Use the meat grinder only for processing soft, not fozen food, meat without bones, vegetables and fruits without pits. Never use the appliance for processing bones and
hard food, such as bones, nuts and seeds in the shell. Roots must be cut into small pieces and soaked in water for at least 10 hours before grinding. • Do not plug in the
appliance at the same time as other electrical appliances. • Do not pull on the power cord, do not twist or wind it around the appliance. • Install the device on a dry and
hard surface. Do not install the appliance on a hot surface or next to it. • Make sure that the device is installed in such a way that the ventilation holes on the body are

Push food into the loading neck only with the pusher provided. It is forbidden to push food with fingers or other
objects. • When operating with the appliance do not let hair, a scarf or other objects to hang over the appliance.
• If the rotation of the auger of the meat grinder has stopped or is difficult, first unplug the appliance and only then clean the auger and knife of products that block movement.
• It is forbidden to engage reverse rotation (reverse) without waiting for the complete stop of the forward rotation of the screw. Otherwise, the device may make unusual
noise, vibrate which can damage the meat grinder.
• Use the appliance only for food processing. It is forbidden to grind solid products.
• At the end of work, a small amount of food may remain in the meat grinder chute, which is not a malfunction. Some black metal dust may stick to product debris. Do not
eat these residues, throw them away.
• Do not overload the meat grinder. If clogging occurs, stop the meat grinder immediately and clean the auger and knife of food residues.
• The continuous operation of the meat grinder should not exceed 10 minutes.
• If the engine overheat protection system has worked, do not turn on the device until it has completely cooled down.
• The housing and accessories must always be kept dry and clean!
• Do not use accessories that are not supplied.
Attention! During the first use, the appliance may emit odor. This is normal and is due to burn-out of the factory oil!

MEAT GRINDER ASSEMBLING FOR MEAT PROCESSING.
1)Hold the head and insert it into the inlet(when inserting please pay attention the head must be slanted ,then move the head anticlockwise
so that the head being fastened tightly .
2)Place the snake into the head, long end first, and turn to feed the screw slightly until it is set into the motor housing.
3)Place the cutting blade onto the snake shaft with the blade facing the front.If it is not fitted properly, meat will not be grinded.
4)Place the desired cutting plate next to the cutting blade, fitting protrusions in the slot.
5)Support or press the centre of the cutting plate with one finger then screw the fixing ring tight with another hand. Do not over tighten.
6)Place the hopper plate on the head and fix it into position.
7)Locate the unit on a firm place.
MINCING MEAT
Cut all foods into pieces (Sinewless, boneless and fatless meat is recommended, approximate size :20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm so that they fit
easily into the hopper opening.Only when both the front key “ON” and back key “ON” are press at the same time, can the machine working.
Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use for it only the food pusher.
After using, Press“O”to let appliance to stop, then pull plug out.
Attention! Do not grind frozen meat.
SAUSAGE PREPARATION
1)Hold the head and insert it into the inlet(when inserting please pay attention the head must be slanted ,then move the head anticlockwise

2)Place the snake into the head, long end first, and turn to feed the screw slightly until it is set into the motor housing.
3)Place the cutting blade onto the snake shaft with the blade facing the front.
4)Place the desired cutting plate next to the cutting blade, fitting protrusions in the slot.
5)Install a sausage stuffer to the cutting plate then screw the fixing ring tight.
KEBBE PREPARATION
1)Mince meat three times and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. More meat and less flour for outlet cover create better consistency and taste.
2)Grind the mixture three times.
3)Remove the cutting plate and cutting blade.
4) Place kibbe attachments onto the feed screw shaft together, fitting protrusions in the slots.
5)Screw cap into place until tight. Do not over tighten.
6)Make the cylindrical outlet cover.
7)Form kibbe and deep fry.
REVERSAL FUNCTION
1)When the food is stuck,you can press the “reverse” key, but you should press the key “R” of the small switch first and then press the key “R” of
the front switch,then the machine can turn back the food and avoid sticking.
2)After unblocking, release“R” ,and pull plug out, then clean food out from head of appliance.
MEAT GRINDER DISSAMBLING
Switch off the appliance and make sure the motor has stopped completely
1)Unplu the appliance,
2)Disassmble by reverting the assembling steps.
