认识 G20
G20 主要为 22L 级别的植保无人机解决方案，拥有稳定的结构，靓丽的外形，极强的可扩展性，可为
植保无人机厂家提供灵活的定制化解决方案。G20 采用全对称八轴布局方案，前后双药箱+左右双电池，
可以保证机身重心稳定，动力和电池双重冗余。其环抱式折叠结构可以最大程度减少机身折叠之后的体积，
方便运输转场，飞控仓采用叠层塔式结构，将电源板、信号板、主控模块、通讯模块、GPS 模块等不同功
能的飞控模块通过上下叠层的方式排布、布线清晰、便于维修。电池方面可选装定制化快拆智能电池方案、
采用分离式电池防打火模块、可以有效避免电池插拔的打火现象。我们还为 G20 预留了 RTK 天线安装位
置，可选配高精度 RTK 定位模块，实现厘米级定位精度，提高抗干扰能力。喷洒系统中可选配四个加长杆
喷头，配合四个压力水泵，强劲的喷洒系统可以保证药液雾化颗粒细腻，减少雾滴飘逸。
G20 is mainly a 22L-level agriculture drone solution. It has a stable structure, beautiful
appearance, and strong scalability, which can provide flexible customized solutions for
agriculture drone manufacturers. G20 adopts eight-axis embracing folding structure, with dual
front and rear double tank and dual left and right double batteries, which can ensure the stability
of the center of gravity of the fuselage, and dual redundancy of power and batteries.The
embracing folding structure can minimize the volume of the fuselage after folding, which is
convenient for transportation. The flight control adopts a stacked tower structure, which
integrates power boards, signal boards, main control modules, communication modules, GPS
modules and other functions. The flight control modules are arranged in a stacked manner, with
clear wiring and easy maintenance. For batteries, a customizable quick-release smart battery
solution can be optionally installed, and a separate battery anti-lighting module can be used to
effectively prevent the ignition of the battery when it is inserted and removed.We also reserve the
RTK antenna installation position for G20, and optional high-precision RTK positioning module
can be used to achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy and improve anti-interference
ability.The spraying system can be optionally equipped with four extension rod spray nozzles and
four pressure water pumps. The powerful spraying system can ensure that the liquid medicine
atomization particles are fine and the mist droplets are reduced.

2、 安装软管时，请勿过度弯折，以免产生折痕影响喷洒效果

安 装 Installation
安装时请自备中强度螺丝胶。首先完成拆箱检查，随后进行脚架安装、机身安装、机臂安装、飞控
安装、动力系统安装、喷洒系统安装。若有其他选配方案，最后进行选配方案的安装。
Please prepare your own medium-strength screw glue for installation. First complete the
unpacking inspection, and then perform the landing gear installation, frame installation, arm
installation, flight control installation, power system installation, and spray system installation. If
there are other options, finally install the options.

脚架安装 Landing gear installation
1.将机身中控上保护盖拆除，将机身翻转（图 1）

4.安装 M3*16 螺丝，首先无需螺丝完全紧固，只起到固定作用（图 4），再将机身翻转（图 5），将脚架调
整平衡后再拧紧螺丝，注意脚架固定末端需要抵到电池仓。.Install M3 * 16 screws. First, they do not need
to be fully tightened. They only serve for fixing (Figure 4), then turn the body over (Figure 5). Adjust
the balance of the landing gear and tighten the screws. Note that the fixed end of the landing gear

机臂安装 Arm installation
机臂安装需要拆开机身部分零件，请务必注意这些零件原先的安装位置
Some parts of the frame need to be disassembled for the arm installation. Please pay attention to the original
installation position of these parts.
1、将机身上碳板鲨鱼鳍拆除，留意原鲨鱼鳍安装位置
1. Remove the carbon plate shark fin on the frame, pay
attention to the original shark fin installation position
2、将机身前后两端头罩左右两侧螺丝拆除

the front and rear ends of the frame.
2、机身上碳板除图示螺丝无需拆除，其他螺丝全部拆除，把上碳板移走；

4、拧松机身中部前后两侧 U 型板 M3*8 螺丝，拆下 U 型侧板

机臂安装，先安装四根主碳管臂，后安装 8 根碳管机臂，请务必注意将电源线穿入主碳管臂预留孔

动力安装 Motor set installation
本次说明书使用好盈 X8 动力套装 ，建议飞机性能调试完毕后再进行螺旋桨安装
This manual uses the Hobbywing X8 motor set . It is recommended that the
propeller installation be performed after the aircraft performance is debugged
1、使用蛇皮网管将电源线和电调信号线套入，建议使用 10mm 热缩管缩紧蛇皮网管两端，避免蛇
皮网管分叉。焊接 XT60 公头，注意区分正负极。电机电源线与电调线长度为 1 米。
1. Use Snakeskin netting to cover the power cord and ESC signal cable. It is recommended
to use a 10mm heat Snakeskin netting to tighten the ends of the Snakeskin netting to
avoid the Snakeskin netting from splitting. Solder XT60 male, pay attention to distinguish
positive and negative. The length of the motor power cable and ESC cable is 1 meter.
2、机身头罩预留摄像头安装孔位为机头方向，参照机头方向依次安装动力，将电源线及信号线穿过
机臂，插入分电板预留动力电源线中，注意分清 CW,CCW 电机。2. The frame hood reserves the
camera installation hole for the head direction. Install the motor in turn according to the
direction of the head. Pass the power cord and signal line through the arm and insert it into
the reserved power power cord of the power distribution board. Pay attention to
distinguishing CW CCW motor.

飞控安装 Flight control installation
This manual is equipped with Flight Control of JIYI K++ , matching Hobbywing X6 motor set
seat tube diameter 40mm, Fengying T12 remote control. Note that all power supply voltages of
the distribution board are 12S, and the circuits are connected in parallel.
1、拧松四颗 M3*8 螺丝，拆下 GPS 安装板
1. Loosen four M3 * 8 screws and remove the
GPS mounting plate
2、拧松 M3*32 铜柱，拆下两块飞控预留安装板

本手册配置极翼 K++飞控、匹配好盈 X8 电机座管径 40mm，风迎 T12 遥控器。注意分电板所有电

1、将飞控主体使用 3M 胶或其他固定方式安装在飞控安装板，注意飞控方向

4、连接好飞控动力电调线，由于 K++飞控电调线线束不够长，需使用电调延长线。连接飞控其他附属
线束，以便于下一层安装。注意 LED 灯及天线、摄像头线束需要穿过主碳管臂安装在固定位置。
4. Connect the flight control power ESC cable. Because the K ++ flight control ESC wiring
harness is not long enough, you need to use an ESC extension cable. Connect the other
auxiliary harnesses of the flight controller to facilitate the next layer installation. Note that the
LED light, antenna, and camera wiring harness need to be installed in a fixed position through
the main carbon tube arm.
5、第二层用于安装 PMU 以及接收机、雷达模块等设备，如需安装前后避障、仿地等雷达，则需要安
装雷达仓。

need to install radars such as obstacle avoidance, ground imitation, etc., you need to install a
Radar Silo.
6、飞控仓第三层用于安装 RTK 或其他设备，注意 RTK 天线需穿过主碳管臂

7、第四层用于安装 GPS 模块，可使用 3M 胶固定于碳板中心，注意 GPS 安装方向；

RTK 天线布局，天线需穿过机臂、到达机臂中折固定孔位，使用 RTK 固定件固定。

此时进行电机调平，需要将上碳板安装完毕、机臂完全展开，再进行校准，使用水平仪校准电机与机臂水
平，拧紧四颗 M4*14 固定螺丝。

perform calibration. Use a spirit level to calibrate the level of the motor and the arm.
摄像头安装，遥控器为：思翼 AK28 Camera installation, remote control: Siyi AK28
安装摄像头转接板，使用 M2*8 螺丝将转接板固定于摄像头背面，并安装于 U 型侧板前方。
Install the camera adapter plate, use M2 * 8 screws to fix the adapter plate on the back of the camera, and
install it in front of the U-shaped side plate.
摄像头的线束走向为穿过 U 型侧板预留孔，穿过主碳管臂，与接收机相连

注意：动力及飞控安装完毕后，需按照拆卸顺序将上碳板、鲨鱼鳍、中控上盖安装完成。

喷洒安装 Spray installation
1、将加长杆喷头软垫卸下，套入圆形垫片。将电机座垫片垫在电机座下方，拧紧两颗 M3*12 螺丝

motor base gasket under the motor base and tighten the two M3 * 12 screws
1、使用 8mm 水管连接加长杆喷头，另一端连接一体无刷水泵出水口；

2、使用配件包中的 Y 型信号线，将四个一体水泵信号线并联为两个水泵信号线，并连接飞控水泵控制
