DOTAZIONE
La Bicchieratrice BCB 110, articolo 51728, è fornita completa di:
- macchina bicchieratrice
- batteria
- caricabatteria
- kit di espansione da ø 40 a 90 mm
- ghiere da ø 40 a 90 mm
- espansori multiuso in elastomero da
ø 40 a 90 mm (due per ogni diametro)
- custodia
- brugola
- cinghia tracolla
Montare sulla Bicchieratrice BCB 110 la testata del dia-
metro di lavoro desiderato.
Attenzione: per effettuare tale operazione è necessario
che l’attrezzatura sia in posizione di riposo. E’ possi-
bile portare in qualunque momento la Bicchieratrice in
posizione di riposo, agendo sull’apposito dispositivo di
ritorno d’emergenza .
1Montare l’adattatore no alla battuta.

2Fissare l’adattore con la brugola in dotazione.

Avvitare la ghiera no alla battuta.

Posizionare l’espansore multiuso.

Inlare l’estrattore all’interno dell’espansore e ruotare no
allo scatto di aggancio (click).

Tagliare il tubo in modo preciso e perpendicolare e inseri-
re la calotta sul tubo.
Inserire dunque il tubo all’interno dell’estrattore.

Innestare il raccordo nel bicchiere ottenuto spingendo no alla battuta.

Avvitare la calotta no alla dentellatura di sicurezza antisvitamento (utilizzare l’apposita
chiave ssa serie 50600). NB: l’eventuale smontaggio del raccordo si ottiene sbloccando la
calotta con l’apposita chiave ssa.
NON RIUTILIZZARE calotte già bloccate no al sistema antisvitamento.

Premere il tasto di avanzamento blu, posizionato sull’im-
pugnatura, no alla realizzazione del bicchiere (il tubo si
sgancerà automaticamente dall’utensile ad operazione
ultimata e anche l’espansore).
E’ necessario riportare la Bicchieratrice BCB 110 in posi-
zione di riposo premendo il tasto di ritorno (g. 2).

Al termine della lavorazione, recuperare l’espansore per le successive bicchierature, ripe-
tendo l’operazione dall’istruzione numero 4 (g. 6).

• Per la pulizia dell’apparecchiatura, utilizzare un panno leggermente imbevuto di un comune
detergente non aggressivo. NON UTILIZZARE sostanze acide, diluenti, solventi e sostanze
in polvere, che potrebbero danneggiare i componenti.
• La Bicchieratrice BCB 110 è provvista di un display che avvisa, sia acusticamente che visi-
vamente, l’avvicinarsi del momento di manutenzione programmata. Il controllo periodico è
necessario per preservare il buon funzionamento dell’apparecchiatura.
• Tutti gli eventuali interventi di cui dovesse necessitare la Bicchieratrice BCB 110, dovranno
essere effettuati presso le ofcine Aquatechnik. Manomissioni dell’apparecchiatura, o di
alcuni componenti, comportano il decadimento della garanzia.
• Nel caso di fuoriuscita consistente di olio dall’attrezzatura, inviare subito la Bicchieratrice
BCB 110 presso Aquatechnik per le veriche ed eventuali riparazioni. (Attenzione: evitare
che l’olio fuoriuscito entri a contatto con la pelle e con gli occhi. Non inalare nè ingerire. Non
disperdere nell’ambiente).
• Evitare che l’attrezzatura si bagni: acqua e liquidi in genere possono danneggiare i circuiti
elettrici.
• ATTENZIONE: nelle fasi di manutenzione assicurarsi che l’attrezzatura sia isolata da fonti di
energia di alimentazione.
• La Bicchieratrice BCB 110 viene fornita con una coppia di espansori multiuso in elastomero
per ogni diametro di lavorazione, da ø 40 a 90 mm. Dopo circa 5-10 bicchieri, a seconda del
diametro, l’espansore in elastomero potrebbe faticare ad entrare nel tubo a causa di un’ec-
cessiva dilatazione. Ciò NON implica l’esaurimento dello stesso: l’espansore in elastomero
ritorna al suo assetto originale dopo un periodo di riposo che può variare a seconda della
temperatura di lavoro. Nel frattempo, portare l’attrezzatura in fase di riposo e sostituire l’ela-
stomero con il secondo in dotazione, per proseguire la lavorazione.
• In caso di temperature prossime agli 0°C, i tempi di ritorno dell’espansore possono allungar-
si notevolmente.
• Eliminare l’elastomero solo in caso di rottura o di non ritorno dopo il tempo di riposo.

ALIMENTAZIONE
BATTERIE E CARICABATTERIE
• Slare la batteria dalla macchina Bicchieratrice, premendo il
tasto blu sul dorso dell’impugnatura dell’utensile e spingen-
do verso il basso.
con luce verde lampeggiante: la carica in corso della
batteria
con luce verde continua: la ne del ciclo di ricarica
con luce rossa lampeggiante: il mancato contatto fra batteria e caricabatteria o ava-
ria del caricabatteria
con luce rossa continua: il surriscaldamento della batteria o del caricabatteria. In
questo caso, attendere i tempi di raffreddamento e riprovare la ricarica
• L’aumento della temperatura della batteria durante la fase di ricarica e quella di utilizzo
è un fenomeno normale. Il surriscaldamento della batteria può bloccare temporanea-
mente l’operazione di ricarica (luce rossa continua): attendere i tempi di raffreddamento,
e ripetere l’operazione di ricarica.
• Per preservare la durata e il buon funzionamento della batteria, si consiglia di scaricarla
sempre completamente. Eseguire ricariche parziali può causare un abbattimento dei
tempi di autonomia delle stesse.
• Il caricabatteria è dotato di una ventola di raffreddamento: non coprire in nessun caso la
zona di areazione.

AUTONOMIA BATTERIE
L’autonomia della Bicchieratrice BCB 110 varia in base al diametro del tubo bicchierato. I test
e le prove effettuate in ciclo continuo, su batterie completamente cariche, hanno determinato
i seguenti valori:
NB: con temperature molto basse (al di sotto dei 5°C), l’autonomia delle batterie può essere
notevolmente inferiore a quella dichiarata. L’autonomia delle batterie diminuisce se la mac-
china rimane a riposo per lungo tempo.

Il tasto rosso posizionato sulla batteria consente di vericare,
tramite gli appositi led, il livello residuo di carica della batteria
stessa.
ATTENZIONE: la batteria contiene Litio. NON BUTTARE NEI
RIFIUTI URBANI.

COMPONENTS
The Coupling Tool BCB 110, code 51728, is complete with:
- coupling tool machine
- battery
- battery recharger
- expansion kits from ø 40 to 90 mm
- ring nuts from ø 40 to 90 mm
- reusable expanders of elastomeric
material from ø 40 to 90 mm (two piecies
of each diameter)
- case
- Allen key
- shoulder belt
Set the removable head of the desired working diame-
ter on the Coupling Tool BCB 110.
Attention: in order to perform this operation, the
equipment must be in a rest position. You can set the
machine out of work in any moment, using the suitable
emergency return button (g. 2).
1Set the adapter till to the stop.

2Fix the adapter by using the suitable Allen key.

Screw the ring nut till to the stop.

Set the reusable expander.

Insert the expander into the extractor and turn till it clicks
into place.

Cut the pipe perpendicularly and with care, then insert the
cap into it. Insert the pipe into the extractor.

Insert the tting into the ared pipe end till to the stop.

Screw the cap up to the anti-unscrewing safety notch (use the special wrench series 50600).
NB: the connection may be disassembled by unlocking the cap by means of the special
wrench. DO NOT RE-USE caps already locked.

Press the starting blue button placed on the handle until
the pipe is ared (the pipe and the reusable expander
will be automatically released from the machine once
this operation is over). It is necessary to get back the
Coupling Tool to the rest position by pressing the return
device (g. 2).

Once the processing is completed, pick up the reusable expander for the next arings, by
following instruction no. 4 (g. 6).

• In order to clean the equipment, use a cloth slightly soacked with a common, non aggres-
sive detergent. DO NOT USE acid substances, thinners, solvents, and powdered products
which may damage its components.
• The BCB 110 Tool is equipped with a display that warns, both acoustically and visually, of
the approaching scheduled maintenance time. The periodic check is necessary to preserve
the good functioning of the equipment.
• Any servicing work on the Coupling Tool BCB 110 shall be performed at Aquatechnik me-
chanical dept. Any alteration of the equipment or its components involve the cancellation of
the warranty.
• In case of consistent loss of oil from the equipment, send immediately the Coupling Tool
BCB 110 to Aquatechnik mechanical dept. for subsequent inspection and repairing. (War-
ning: avoid that leaked oil comes into contact with the eyes or skin. Do not inhale or ingest.
Do not disperse into the environment).
• Avoid that the equipment get wet; water and liquids in general can damage the electrical
circuits.
• Warning: During maintenance operations, make sure that the equipment is disconnected
from power sources (battery).
• The Coupling Tool BCB 110 is supplied with a pair of reusable elastomer expanders for each
processing diameter, from ø 40 to 90 mm. After about 5-10 arings, depending on the dia-
meter, the elastomer expander may struggle to enter into the pipe due to excessive expan-
sion.This does NOT mean that it is exhausted: the elastomer expander returns to its original
shape after a rest period depending on the working temperature. In the meantime, set the
machine out of work and replace the elastomer with the supplied second one, to proceed
working.
• At temperatures closed to 0°C, the return time of the expander can be considerably longer.
• Discard the elastomer only in case of breakage or if it doesn’t go back to its initial shape
after the rest period.

POWER SUPPLY
BATTERIES AND BATTERY RECHARGER
• Remove the battery from the Coupling Tool by pressing the
blue button on the back of the handle and pushing down.
green ashing light: the battery is charging
green steady light: battery charging is completed
red ashing light: no contact between battery and
charger or charger failure
red steady light: overheating of the battery or of the charger. In this case, wait for the
cooling time and try charging again. At the end of the charging cycle (green light
on), disconnect the battery from the charger.
• The temperature increasing of the battery during recharging is normal. The battery
overheating can temporarily block the recharging process (red steady light). Wait for the
cooling times and repeat the charging.
• To preserve the endurance and the good performing of the battery, we suggest to
discharge completely before the next recharging. Perform partial battery recharging may
cause a reduction of battery life
• The charger is equipped with a cooling fan: do not cover the ventilation area under any
circumstances.

BATTERY ENDURANCE
The Coupling Tool BCB 110 battery endurance changes according to the pipe diameter.
Inspections and tests performed in continuously, on totally-charged batteries, have given the
following values:
NB: At very low temperatures (below 5°C), battery endurance may be exceedingly lower than
the one declared. The battery endurance decreases if the Coupling Tool stays at rest for a
long time.
