le
seguenti semplici operazioni:
1) svitare l'espansore meccanico (G) (anche solo di
qualche giro) per liberare il tubo come illustrato
nella figura a lato;
2) portare la macchina in posizione di ritorno come
indicato nel capitolo “Ritorno manuale della
Bicchieratrice BBS 32”;
3) accertarsi che il perno conico sia lubrificato. In caso
contrario, lubrificare con il grasso in dotazione (art.
50825).
Se il problema persiste, inviare la Bicchieratrice BBS 32
presso aquatechnik per le verifiche ed eventuali riparazioni.
BLOCCO DELLA BICCHIERA RICE IN FASE DI LAVORAZIONE
In caso di blocco della macchina (impossibilità del
perno conico di avanzare e retrocedere), è sufficiente:
1) togliere il tappo serbatoio (I) come mostra la fig.
11;
2) allentare il tappo di sfogo dello sfiato aria (L) con
la chiave a brugola (3 mm.) in dotazione come
illustrato nella fig. 12;
3) premere leggermente sul serbatoio in gomma.
Dopo l’uscita di qualche goccia d’olio (fig. 13),
richiudere il tappo di sfogo (L) con la chiave a
brugola in dotazione;
4) riposizionare il tappo serbatoio (I). In caso di
necessità, ripetere l’operazione.
Se il problema persiste, inviare la Bicchieratrice BBS 32 pres-
so aquatechnik per le verifiche ed eventuali riparazioni.

RI ORNO MANUALE DELLA BICCHIERA RICE BBS 32
Qualora si rendesse necessario portare la macchina
in posizione iniziale senza terminare la corsa, è
necessario seguire le seguenti operazioni:
1) svitare il dado di protezione situato sul dispositi-
vo di ritorno d’emergenza (C) come indicato in
figura 14;
2) capovolgere il dado di protezione ed avvitarlo
(mediante l'apposito foro filettato) al dispositivo
di ritorno d'emergenza (C) (figura 15);
3) tirare il dado di protezione verso il basso fino
allo sblocco dell'attrezzatura (figura 16);
4) svitare il dado di protezione, capovolgerlo e riav-
vitarlo per ripristinare la posizione iniziale;
5) riprendere la lavorazione.
MANUTENZIONE
- Mantenere pulito e lubrificato (mediante l'utilizzo del grasso in dotazione (art.
50825) il perno conico.
- Per la pulizia dell’apparecchiatura, utilizzare un panno leggermente imbevuto di
un comune detergente non aggressivo. NON U ILIZZARE sostanze acide, diluen-
ti, solventi, e sostanze in polvere che potrebbero danneggiare i componenti.
- Per un buon funzionamento della Bicchieratrice BBS 32 si consiglia una revisione
biennale da effettuarsi presso le officine aquatechnik.
- Tutti gli eventuali interventi di cui dovesse necessitare la Bicchieratrice BBS 32,
dovranno essere effettuati presso le officine aquatechnik.
Manomissioni dell’apparecchiatura o di alcuni componenti, comportano l’annulla-
mento della garanzia.
- Nel caso di fuoriuscita consistente di olio dall'attrezzatura, inviare subito la
Bicchieratrice BBS 32 presso aquatechnik per le verifiche e le eventuali ripara-
zioni (Attenzione: evitare che l'olio fuoriuscito entri a contatto con la pelle e con
gli occhi. Non inalare né ingerire. Non disperdere nell'ambiente).
- Evitare che l’attrezzatura si bagni, acqua e liquidi in genere possono danneggia-
re i circuiti elettrici.
Attenzione: nelle fasi di manutenzione assicurarsi che l'attrezzatura sia isolata da
fonti di energia di alimentazione (batteria o presa di corrente).

ALIMENTAZIONE
BA ERIE (18V) E CARICA BA ERIE (230V)
- Il tempo per la ricarica è di 1½-2 ore.
- Il carica batterie segnala con una luce rossa continua la messa in carica della bat-
teria:
· l’accensione della luce rossa indica il contatto tra la batteria ed il carica batterie;
· l’accensione della luce verde indica la fine del ciclo di ricarica.
Al termine del ciclo di ricarica (luce verde accesa) staccare la batteria dal carica
batterie: diversamente la batteria potrebbe scaricarsi.
- L’aumento della temperatura della batteria durante la fase di ricarica e quella di
utilizzo è un fenomeno normale. Il surriscaldamento della batteria può bloccare
temporaneamente l’operazione di ricarica. Uno speciale sensore interviene facen-
do ripartire la ricarica in modo corretto (in questo caso i tempi di ricarica potreb-
bero essere più lunghi).
- Per preservare la durata e il buon funzionamento della batteria, si consiglia di sca-
ricarla completamente - almeno le prime volte - prima di effettuare la ricarica suc-
cessiva. Eseguire ricariche parziali delle batterie può causare un abbattimento dei
tempi di autonomia delle stesse.
Attenzione: le batterie contengono nickel-cadmio (NiCad), NON BU ARE NEI
RIFIU I URBANI. Servirsi degli appositi contenitori per il riciclaggio.
AU ONOMIA BA ERIE
L'autonomia della Bicchieratrice BBS 32 varia in base al diametro del tubo bicchie-
rato. I test e le prove effettuate in ciclo continuo su batterie completamente cariche,
hanno determinato i seguenti valori:
NB: con temperature molto basse (al di sotto dei 5°C) l'autonomia delle batterie può
essere notevolmente inferiore a quella dichiarata.
L’autonomia delle batterie diminuisce se la macchina rimane a riposo per lungo
tempo.
La durata stimata della batteria, se utilizzata in modo corretto, è di circa 800 rica-
riche.
ALIMEN AZIONE DA RE E ELE RICA
E' possibile utilizzare la Bicchieratrice BBS 32 mediante rete elettrica (230V) sosti-
tuendo la batteria con un trasformatore elettrico (art. 50447 optional).

CONFORMITA’ MARCHIO CE
La Bicchieratrice BBS 32 è conforme alle direttive macchine (marchio CE) in riferi-
mento alle norme sotto elencate:
GARANZIA
La Bicchieratrice BBS 32 è garantita in tutti i suoi componenti, per 1 anno e tre mesi
dalla data d'acquisto e comunque non oltre 1 anno dalla data del primo utilizzo. La
garanzia risponde per tutti quei difetti imputabili ad errori o imprecisioni di produ-
zione, mentre non risponde nel caso in cui vengano riscontrate manomissioni, modi-
fiche o riparazioni effettuate da enti diversi dalle officine aquatechnik, tanto meno
risponde in caso di danni a cose o persone derivanti da incuria o da uso improprio
ed incosciente dell'apparecchiatura.
NB: i costi di trasporto derivanti dall'invio dell'attrezzatura in garanzia presso
aquatechnik sono a carico del cliente.

1. Remove the conical pin protection (E) and set the mechanical expander (G) of
the desired working diameter on the Coupling tool BBS 32, checking that it has
been screwed up to the stop.
NB1: In order to perform this operation, the
equipment must be in a rest position.
NB2: Check that the elastomeric adapter (G) is
mounted on the mechanical expander (H) and that no
tears or breaks are evident on the elastomeric
adapter.
The good shape of couplings is granted only if the
adapter is in a good condition (for adapter removal
and replacement, see "Replacing of the elastomeric
adapter").
Do not use grease, soap, lubricating or sliding products of any kind on the
elastomeric adapter (H).
Warning: When mounting the mechanical expander, make sure that the
equipment is not connected to the power supply source (battery or outlet).
2. Cut the pipe perpendicularly and with care, then insert the cap into it.
NB: To avoid damage to pipe heads, make sure that the shearing or pipe-cutting
blades are in good working order. blades are in good working order.
3. Insert the pipe into the mechanical expander (G) pushing it up to the stop.
Warning: The pipe must be in axis and parallel to the expander.
4. Press the starting button (B) until the coupling is made (the pipe will be
automatically released from the tool once such operation is over). he
equipment is now ready for the next coupling cycle. (Wait for the shut-off valve
return time, varying from 5 to 10 seconds.)

NB: The mechanical expander (G) has anti-slide teeth. When performing belling
(expansion of pipe), a minimum shortening of bell occurs. This does not alter the
proper bell length.
Warning: Once the coupling cycle is over, the equipment goes back to its initial
position, ready to perform the next working cycle. Otherwise, pull the emergency
return valve (C) as described and illustrated under section "Manual Return of
Coupling tool BSB 32".
5. Clutch the safety connection into the coupling obtained by pushing it up to the
stop.
NB: All connections are prelubricated. If lubricant is lacking or connection
is re-used, using aquatechnik grease is recommended (Item# 71391).
6. Screw the cap up to the anti-unscrewing safety notch (use the special wrench
series 50600).
NB: The connection may be disassembled by unlocking the cap by means of the
special wrench. DO NO RE-USE caps already locked.
7. In order to change pipe diameter, unscrew the mechanical expander (G) and set
the one with the desired diameter, following the steps described in section 1.
8. When you put the coupling tool BBS 32 in its case, be sure that the conical pin
(D) is back into return position.
PROCESSING REMARKS
USING HE SUPPOR
The Coupling tool BBS 32 is equipped with a special multi-purpose support that may
be used as a support for bench processing and as a stand for the Coupling Tool.
BENCH PROCESSING
Place the Coupling tool BBS 32 into the
special housing in the middle of the support
N (see picture). The special shape of the
support locks the equipment in a balance
condition preventing it from falling and
comfortably allows for bench processing on
any work surface.

REPLACING HE ELAS OMERIC ADAP ER
The elastomeric adapter (H) must be replaced only when it has evident signs of
tearing (cuts or breaks).To replace it, just follow the specified instructions and use the
suitable splitting wrench (item 50830)
1) Completely introduce the elastomeric adapter
into the tips of the splitting wrench following its
coning (picture 4).
2) Open the splitting wrench slowly and press hard
and repeatedly pausing a few seconds at each
opening.
Repeat the operation several times rotating the
elastomeric adapter (picture 5) in order to obtain
a uniform expansion.
3) Set the splitting wrench at rest. Take the
expanded elastomeric adapter and introduce it -
rapidly and following its coning- into the
mechanical expander by pushing it flush with the
same expander. In order to make this operation
easier, use a plastic-head hammer.
NB: Make sure that the elastomeric adapter and
the mechanical expander have the same
diameter (see the diameter-colour
correspondence in the table).

4) If the elastomerc adapter is not perfectly into its
seat, start the coupling-tool and make the conical
pin go out completely; after that, wait 30
seconds.
5) Finish the coupling cycle and push the elastomeric
adapter until it positions in the specific seat. In
order to make this operation easier, use a plastic-
head hammer.

REMOVING HE ELAS OMERIC ADAP ER
To remove the damaged elastomeric adapter (H), you must:
1) start the Couplin tool BBS 32 until the mechanical expander reaches its
maximum expansion position;
2) cut the elastomeric adapter lengthwise by using a cutter.
Warning: use the cutter with due caution.
SOLVING MAIN PROBLEMS
COUPLING SLIDING
If during the coupling phase an unusual sliding of the pipe is observed, to the extent
that the obtained coupling is either too short or narrow, and subsequent inserting of
pipe into the connection is difficult, clean the elastomeric adapter (H) with
alcohol, make sure that the mechanical expander (G) is screwed up to its stop, and
repeat coupling.
NB: never lubricate the elastomeric adapter by using oil, grease, or other
lubricating products.

COUPLING OOL S OP DURING PROCESSING
(BLOCKED PIPE)
If the Coupling tool BBS 32 stops during the working cycle, follow these simple steps:
1) unscrew the mechanical expander (G) (even by a
few revolutions only) in order to release the pipe
as illustrated in the picture beside;
2) bring the machine back into return position as
indicated in chapter "Manual return of coupling tool
BBS 32;
3) check that the conical pin is lubricated. On the
contrary, lubricate the conical pin with the suitable
grease (Item# 50825).
If the problem is not solved, send the Coupling tool BBS 32 to
aquatechnik for eventual verification and
repairing.
COUPLING OOL S OP DURING PROCESSING
In the event of machine block (the conical pin cannot
go forward or backward), see the following
instructions:
1) remove the tank cap (I) as illustrated in picture
11;
2) loosen the vent hole cap (L) by an Allen wrench
(3 mm) as illustrated in fig. 12;
3) press against the rubber tank in order to let air
go out of the vent hole. When air is completely
discharged and oil starts coming out (fig. 13),
close the vent hole cap (L) by the Allen wrench;
4) replace the tank cap (I). Repeat these steps, if
needed.
If the problem is not solved, send the Coupling tool
BBS 32 to aquatechnik for eventual verification and repairing.

MANUAL RE URN OF COUPLING OOL BBS 32
If the machine must be brought back to initial position
without completing the stroke, follow these simple
steps:
1) Unscrew protection nut located on the emergency
return device (C) as indicated in picture 14;
2) overturn the protection nut and screw it (by the
special threaded hole) to the emergency return
device (C) (picture 15);
3) pull protection nut downward until the equipment
is released (picture 16);
4) unscrew protection nut, overturn it and screw it
back in order to restore its initial position;
5) restart work.
MAIN ENANCE
- Keep the conical pin clean and lubricated (by using the suitable grease (Item# 50825).
- In order to clean the equipment, use a cloth slightly soacked with a common, non-
aggressive detergent. DO NOT USE acid substances, thinners, solvents, and
powdered products which may damage its components.
- For a good operation of the Coupling tool BBS 32, it is recommended to perform
a servicing every two years conducted at aquatechnik mechanical dept.
- Any servicing work on the Coupling tool BBS 32 shall be performed at
aquatechnik mechanical dept. Any alteration of the equipment or its components
involve the cancellation of the warranty.
- In case of consistent loss of oil from the equipment, send immediately the Coupling
tool BBS 32 to aquatechnik mechanical dept. for subsequent inspection and
repairing. (Warning: avoid that leaked oil comes into contact with the eyes or skin.
Do not inhale or ingest. Do not disperse into the environment).
- Avoid that the equipment get wet; water and liquids in general can damage the
electrical circuits.
Warning: During maintenance operations, make sure that the equipment is
disconnected from power sources (battery or outlet).
