Start by laying your clean
pads next to your brace like
shown in the photo for easier
changing of pads

2Start with the back part of
your collar and unloop the
white Velcro straps by
pulling through the plastic
shell.
4Completely removepad.
Hand wash padswith mild
soap and warm water. Rinse
thoroughly.
Do not machinewash or use
bleach
Squeezeexcesswater by pressingpad
with atowel.Allow to completely air
dry by layingon atowel.Do not use
heat to dry.Usereplacement pads
duringdryingtime.Repeat on other
pieceof collar.

Then pull pad away from
shell & the Velcro strap will
pull out of the pad

Remove lower pads from
the front of your collar.
When replacing the pad be
aware of the center white
dial that the pad cut-out
must go around.
