认识 G20
G20 主要为 22L 级别的植保无人机解决方案，拥有稳定的结构，靓丽的外形，极强的可扩展性，可为
植保无人机厂家提供灵活的定制化解决方案。G20 采用全对称八轴布局方案，前后双药箱+左右双电池，
可以保证机身重心稳定，动力和电池双重冗余。其环抱式折叠结构可以最大程度减少机身折叠之后的体积，
方便运输转场，飞控仓采用叠层塔式结构，将电源板、信号板、主控模块、通讯模块、GPS 模块等不同功
能的飞控模块通过上下叠层的方式排布、布线清晰、便于维修。电池方面可选装定制化快拆智能电池方案、
采用分离式电池防打火模块、可以有效避免电池插拔的打火现象。我们还为 G20 预留了 RTK 天线安装位
置，可选配高精度 RTK 定位模块，实现厘米级定位精度，提高抗干扰能力。喷洒系统中可选配四个加长杆
喷头，配合四个压力水泵，强劲的喷洒系统可以保证药液雾化颗粒细腻，减少雾滴飘逸。
G20 is mainly a 22L-level agriculture drone solution. It has a stable structure, beautiful
appearance, and strong scalability, which can provide flexible customized solutions for
agriculture drone manufacturers. G20 adopts eight-axis embracing folding structure, with dual
front and rear double tank and dual left and right double batteries, which can ensure the stability
of the center of gravity of the fuselage, and dual redundancy of power and batteries.The
embracing folding structure can minimize the volume of the fuselage after folding, which is
convenient for transportation. The flight control adopts a stacked tower structure, which
integrates power boards, signal boards, main control modules, communication modules, GPS
modules and other functions. The flight control modules are arranged in a stacked manner, with
clear wiring and easy maintenance. For batteries, a customizable quick-release smart battery
solution can be optionally installed, and a separate battery anti-lighting module can be used to
effectively prevent the ignition of the battery when it is inserted and removed.We also reserve the
RTK antenna installation position for G20, and optional high-precision RTK positioning module
can be used to achieve centimeter-level positioning accuracy and improve anti-interference
ability.The spraying system can be optionally equipped with four extension rod spray nozzles and
four pressure water pumps. The powerful spraying system can ensure that the liquid medicine
atomization particles are fine and the mist droplets are reduced.

2、 安装软管时，请勿过度弯折，以免产生折痕影响喷洒效果

3、 务必在完成所有安装及连线后，再连接飞行器电源

安 装 Installation
安装时请自备中强度螺丝胶。首先完成拆箱检查，随后进行脚架安装、机身安装、机臂安装、飞控
安装、动力系统安装、喷洒系统安装。若有其他选配方案，最后进行选配方案的安装。
Please prepare your own medium-strength screw glue for installation. First complete the
unpacking inspection, and then perform the landing gear installation, frame installation, arm
installation, flight control installation, power system installation, and spray system installation. If
there are other options, finally install the options.

脚架安装 Landing gear installation
1.将机身中控上保护盖拆除，将机身翻转（图 1）
1. Remove the protective cover on the middle
control and turn the fuselage over (Figure 1
2. 机身底部朝上，将底部脚架固定座拆开（图 2）
2. The bottom of the frame is facing upwards,
and the bottom landing gear fixed part is
disassembled (Figure 2)
3.将脚架对准机身底部固定座，请务必注意脚架安装在机身左右两侧（图 3/4）

4.安装 M3*16 螺丝，首先无需螺丝完全紧固，只起到固定作用（图 4），再将机身翻转（图 5），将脚架调
整平衡后再拧紧螺丝，注意脚架固定末端需要抵到电池仓。.Install M3 * 16 screws. First, they do not need
to be fully tightened. They only serve for fixing (Figure 4), then turn the body over (Figure 5). Adjust
the balance of the landing gear and tighten the screws. Note that the fixed end of the landing gear
requires Arrive in the battery compartment.

机臂安装 Arm installation
机臂安装需要拆开机身部分零件，请务必注意这些零件原先的安装位置
Some parts of the frame need to be disassembled for the arm installation. Please pay attention to the original
installation position of these parts.
1、将机身上碳板鲨鱼鳍拆除，留意原鲨鱼鳍安装位置
1. Remove the carbon plate shark fin on the frame, pay
attention to the original shark fin installation position
2、将机身前后两端头罩左右两侧螺丝拆除
2.Remove the left and right screws on
the front and rear ends of the frame.
2、机身上碳板除图示螺丝无需拆除，其他螺丝全部拆除，把上碳板移走；
3. The carbon plate on the frame does not need to be removed except for the screws shown
in the figure. All other screws are removed and the upper carbon plate is removed;
4、拧松机身中部前后两侧 U 型板 M3*8 螺丝，拆下 U 型侧板
4. Loosen the U-shaped plate M3 * 8 screws on the front and back sides of the
middle of the frame, and remove the U-shaped side plate

机臂安装，先安装四根主碳管臂，后安装 8 根碳管机臂，请务必注意将电源线穿入主碳管臂预留孔
位。For the arm installation, install four main carbon tube arms first, and then install eight
carbon tube arms. Be sure to insert the power cord into the main carbon tube arm to reserve
a hole.
1.从主碳管臂预留孔中穿入电源线 2.电源线传入机臂后与分电板预留电源线相连

3.使用 M4*12 螺丝，通过机身下板安装孔位固定

4.贴上“当心夹手”标签

5. 将碳管机臂的尼龙注塑件对齐折叠件安装孔位

6.使用M6*60螺丝将碳管机臂固定在折叠件上，
注意套入碳管机臂套筒
