AT&T Moxee Hotspot for Arkansas K-12 Students
Welcome to your AT& Hotspot with unlimited data for Arkansas K-12 students provided by the Arkansas Department of
Education,Division of Elementaryand Secondary Education. This will allow connectivity to educational sites for your
remotelearning. This Hotspot has CIPA, Child Internet ProtectionAct,softwareand will not allow access tosites that
have been determined to be inappropriate for minors.
This device has been testedand will be readyto use. Please seethe included Quick set up guide connection to your
laptop or tablet.

Users maygo by any AT&T store or contact AT&T support at 800-331-0500 for additional support. You will need to have
the cell number of the device (writtenon thebox) handy when calling in and your Account number 287301460802 and
the passcode to your account is 72201. Please note thissupport isfor device connectivity. They willnot be able tohelp with
application passwords or special application accessor availability of blocked sites.
1. Your device comes with a charger. To charge, plug one end of the charger into an electrical
outlet and the other end into the device’s MicroUSB port.
Setting up Wi-Fi connection
1.
Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds until the wel- come logo appears on the
display. After a few seconds, the Wi-Fi signal icon will appear on the display.

Look for the network (SSID) “MoxeeHotspotXX_2.4G”
or “Moxee HotspotXX_5G” , where XX arethe last two digits of the device IMEI.
3.
Click “Connect” and enter the default password found on your device. Your Wi-Fi SSID and
password information can be found on your device’s “Wi-Fi Info” screen or on the SSID label
located underneath the battery cover.
