1. INTRODUCTIE
Bedankt dat je hebt gekozen voor onze Auronic product! Volg altijd de veiligheidsvoorschriften
voor veilig gebruik.
1.1 Beoogd gebruik
Het beoogd gebruik van een olie radiator is om een ruimte te verwarmen. Een olie radiator heeft
geen open vlam en het heeft geen extra ventilatie nodig. Het werkt door elektrische energie te
gebruiken om een olie te verwarmen, die vervolgens warmte afgeeft aan de omgeving.
De leverancier is vrijgesteld van aansprakelijkheid voor enig letsel of schade veroorzaakt door
het gebruik van het product buiten het beoogde gebruik ervan. Elke wijziging van het product
kan gevolgen hebben voor je veiligheid en garantie.

1.5 Inhoud verpakking
Controleer of de inhoud van het pakket overeenkomt met de pakbon wanneer je de verzending
ontvangt. Licht je leverancier in als er onderdelen ontbreken. Lijkt het product beschadigd, dien
dan onmiddellijk een klacht in bij de vervoerder en geef de leverancier een gedetailleerde
beschrijving van de schade. Bewaar de beschadigde onderdelen en verpakking om je klacht te
onderbouwen.

2. VEILIGHEID
Let erop dat het verpakkingsmateriaal niet in handen komt van kinderen.
Zij kunnen erin stikken!
Lees voor gebruik de handleiding en de veiligheidsinformatie zorgvuldig door. De leverancier is
niet verantwoordelijk voor het niet opvolgen van de veiligheidsinformatie over het gebruik en de
omgang met het product of schade aan eigendommen of persoonlijk letsel.
Neem altijd de volgende voorzorgsmaatregelen in acht wanneer je gebruik maakt van ‘de
Olieradiator', hierna te noemen ‘het product’.
2.1 Algemeen
•Let op de risico’s en consequenties die verbonden zijn aan verkeerd gebruik van het product.
Verkeerd gebruik kan resulteren in persoonlijk letsel en schade aan het product.
•Gebruik het product alleen voor de doeleinden aangegeven in deze handleiding.
•Als het product niet goed functioneert, gevallen of beschadigd is, gebruik hem dan niet en
raadpleeg de Customer Service.
•Het product is ontworpen en bedoeld voor privégebruik. Gebruik hem niet voor commerciële
doeleinden. Gebruik het product alleen binnenshuis en verplaats het product niet als hij
aanstaat. Laat het product volledig afkoelen voordat je het verplaatst.
•Laat het product niet onbeheerd achter wanneer hij in gebruik is. Als je het product niet
gebruikt, zet hem dan uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact.
•Gebruik het product binnen de gespeciceerde omgevingsparameters en uit de buurt van
ontvlambare gassen, dampen en oplosmiddelen. Gebruik het product nooit in een voor
explosieve atmosfeer aangewezen plaats.
•Gebruik het product niet in de buurt van objecten die gevoelig zijn voor hitte, ontvlambaar
zijn of brand kunnen veroorzaken. Gebruik het product niet in ruimtes kleiner dan 4 m³.
•Zet het product uit, haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het product volledig afkoelen
voordat je het schoonmaakt.
•Als je het product voor de eerste keer gebruikt, kan hij een krakend geluid maken.
2.2 Personen
•Het product mag door kinderen vanaf 8 jaar en ouder worden gebruikt, mits ze goed
worden begeleid en geïnformeerd zijn m.b.t. het veilig gebruik van het product en de
mogelijke gevaren hiervan begrijpen. Het reinigen en onderhouden van het product mag
niet door kinderen worden uitgevoerd, behalve als ze ouder zijn dan 8 jaar en onder toezicht
staan. Houd het product en het snoer buiten het bereik van kinderen jonger dan 8 jaar.
Kinderen onder de 8 jaar dienen altijd uit de buurt gehouden te worden van het product,
tenzij ze onder continu toezicht staan.

•Het product kan gebruikt worden door mensen met een fysieke of mentale beperking, mits
ze goed worden begeleid en geïnformeerd zijn m.b.t. het veilig gebruik van het product en
de mogelijke gevaren hiervan begrijpen.
•Het product is geen speelgoed. Laat kinderen niet met het product spelen. Gebruik en
bewaar het product buiten het bereik van kinderen.
2.3 Gebruik
•Gebruik het product niet als je slaapt, of in de buurt van mensen die het product niet zelf uit
kunnen zetten.
•Laat minstens 1 meter aan ruimte vrij tussen het product en andere objecten.
•Het product wordt warm tijdens gebruik. Raak de warme oppervlakken niet aan, om
brandwonden te voorkomen. Gebruik het product niet als je gevoelig bent voor hitte.
•Het product is niet bestand tegen spatten van water. Gebruik het product niet in de buurt
van een bad, een douche, een zwembad, of bij een (was)bak gevuld met water. Raak
het product en het stroomsnoer niet met natte handen aan. Zorg ervoor dat het product
niet in contact komt met water. Dompel het product niet onder in water. Als er toch water
in of op het product komt, zet het product dan direct uit en neem contact op met onze
klantenservice.
•Houd het product uit de buurt van hitte, ruimtes waar de temperatuur relatief hoog is en
hittebronnen zoals ovens.
•Dek het product niet af als hij aanstaat. Leg geen kleding, kussens, dekens of andere
objecten op het product of ertegenaan. Dit kan tot brandgevaar, een elektrische schok,
persoonlijk letsel of schade aan het product leiden.
•Steek geen vingers of metalen objecten in de openingen.
2.4 Elektra
•Haal het product niet uit elkaar, repareer en herstel het product niet. Dit kan schade aan het
product aanbrengen. Voor de eigen veiligheid mogen deze onderdelen alleen vervangen
worden door geautoriseerd onderhoudspersoneel. Stuur het product altijd naar een
servicecentrum voor reparaties om schade en persoonlijk letsel te voorkomen.
•Zorg ervoor dat de netspanning die op het type-aanduidingsplaatje staat aangegeven,
overeenkomt met die van je stroomnet, voor je het product aansluit.
•Sluit het product niet aan op een externe timer, een extern bedieningssysteem of op een
verlengsnoer.
•Controleer zowel netsnoer als stekker regelmatig op tekenen van schade of slijtage en
is daarvan sprake, gebruik het product dan niet en laat het netsnoer en/of de stekker
vervangen of repareren door geautoriseerd onderhoudspersoneel.
•Als de stroom tijdens het gebruik uitvalt, zet het product dan direct uit en haal de stekker uit
het stopcontact.
•Trek niet aan het snoer om de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen. Verplaats het product
niet door aan het snoer te trekken en draai het snoer niet. Zorg ervoor dat je niet over de
kabel struikelt en dat de kabel niet geknakt of gedraaid is, of vastzit. Leg de kabel niet op
warme oppervlakken of in de buurt van olie. Laat de kabel niet over de rand van een tafel of
aanrecht hangen.

3. INSTRUCTIES VOOR GEBRUIK
3.1 Wielen uitklappen
1. Zorg ervoor dat het product uit staat en de stekker niet in het stopcontact zit.
2. Zet het product ondersteboven neer op een krasbestendig, vlak en stabiel oppervlak.
3. Trek de wielen voorzichtig naar buiten totdat ze op hun plek klikken.
4. Zet het product neer op de wielen.
3.2 Gebruiken
1. Plaats het product op een vlak, stabiel en hittebestendig oppervlak.
2. Draai de thermostaatknop op MIN en zet de bedieningsknop op 'O' (Off).
3. Doe de stekker in het stopcontact.
4. Draai de bedieningsknop op de gewenste stand. Hoe hoger de stand, hoe sneller het
product opwarmt.
•Laag (LOW) - 800W (het eerste indicatielicht gaat aan).
•Medium (MED) - 1200W (het tweede indicatielicht gaat aan).
•Hoog (HIGH) - 2000W (de drie indicatielichten gaan aan).
5. Draai de thermostaatknop met de klok mee tot je een klik hoort. De positie van de klik geeft
op de thermostaatknop de huidige kamertemperatuur aan. Draai de thermostaatknop
verder met de klok mee (naar MAX) om de temperatuur te verhogen. Draai de
thermostaatknop tegen de klok in (naar MIN) om de temperatuur te verlagen.
•Het product gaat uit zodra de ruimte de ingestelde warmte heeft. Hierna gaat het product
weer aan, om de ruimte op de ingestelde temperatuur te houden.
•Het product roteert automatisch door een aan-en-uit cyclus om de ingestelde
kamertemperatuur aan te houden. Het is normaal dat het product regelmatig opwarmt en
afkoelt.
6. Zet het product uit door de bedieningsknop op 'O' (Off) te zetten. Haal de stekker uit het
stopcontact.
3.3 Timerfunctie

Gebruik de timer om het product op het gewenste moment
aan en uit te zetten. Voordat je de timer instelt, moet de
klok op de juiste tijd worden ingesteld. Draai de timerknop
met de klok mee totdat de driehoekige wijzer op de huidige
tijd staat. Draai de timer niet tegen de klok in. Er bevinden
zich 96 rode schuifknoppen rond de wijzerplaat - elk
vertegenwoordigt 15 minuten van de dag.

1. Doe de stekker in het stopcontact.
2. Zet de bedieningsknop op de gewenste stand en zet de thermostaatknop op de gewenste
stand.
3. Draai de timerknop met de klok mee en zorg ervoor dat de driehoek in de rechterbovenhoek
van de knop naar de huidige tijd wijst (de driehoek wijst naar '8' als het 8 uur ‘s ochtends is).
4. Stel de timer in door de rode segmenten naar binnen of naar buiten te duwen. Duw de
segmenten naar binnen om aan te geven dat het product in die tijdsperiode uit moet staan.

5. Zodra je het product uitzet en de stekker uit het stopcontact haalt, moet de timer weer
opnieuw gezet worden.
4. ONDERHOUD EN REINIGING
Zet het product uit, haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het product volledig afkoelen
voordat je het schoonmaakt. Gebruik geen agressieve of chemische schoonmaakmiddelen.
Dompel het product niet onder in water en houd het product of onderdelen van het product
niet onder stromend water. Maak de buitenkant van het product schoon met een licht vochtige
en schone doek.
5. OPSLAG
Bewaar het product op een droge, schone plek. Bewaar het product niet in extreem hoge of
lage temperaturen.
6. WEGGOOIEN EN RECYCLEN
Denk aan het milieu en lever een bijdrage aan een schonere leefomgeving! Dit product is
onderworpen aan de Europese richtlijn (EU) 2012/19/EU. Gooi het product aan het einde van
zijn levensduur niet weg met het normale huisvuil, maar lever hem in op een door de overheid
aangewezen inzamelpunt om het te laten recyclen.

1. INTRODUCTION

usage.
1.1 Intended use
The intended use of an oil radiator is to heat a room. An oil radiator does not have an open
ame and it does not require additional ventilation. It works by using electrical energy to heat
an oil, which then releases heat to the environment.
The supplier is released from liability for any injury or damage caused by using the product

2. SAFETY
Please ensure that the packaging is kept out of the reach of children! Risk of
suffocation!
Before use, read the manual and safety information carefully. The supplier is not responsible for
failure to follow the safety information on the use and handling of the product or damage to
property or personal injury.
Always observe the following precautions when using ‘the Oil radiator’, hereinafter referred to as
‘the product’.
2.1 General
•Be aware of the risks and consequences associated with improper use of the product.
Misuse may result in personal injury and damage to the product.
•Use the product only for the purposes indicated in this manual.
•If the product is malfunctioning, dropped or damaged, do not use it and consult Customer
Service.
•The product is designed and intended for private use. Do not use it for commercial
purposes. Use the product indoors only and do not move the product while it is on. Let the
product cool down completely before moving it.
•Do not leave the product unattended when in use. When you are not using the product, turn
it off and unplug it.
•Use the product within the specied environmental parameters and away from ammable
gases, vapors and solvents. Never use the product in a place designated for explosive
atmosphere.
•Do not use the product near objects that are sensitive to heat, are ammable or can cause
re. Do not use the product in rooms smaller than 4 m³.
•Before cleaning the product, turn it off, unplug it and let it cool down completely.
•When you use the product for the rst time, it may make a creaking sound.
2.2 Persons
•The product may be used by children 8 years of age and older, provided they are properly
supervised and instructed in the safe use of the product and understand its potential
hazards. Cleaning and maintenance of the product should not be performed by children
unless they are over 8 years of age and supervised. Keep the product and cord out of the
reach of children under 8 years of age. Children under 8 years of age should always be kept
away from the product unless they are under constant supervision.
•The product can be used by people with physical or mental disabilities, provided they
are properly supervised and instructed in the safe use of the product and understand its

potential hazards.
•The product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with the product. Use and store the
product out of the reach of children.
2.3 Use
•Do not use the product when sleeping, or near people who cannot turn off the product
themselves.
•Leave at least 1 meter of space between the product and other objects.
•The product becomes hot during use. To avoid burns, do not touch the hot surfaces. Do not
use the product if you are sensitive to heat.
•The product cannot withstand splashes of water. Do not use the product near a bathtub,
shower, swimming pool, or near a (laundry) tub lled with water.
•Do not touch the product and power cord with wet hands. Do not allow the product to
come into contact with water. Do not immerse the product in water. If water does get into
or on the product, turn the product off immediately and contact our customer service
department.
•Keep the product away from heat, areas where the temperature is relatively high, and heat
sources such as ovens.
•Do not cover the product when it is on. Do not place clothing, pillows, blankets or other
objects on or against the product. This may cause a re hazard, electric shock, personal
injury or damage to the product.
•Do not insert ngers or metal objects into the openings.
2.4 Electrical
•Do not disassemble, repair or restore the product. Doing so may cause damage to the
product. For your own safety, these parts should only be replaced by authorized service
personnel. Always send the product to a service center for repairs to prevent damage and
personal injury.
•Before connecting the product, ensure that the mains voltage indicated on the rating plate
matches that of your mains power supply.
•Do not connect the product to an external timer, an external control system or to an
extension cord.
•Check both power cord and plug regularly for signs of damage or wear, and if there is
any, do not use the product and have the power cord and/or plug replaced or repaired by
authorized service personnel.
•If the power fails during use, immediately turn off the product and unplug the power cord.
•Do not pull on the cord to unplug the product. Do not move the product by pulling the cord
or twist the cord. Be careful not to trip over the cable and make sure the cable is not kinked,
twisted, or stuck. Do not place the cable on hot surfaces or near oil. Do not leave the cable
hanging over the edge of a table or countertop.

3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3.1 Unfolding the wheels
1. Make sure the product is off and the power cord is not plugged in.
2. Place the product upside down on a scratch-resistant, at and stable surface.
3. Gently pull the wheels out until they click into place.
4. Set the product down on the wheels.
3.2 How to use
1. Place the product on a at, stable and heat-resistant surface.
2. Turn the thermostat knob to MIN and set the control knob to "O" (Off).
3. Plug in the power cord.
4. Turn the control knob to the desired setting. The higher the setting, the faster the product
heats up.
•Low (LOW) - 800W (the rst indicator light comes on).
•Medium (MED) - 1200W (the second indicator light comes on).
•High (HIGH) - 2000W (the three indicator lights come on).
5. Turn the thermostat knob clockwise until you hear a click. The position of the click indicates
the current room temperature on the thermostat knob. Turn the thermostat knob further
clockwise (to MAX) to increase the temperature. Turn the thermostat knob counterclockwise
(to MIN) to decrease the temperature.
•The product turns off once the room has the set heat. After this, the product turns on again
to keep the room at the set temperature.
•The product automatically rotates through an on and off cycle to maintain the set room
temperature. It is normal for the product to heat up and cool down periodically.
6. Turn the product off by turning the control knob to "O" (Off). Unplug the product from the
electrical outlet.

Use the timer to turn the product on and off at the desired
time. Before setting the timer, set the clock to the correct
time. Turn the Timer knob clockwise until the triangular
pointer is at the current time. Do not turn the timer
counterclockwise. There are 96 red sliders around the dial
each represents 15 minutes of the day.
