Operation.
Place the plug in the current socket.
If you wish to seal just one bag, position it in the suction chamber (B), close the appliance and ensure you hear
the “click” of the two side stops.
Press the Seal (4) key which will light up indicating the appliance is on. When it switches off, press the release
buttons (G) on the two sides and remove the bag.
If you want to vacuum pack food, place it inside the bag, position the opening in the suction chamber (B), close
the appliance and ensure you hear the “click” of the two side stops.
Before starting suction, you can select the type of suction.
By default, the appliance is set to NORMAL. Pressing the MODE key (2) you can choose between the NORMAL
options (standard suction) or GENTLE (for soft food); based on the selection, the corresponding light switches
on for the option chosen.
Pressing the FOOD key (3) you can choose the most suitable suction for the type of food to be packaged.
By default, the appliance is set to DRY. For dry food, select DRY while for moist food select MOIST; also in this
case, the light corresponding to the selection switches on.
At this point, press the Vac Seal (5) key. The key will light up; when it switches off the Seal key will automatically
light up to carry out sealing; when it switches off, the process is complete.
Press the release buttons on the two sides and remove the sealed parts.
To stop the appliance from working at any time, press the Stop key (1).
To avoid excessive vacuum of delicate food, sealing can be anticipated by pressing the Seal key during suction.
ATTENTION: In this case, if the vacuum is too weak, the bag may not seal correctly.
Vacuum packing with containers.

which must be positioned on one end (larger inlet) in the suction nozzle and the other end in the plug (not

If necessary, clean the edge and the seal of the container lid.
Once you have completed these preliminary actions, simply press the key (H) to start suction. Suction
automatically stops when the maximum vacuum is reached. To stop, use the same STOP key on the command
panel.
To facilitate the operation, ensure you have closed the lid on the container correctly. Mark the packaging date
