Quick Start Guide
Mount Extraction Finder Adapter
securely.
On the bottom-end of Extraction
Adapter, connect a 1.5” Sanitary
Flange to Hose Adapter (or NPT or
another connection) for incoming flow.
On the top-end of the Extraction
Adapter, connect a second 1.5”
Sanitary Flange to Hose Adapter (or
equivalent) for outgoing flow.
Install a bypass, valved bleedport.Best Practice: Set up an extraction
adapter bypass (that can be quickly
actuated through 3 way valves), a
vent, and a pressure gauge.
Warning: Ensure all connections are
properly installed. Ensure the system
and installation conform to all
applicable laws and ordinances.

Set integration to AID (Auto) Set scans to average to 5 Observe no signal or noisy signal
from reverberations during initial
startup.
Identify signal increase after initial
fluid flow, then equilibrate during full
flow.
Observe changes in Delta-9, Lipid
and Chlorophyll levels. Use the
Overlay feature to superimpose a
black line for comparison purposes.
If you chose to record, toggle the
Record button to Off. Install a USB
thumb drive. Press Transfer function.
Install the Digital Display using the
power supply and 30' sensor cable.
Connect and power the system, then
prepare extraction as you typically
would
