Mit der Viessmann Ösen-Biegezange 4198,
4298 und 4398 sind Sie in der Lage, jede
beliebige Fahrdrahtlänge zu erzeugen. Dies
geschieht durch Kürzen der Universalfahr-
drähte (415x, 425x, 435x) und anschließen-
dem Biegen der Ösen.
With the Eyehook Bending Pliers 4198, 4298
and 4398 from Viessmann you are able to
produce every running wire length which you
want. This occurs by shorting of the universal
running wires (415x, 425x, 435x) and by
bending of the eyehooks afterwards.

zum Kürzen, Biegen und Richten der Viess-
mann - Oberleitungsfahrdrähte vorgesehen.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt
als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für hieraus
resultierende Schäden haftet der Hersteller
nicht; das Risiko hierfür trägt allein der
Benutzer.

This Eyehook-Bending-Pliers shall be used for
shorting, bending and straightening of the
Viessmann running wire only. Additionally
using of the product for any other purpose is
not approved and is considered to be
incorrect. The manufacturer can’t be held
responsible for any damage resulting from the
unproper use of this product; in such a case
liability rests with the user.

Biegen Sie die Ösen wie folgt: Bend the eyehooks as follows::
Kürzen Sie den Fahrdraht symmetrisch
zu den Fallseilen auf die erforderliche
Länge. Diese ergibt sich aus der
rechnerischen Fahrdrahtlänge (Abstand
zwischen den beiden Aufnahmepunkten
der Ausleger, zwischen die der Fahr-
draht gespannt werden soll) plus einem
Biegezuschlag von 2 x 6 mm (H0) bzw.
2 x 5 mm (TT und N).
Cut the running wire symmetrical to the
vertical wires down to the needed
length. This you can find by the
mathematical length (distance between
the both connecting points of the
brackets, between you will use the
running wire) and a bending bonus of 2
x 6 mm (H0) respectively 2 x 5 mm (TT
and N).

2Legen Sie den gekürzten Fahrdraht in
die Zange ein. Achten Sie dabei auf die
richtige Position von Fahrdraht und
Zange, wie in Pos. 3 beschrieben.
Abhängig davon, ob Sie eine Öse mit
Hinterschnitt oder eine gerade Öse er-
zeugen wollen, ist der Fahrdraht in die
Nut oder auf die geradeAuflagefläche zu
legen. Das Ende des Fahrdrahtes muss
dabei bündig mit der Außenkante der
Zange sein.

you have to put the running wire into the
groove or on the area. Thereby the end
of the running wire has to be coincide
with the outer edge of the pliers.
Put the cutted running wire into the
pliers. Check thereby the right position of
running wire and pliers as specified in
Pos.3.
