nel seguente libretto in quanto forniscono importanti indicazioni
riguardanti la sicurezza di installazione, d’uso e di manutenzione.
Istruzioni importanti da conservare per ulteriori consultazioni.
Conservare la garanzia, lo scontrino scale e il libretto istruzioni per ogni
ulteriore consultazione.
Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio e
in caso di visibili danneggiamenti non utilizzarlo e rivolgersi a personale
professionalmente qualicato.
Non lasciare parti dell’imballo alla portata dei bambini, né utilizzarlo come
gioco: è un apparecchio elettrico e come tale va considerato.
Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, assicurarsi che la tensione presente
nella presa di corrente, corrisponda a quella indicata nei dati di targa.
Nel caso in cui la spina e la presa non siano compatibili, far sostituire
la presa con un tipo adatto da personale professionalmente qualicato.
Non utilizzare adattatori o prolunghe che non siano rispondenti alle
vigenti normative di sicurezza o che superino i limiti delle portate in
valore della corrente.
Staccare l’apparecchio dalla rete di alimentazione quando non è
utilizzato .
Non tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per staccare la
spina dalla presa di corrente.
L’uso di un qualsiasi apparecchio elettrico comporta l’osservanza di
alcune regole fondamentali, in particolare:
- Non toccare l’apparecchio con mani bagnate o umide.
- L’apparecchio non è destinato ad essere usato da persone (bambini
compresi) le cui capacità siche, sensoriali o mentali siano ridotte,
oppure con mancanza di esperienza o di conoscenza, a meno che
abbiano potuto beneciare, attraverso l’intermediazione di una persona
responsabile della loro sicurezza, di una sorveglianza o di istruzioni
riguardanti l’uso dell’apparecchio.
I bambini devono essere sorvegliati per sincerarsi che non giochino con
l’apparecchio.
- Non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmosferici (pioggia,sole).
- Non sottoporlo ad urti.
Nel caso vi sia un guasto o un funzionamento anomalo dell’apparecchio
staccare immediatamente la spina, non manometterlo e rivolgersi ad un
Centro Assistenza autorizzato.
Nel qualcaso si decida di non utilizzare più questo tipo di apparecchio,
è opportuno renderlo inoperante, tagliando il cavo di alimentazione,
ovviamente dopo averlo disinserito dalla presa di corrente.
Per evitare surriscaldamenti pericolosi si raccomanda di svolgere per
tutta la sua lunghezza il cavo di alimentazione.

Se il cavo di alimentazione dovesse essere danneggiato, deve essere
sostituito solamente presso i centri di assistenza autorizzati dal
costruttore.
Per motivi di sicurezza l’apparecchio non può essere smontato.
Durante l’uso tenere l’apparecchio su di una supercie piana.
Non utilizzare l’apparecchio all’esterno.
L’apparecchio è stato costruito e concepito per funzionare in ambienti
domestici, pertanto ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e quindi
pericoloso.
Non indossare capi di abbigliamento o accessori tipo catenine,
braccialetti, orologi etc. durante l’utilizzo che possano facilmente
impigliarsi e causare incidenti; per lo stesso motivo i capelli lunghi
devono essere opportunamente raccolti.
Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio vericare l’efcienza del medesimo e
che le parti mobili non risultino bloccate.
Vericare che l’apparecchio sia correttamente montato e non vi siano
parti rovinate.
Non utilizzare l’apparecchio “a vuoto”, potrebbe danneggiarsi.
Vericare che siano stati rispettati tutti i presupposti necessari per un
regolare funzionamento dell’apparecchio.
Non fare funzionare l’apparecchio per più di 5 minuti consecutivi
onde evitare l’eccessivo riscaldamento del motore.
Lasciare riposare l’apparecchio per 15 minuti prima di riprendere il
normale utilizzo.
Non inserire la mano all’interno dell’apparecchio.
Non inserire oggetti all’interno dell’apparecchio.
Non utilizzare oggetti/utensili (palette, mestoli, cucchiai etc.) al posto
del pressatore, potrebbero venire trascinati dalla vite senza ne
danneggiando irrimediabilmente l’apparecchio e creando una situazione
di pericolo per l’operatore, utilizzare quindi solo ed esclusivamente il
pressatore in dotazione.

Istruzioni d’uso IT
Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia spento e scollegato prima di
iniziare le operazioni di montaggio e smontaggio.
TRITACARNE
Posizionare l’unità motore (1) su una supercie piana e stabile.
Assicurarsi che la spina del cavo di alimentazione non sia inserita nella
presa di corrente.
Inserire le rondelle (5) e la vita senza ne (7) nel corpo (3) come indicato
in gura a pag. 2
Posizionare la lama (9) facendo attenzione a rivolgere la parte
aflata verso l’esterno altrimenti l’apparecchio non funziona
correttamente.
Fare attenzione a non ferirsi durante la manipolazione della lama!
Posizionare il disco scelto per il tipo di tritatura (10), che si desidera
effettuare, nel corpo allineando le 2 asole nelle rispettive sedi.
Prima di avvitare la ghiera si consiglia di versare un cucchiaio di
olio sulla vite senza ne e sulla lama, afnchè la rotazione sia più
libera.
Avvitare la ghiera (11) in senso antiorario e assemblare il corpo (3) sulla
base motore (1) inserendo le alette (A - g.2) nelle rispettive cave (B -
g.2) e ruotare no all’arresto.
Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente.
Avviare l’apparecchio azionando l’interruttore a pulsante (2).
Per spingere gli alimenti nell’imbuto utilizzare l’apposito pressatore (4).
Con l’apparecchio in funzione non spingere gli alimenti nel condotto con
le mani o altri utensili.
Consigli utili per tritare la carne.
La carne da tritare deve essere pulita eliminando ossa e parti di grasso.
Le strisce di carne devono essere all’incirca lunghe 10 cm e spesse 2,5
cm.
La carne deve essere spinta nel foro del corpo con l’apposito utensile
fornito in dotazione.

Manutenzione IT
Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio sia spento e disinserire la spina dalla
presa di corrente prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia e
manutenzione. Pulire l’apparecchio solamente quando è freddo.
La pulizia dell’unità base motore (1), deve essere effettuata con un
panno morbido e leggermente umido.
Non utilizzare sostanze, liquidi o panni eccessivamente bagnati,
perché eventuali inltrazioni potrebbero danneggiare l’apparecchio
irreparabilmente. Non utilizzare spugne e prodotti abrasivi.
Rimuovere il condotto di alimentazione dall’unità motore ruotandolo
in senso orario. Lavare tutti gli accessori con acqua e detergente per
stoviglie senza utilizzare spugne abrasive.
Gli accessori in acciaio (lama a stella e trale ) possono essere lavati in
lavastoviglie. Manipolare la lama a stella con particolare attenzione,
in quanto molto tagliente.
Non introdurre gli accessori in plastica in lavastoviglie perchè a causa
delle alte temperature potrebbero deformarsi.
INSACCATORE
Inserire nella ghiera l’accessorio insaccatore come in gura 3. Questo
accessorio si usa senza disco e senza lama.
Consigli utili per preparare gli insaccati.
La carne da tritare e insaccare deve essere pulita eliminando ossa e
parti di grasso. Aggiungere spezie o aromi con cui si desidera arricchire
la carne. Le strisce di carne devono essere all’incirca lunghe 10cm e
spesse 2,5cm.
Far aderire la pelle per insaccati sul cono facendola scivolare no in
fondo e lasciandone avanzare dai 5 ai 10 cm. Si consiglia di inumidire la
pelle per renderla più elastica. Fare un nodo all’estremità della pelle ed
inlarla nell’accessorio.
Pressare attentamente la carne perchè eventuale residui d’aria possono
causare all’interno dell’insaccato la formazione di muffa.
Quando la carne è terminata, fermate l’apparecchio, togliete il budello
rimanente e fare un nodo.

After removing the packaging, check the appliance for any signs of
damage.
In case of visible damage, do not use it and contact a qualied technician.
Keep all parts of the packaging out of the reach of children.
The appliance is not a toy: it is an electrical appliance and must be
treated with the necessary caution.
Before connecting the appliance, make sure that the power supply
voltage matches the indication on the data plate.
If the plug and socket are not compatible, replace the socket with a
suitable type, applying to skilled people.
Do not use adapters or extension cables which do not meet current
safety standards or that exceed the current carrying capacity limits.
When you don’t use the appliance disconnect it from the power supply
and assure that the selector is switched off (position 0).
Do not tug the power cable or the appliance itself to remove the plug
from the socket.
The use of any electrical appliance requires to respect basic rules,
namely:
- Never touch the appliance with wet or humid hands.
- This appliance must not be used by individuals (including children)
with diminished physical, sensory or mental abilities or who lack the
experience or knowledge on how to operate it unless they are supervised
or have been instructed on the use of the appliance by someone who is
responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to make sure
that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not leave the appliance exposed to weathering (rain, sun).
- Do not subject it to rough handling.
The power cable should be extended to its full length to avoid overheating.
In case of a breakdown or malfunctioning of the appliance, disconnect
it at once. Do not attempt to repair it, but take it to a service centre
approved by the manufacturer.
If you decide not to use this appliance any longer, disable it by cutting the
power cable - of course, after disconnecting it from the socket.
If the power cable gets damaged, replace it only in a service centre
approved by the manufacturer.

For safety reasons the machine body of the appliance can not be
disassembled.
Place the appliance on a at surface when you use it.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
The appliance has been designed and manufactured to operate in the
home. Any other use is considered inappropriate and dangerous.
During operation, do not wear any pieces of clothing or jewels
(necklaces,bracelets,wrist, watches, etc.) that could get entangled or
cause accidents.Tie up your hair for safety.
Before operation, verify the conditions of the appliance and make sure
that its moving parts are not blocked.
Make sure that noparts are damaged, and that the appliance is properly
assembled.
Verify that all conditions necessary for regular operation are respected.
Check that all prerequisites for regular operation of the appliance have
been satised.
After 5 minutes of operation, let the appliance rest other 15 minutes
before continuing use.
Do not insert your hands or ngers into the appliance.
Do not insert object inside the appliance.
Do not use objects/tools (shovels, ladles, spoons, etc..) instead of the
presser, they could be dragged by the worm screw irreparably damaging
the appliance and creating a dangerous situation to the operator, then
use only the presser supplied.

Instructions for use
Make sure that the device is turned off and unplugged before you
start any assembly or disassembly operation.
MEAT GRINDER
Place the motor unit (1) on a at and stable surface.
Make sure that the plug of the power cord is not connected to a power
outlet and that the operating switch (2) is set to “0”.
Insert the washers (5) and the worm screw (7) into the body (3), as shown
in the gure on page 2.
Place the blade (9) taking care to turn the sharp edge toward the
outside otherwise the device does not work properly.
Be careful to avoid injury when handling the blade!
Place the disk chosen for the type of grinding (10) to be obtained in the
feed throat, aligning the 2 slots in their seats.
The meat must be pushed into the hole in the body using the
specic tool supplied with the meat grinder.
Screw the ring nut (11) and assemble the body (3) on the motor unit (1)
by inserting the tabs (A - Picture 2) in their respective slots (B – Picture 2)
and rotate counterclockwise until stop is reached.
Before you screw in the ring nut, it is recommended to pour a tablespoon
of oil onto the worm screw and the blade, for smoother and freer rotation.
To push the food into the funnel use the special presser supplied (4).
To insert the plug into the socket.
To switch on the appliance pushing the button (2).
When the device is in operation do not push the food in the feed throat
with hands or other tools.

Useful meat-grinding tips.
The meat to be ground must be cleaned, removing all bones and fat.
The strips of meat should be about 10 cm long and 2.5 cm thick.
The meat must be pushed into the hole in the body using the specic tool
supplied with the meat grinder. 9

Maintenance
Make certain that the appliance is turned off and disconnect the plug
from the power outlet before performing any maintenance or cleaning
operation. Clean the appliance only when it is cool.
The motor base unit (1) must be cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
Do not use substances, liquids or excessively dampened cloths because
any inltrations could damage the appliance beyond repair.
Do not use sponges or abrasive products.
Remove the body from the motor unit and rotating the body clockwise.
Wash all the accessories with water and dish detergent without using
abrasive sponges. Only the steel accessories (star blade and hole plates)
can be washed in the dishwasher.
Be extremely careful when handling the star blade, as it is very
sharp.
Do not put the aluminium accessories into the dishwasher since they
may change colour as a result of chemical agent aggression.
Do not put the plastic accessories into the dishwasher since the high
temperatures may deform them.

SAUSAGE STUFFER
Insert the sausage stuffer tool in the ring as shown in picture 3.
To use this tool neither the disc nor the blade are required.
Useful tips for making sausages/salami.
The meat to be ground and made into sausages/salami must be cleaned,
removing all bones and fat. Add spices and avourings of your choice
to the meat. The strips of meat should be about 10 cm long and 2.5 cm
thick.
Make sure the sausage skin sticks well to the cone, letting it slide to the
bottom with about 5 to 10 cm left over. It is recommended to moisten
the skin so that it becomes more elastic. Tie a knot at the end of the
membrane and insert it into the tool.
When the meat is nished, stop the appliance, remove the remaining
sausage casing and make a knot.
Press down on the meat carefully as any air residue may cause mould to
form in the sausage.

fuori garanzia.
Il consumatore è titolare dei diritti applicabili dalla legislazione nazionale
disciplinante la vendita dei beni di consumo; questa garanzia lascia
inpregiudicati tali diritti.
La Casa costruttrice declina ogni responsabilità per eventuali danni a
persone, animali o cose, conseguenti ad uso improprio dell’apparecchio
e alla mancata osservanza delle prescrizioni indicate nell’apposito
libretto istruzioni.
Limitazioni
Ogni diritto di garanzia e ogni nostra responsabilità decadono se
l’apparecchio è stato:
- Manomesso da parte di personale non autorizzato.
-Impiegato, conservato o trasportato in modo improprio.
Sono comunque escluse dalla garanzia le perdite di prestazioni estetiche
o tali da non compromettere la sostanza delle funzioni.
Se nonostante la cura nella selezione dei materiali e l’impegno nella
realizzazione del prodotto che Lei ha appena acquistato si dovessero
riscontrare dei difetti, o qualora avesse bisogno di informazioni, Vi
