KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
DO NOT allow anyone to use this stroller unless that person has read and fully understood
the warnings and instructions in this user manual prior to use. Assembly of this stroller
should be done by an adult; no tools are required.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
• The EntourageTM stroller is suitable for use from
birth when reclined carriage (bassinet) position
is used, footrest is vertically upright, and bassinet
enclosure is fastened to close o leg opening.
• ALWAYS use in reclined carriage (bassinet)
position until child can sit up unaided, roll over,
or push up on hands and knees.
• Maximum weight for primary seat is 50 lbs.
(22.7 kg).
• Maximum height for primary seat is 45 in.
(114.3 cm).
WEIGHT & HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS
• Maximum storage weight for market tote when
stroller is fully retracted or market tote is stowed
on rear handle is 10 lbs. (4.5 kg).
• Maximum storage weight for market tote when
stroller is expanded is 35 lbs. (15.9 kg).
• Maximum storage weight for lower storage
basket is 65 lbs. (29.5 kg).
• DO NOT exceed manufacturer’s maximum
weights.

WARNINGS & SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING
• NEVER LEAVE CHILD
UNATTENDED!
• AVOID SERIOUS INJURY from
falling or sliding out. ALWAYS use
seat harness.
• Child may slip into leg openings
and strangle. NEVER use in reclined
carriage (bassinet) position unless
footrest is vertically upright and
bassinet enclosure is fastened to
close o leg opening.
• ALWAYS use in reclined carriage
(bassinet) position until child can sit
up unaided, roll over, or push up on
hands and knees.
• STRANGULATION/SUFFOCATION
HAZARD: Strangulation can occur
as a result of partially or loosely
buckled harness straps. ALWAYS
fully restrain child.
• Strings can cause strangulation.
DO NOT suspend strings or attach
strings to toys. Only use accessories
provided by manufacturer.
• DO NOT hang or place items on
stroller handlebar or any other parts
of stroller, except those approved by
manufacturer, as this may cause a
hazardous unstable condition.
• AVOID PINCHING AND
ENTRAPMENT: DO NOT fold or
unfold stroller when a child is in or
near it. Children and adults should
be clear of moving parts while
adjusting stroller.
• DO NOT allow child to operate or
play near stroller. DO NOT permit
other children to play unsupervised
next to stroller.
• DO NOT use stroller with more than
one child unless equipped with
manufacturer-approved secondary
seating or accessories. A MAXIMUM
OF TWO children may be in stroller
at any time.
• DO NOT allow child to stand on seat.
• ALWAYS lock brake when not
moving and when making
adjustments to stroller.
• Use extra caution when operating
stroller on uneven surfaces
(potholes, cracks, curbs, park terrain,
etc.).
• DO NOT park or leave stroller
unattended on uneven ground or on
an incline.
• DO NOT use stroller beyond walking
speed. This is not a jogging stroller.
• DO NOT use stroller on stairways or
escalators.
• DO NOT lift stroller by canopy.
• DO NOT lift stroller by arm bar.
• DO NOT allow any product or
accessory to interfere with proper
function of seat harness.
• NEVER place extra padding, pillows,
blankets or other accessories or toys
in seat with child unless provided
and approved by manufacturer.
• DO NOT allow child to lie face down
on any padded material.
• DO NOT allow child to sleep in seat
for prolonged periods.

• ENSURE stroller is fully open and all locking
devices are engaged before use.
• ALWAYS maintain full control of stroller. Keep
both hands on handlebar during operation.
• ALWAYS use wrist safety strap.
• Remove all items before folding stroller.
• Keep all fabric and/or fabric parts away from any
sources of ignition or open flame.
• Discontinue use of stroller if stroller malfunctions,
becomes damaged, or any part is missing or
broken.
• DO NOT OVERLOAD. Excessive
weight in any storage area or a bag
or accessory hung from the unit could
cause a hazardous unstable condition
to exist.
• DO NOT hang items from market tote
and
DO NOT hang on market tote.
• Use caution when lifting market tote.
• ENSURE all items placed in storage
areas are secure.
• DO NOT place hot liquids in any
storage area, including cup holders.
• DO NOT place sharp or hazardous
items in any storage area.
• DO NOT allow children in any storage
area.
WARNING
• DO NOT allow children near storage
area when loading or unloading
cargo.
• DO NOT place items in lower storage
area that protrude above seat back.
• Care must be taken to ensure that
items in storage area do not protrude
or fall into any area occupied by child.
• Distribute cargo weight evenly
to avoid an unstable hazardous
condition.
• Items protruding from lower storage
area can cause injury.
• Use caution when traveling through
doorways and corridors.
SAFETY INFORMATION
• DO NOT make any alterations or modifications
to stroller with products not supplied by
manufacturer, as this may cause instability or
structural damage not covered by warranty.
• Use only manufacturer-approved seating and
accessories.
• Use only replacement parts supplied or provided
by manufacturer.
• Dispose of plastic bags and packaging
immediately to avoid danger of suocation.
AVOID INJURY FROM IMPROPER USE OF STORAGE AREAS
This product is manufactured in compliance with ASTM F833-13b, Standard Consumer Safety Performance
Specifications for carriages/strollers.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
Frame & Fabric Care
Canopy may be spot cleaned with cold water and
mild detergent and air dried. Frame and wheels
of stroller may be wiped down with water and a
mild detergent, as needed. Do not use abrasives
on stroller.
Do not disassemble or alter any components
when cleaning.
If exposed to salt water, wipe down with fresh
(tap) water as soon as possible to avoid corrosion.
Do not use pressurized water to clean stroller.
Always dry wet frame and fabrics thoroughly
before folding or storing and do not store in a
damp environment or near a direct heat source
(fire, radiator, etc.).
Seat fabrics may be spot cleaned or hand washed
in cold water and attached back onto stroller to dry.
Dry away from direct sunlight and direct sources
of heat.
To remove seat fabric for washing:
1. Remove canopy as detailed on page 10.
2. Detach upper seat fasteners:
• Unzip left and right sides of seat back.
• Unsnap two straps at seat back.
• Unfasten all snaps and straps along
perimeter of upper seat.
• Unzip left and right side panels from seat.
3. Detach fabric from seat bottom and footrest:
• Lift footrest.
• Unbuckle strap under seat bottom.
• Unsnap flap covering seat bottom bar.
• Unsnap four straps under seat bottom,
lower footrest, pull footrest pad upright,
and thread straps through openings.
• Seat fabric can now be removed by lifting up.
To reattach, reverse removal steps.

Parts List
Maintenance & Repair
Inspect your EntourageTM periodically. Never use a product that is structurally unsound or in need of
repair. This stroller requires regular user maintenance. Regularly check all connecting hardware (rivets,
screws, etc.) for tightness and security. Check all safety devices, locks and harnesses, for correct and
secure operation.
Replace worn or broken parts as needed. Only AustlenTM Baby Co. replacement parts should be used.
It may be unsafe to use parts supplied by another manufacturer.

Install Fenders
INSTALL FENDERS:
Align holes on each fender
with protrusions on frame,
and snap into place.
Repeat on opposite side.
TO REMOVE FENDERS:
Remove rear wheels.
Unsnap fenders by pulling
away from lower frame.
FRONT WHEEL SWIVEL LOCK:
Turn swivel lock outward on
each front wheel to prevent
front wheels from swiveling.
Turn swivel locks inward to allow
front wheels to spin freely.
INSTALL REAR WHEELS:
Install fenders. Insert wheel post
into rear wheel axle and push
until it clicks into place.
TO REMOVE REAR WHEELS:
Press black button on underside
of axle near each rear wheel and
pull wheel out.

INSTALL FRONT WHEELS:
Insert front wheel post into
housing until it clicks into place.
Pull on wheel to ensure it is
securely attached.
TO REMOVE FRONT WHEELS:
Press release button
on wheel housing and pull
wheel out.

FALL HAZARD: Wheel can detach and cause tip
over. Pull on the wheel to assure it is securely
attached.
NOTE: Fenders must be
installed for stroller to
stand when folded.

STEP 1: Press and hold
handlebar buttons to raise
handlebar.
STEP 2: Slide levers on rear
frame and lift vertically until
rear frame locks in upright
position.
STEP 3: Slide levers on sides of
front frame and lift vertically
until front frame locks in upright
position.

TO REMOVE ARM BAR: Push
both buttons on underside of
arm bar to release, pull out.
TO ATTACH ARM BAR: Insert
metal posts into arm bar slots
found in hubs on each side of
seat until bar clicks into place.
NOTE: Open either side without
removing to allow child to get
in and out of seat.

TO LOWER/RAISE SEAT: Pull
up on handle located on back
of seat and lower to one of five
recline positions. Push seat back
upward to raise seat.
VENTILATION WINDOW:
Lift flap on back of recline
area, flip upward and align with
magnets on canopy to secure.

TO LOCK: Click ends of each
waist/shoulder buckle into
crotch buckle.
TO UNLOCK: Press button at
center of crotch buckle and pull
each waist/shoulder buckle out.

AVOID SERIOUS INJURY from falling or sliding
out. ALWAYS use seat harness.
AVOID STRANGULATION. ALWAYS adjust harness
to fit child securely.
Stroller is equipped with a five-point harness.

TO ADJUST LENGTH of harness
straps: Use slide adjusters on
shoulder straps located under
each harness cover to fit snugly
around child. To adjust each
waist strap, pull through slide
adjuster and press button to
release strap for lengthening.
TO ADJUST HEIGHT of harness shoulder straps: Unzip fabric
panel on exterior of seat back to access openings for height
adjustment. Feed shoulder straps through most appropriate
opening for child’s height. Harness shoulder straps should be
placed in openings closest to child’s shoulder height.

TO EXTEND/RETRACT
CANOPY: Pull front of canopy
forward to extend. Canopy can
be adjusted to partially or fully
open. Pull sun visor out from
underside of canopy. Flip inward
to stow.
PEEK-A-BOO CANOPY
VENTILATION: To provide
additional ventilation and
to view child, lift flap at rear
of canopy. Lower to close.
Magnetized flap secures
automatically. TO REMOVE CANOPY: Unsnap
brackets at left and right sides of
stroller frame. Unfasten canopy
from around seat frame.
TO REPLACE CANOPY: Hold
retracted canopy forward of seat
and align holes on each bracket
to protrusions on either side of
frame. Snap into place. Fasten
fabric around stroller frame.
TO RAISE FOOTREST:
Use hand to lift footrest until
it clicks into place.
TO LOWER FOOTREST:
Press buttons on sides of
footrest while lowering.

Bassinet Enclosure
STEP 1: Fully recline seat and lift
footrest upright. Locate bassinet
enclosure in pocket on underside
of footrest.
STEP 2: Pull bassinet enclosure
out from pocket and wrap it
around footrest. Thread all three
straps through corresponding
loops on left and right sides

TO EXPAND: At top of front frame, slide button
right with your thumb and then squeeze lever
firmly with your fingers. Push forward to expand
stroller frame until it clicks into place.
For intermediate position: Once in motion, release
lever and stroller will click into intermediate
position. Repeat to move to fully expanded
position.

AVOID INJURY: Children and adults should be
clear of moving parts while adjusting stroller.
To bypass intermediate position: Squeeze and hold
lever to move through intermediate position into
fully expanded position until it clicks into place.
TO RETRACT: Slide button right with thumb and
then squeeze lever to pull front frame toward you
until it clicks into place.
TO USE BASSINET ENCLOSURE FOR INFANTS:
of seat and secure straps by
fastening back to themselves.
To stow bassinet enclosure
when not in use, reverse steps.

TO USE MARKET TOTE IN
RETRACTED POSITION:
With market tote flap facing
you, insert rear market tote pegs
into rear channels on interior of
handlebar until they click into
place. Insert front market tote
pegs into front channels above
seat. Open flap to access parent
console area.
TO USE MARKET TOTE IN
INTERMEDIATE POSITION:
Market tote must be expanded
before expanding stroller.
Locate cord lock toggles inside
parent console compartment on
left and right sides. Pinch and
slide toggles upward on strings
to release tension. Expand
compartment.
TO USE MARKET TOTE IN FULLY EXPANDED POSITION:
Market tote must be expanded before expanding stroller.
Locate cord lock toggles inside middle storage compartment on left
and right sides. Pinch and slide toggles upward on strings to release
tension. Expand compartment.

NOTE: Market tote must be expanded before expanding stroller.
TIP HAZARD: Maximum storage weight for market
tote when stroller is fully retracted or market
tote is stowed on rear handle is 10 lbs. (4.5 kg).
Maximum storage weight for market tote when
stroller is expanded is 35 lbs. (15.9 kg).
NOTE: To stow market tote on
rear handle when not in use,
insert front market tote pegs
into channels directly in front of
rear channels.
TO TIGHTEN COMPARTMENTS:
Pull strings taut and
slide toggles down until
compartment is held tight.

TO USE LOWER STORAGE BASKET: Lower storage basket does not
need to be removed before stowing larger items that span across
lower rails. These items can be placed directly across lower storage
basket. Sides will spring back into place when items are removed.
