SMARTTOOL is a perfect product of AutoShop JSC. We research, develop and distribute it all the
world. The aim of SmartTool tend to become a multi-functions device, "All In One" such as:
diagnosis, programing magnetic key, Smartkey and ODO correction for all brands such as: HONDA,
YAMAHA, PIAGGIO, SUZUKI, SYM, KYMCO.
It is useful for motorbike, motorcycle repair workshop and locksmiths. The handset is convenient
without computer.
Support editing, reading, erasing KeyID and automatic registration, sync keys and Smartkey Control
Unit (SCU) on SMARTTOOL.
Simple interface.
Many Languages: English, Vietnamese.
One year free online update.
Warranty 12 months.

A. HONDA
1. HONDA PCX-SH-SHMODE-XADV-FOZA-SUPER CUB
Device:
-SMART TOOL.
-Cable for HONDA PCX, SH, SH MODE/125/150.

Connect SCU to SMART TOOL
1.1 Manual program
1.1.1 Disable/ OFF FOB
Purpose:
-OFF the missing FOB.
-Remove the lost key
Preparation:
-SMTF00- SMART TOOL.
-SMTF01- Cable for HONDA PCX/SH125/150/MODE
-SMTF08- KEY ADAPTER.
-SCU (smart key control unit), the original FOB.
The steps taken on the Smart Tool:
Step 1: Select bike Step 2: Select “OFF THE MISSING FOB”
Step 3: Turn on FOB Step 4: Turn OFF FOB

Step 1: Select “MANUAL PROGRAM” Step 2 : Select “ ADD KEY BY KEY”
Step 3: Turn on the original FOB Step 4: Turn OFF the original FOB
Step 5: Turn on the new FOB Successfully!!!
Notes:
-Turn OFF all unused FOBs.
-The original FOB is the key which synced with SCU.
-The part no. of FOB must be same type with SCU, such as K01, K77, K96…
1.1.3 Add new key when all keys lost
Purpose.
-Register new key when all keys lost.
Preparation:
- SMTF00- SMART TOOL.
Notes:
-Turn OFF all unused FOBs.
-To turn on FOB again, we use add key by key function.
-After success, the other keys are turned OFF.
-Using the synced FOB with SCU to OFF.
1.1.2 Add key by key
Purpose:
-Add new key(FOB).
-ON FOB again.
Preparation:
-SMTF00- SMART TOOL.
-SMTF01- Cable of Honda PCX/SH125/150/MODE.
-SMTF08- KEY ADAPTER.
-SCU (smart key control unit), the original and new FOB.

Step 1: Select “MANUAL PROGRAM” Step 2: Select “ALL KEYS LOST”
Step 3: Enter KEYID Step 4: Turn OFF FOB
Step 5: Turn on FOB Successfully!!!
Notes:
-Turn OFF the unused FOBs.
-KEYID which is registered inside SCU.
-Read KEYID and ECMID: Select “AUTO PROGRAM””READ KEYID”.
-Take 2-3 mins from step 4 to step 5.
1.1.4 Replace SCU (smart key control unit)
Purpose:
-To sync between ECM and SCU.
-Replace new SCU when old SCU is broken.
Preparation:
-SMTF00- SMART TOOL
-SMTF01- Cable for HONDA PCX/SH125/150/MODE
-SMTF08- KEY ADAPTER
-SCU and FOB synced each other, ECMID code.

-If you don’t have ECMID, Select “AUTO PROGRAM””READ KEYID” to get ECMID.
-After success, you can Select “READ KEYID” to check ECMID.
1.1.5 Replace ECM
Purpose:
-When ECM is damaged.
-The device only introduces ECM replacement.
Preparation:
-SMTF00- SMART TOOL.
-The new ECM.

-Step 1 : Remove old ECM
-Step 2 : Replace new ECM
-Step 3 : ON IG
-Step 4 : Success
1.2 AUTO PROGRAM.
1.2.1 Read KEYID - ECMID store in SCU and auto OFF/ON FOB
Purpose
Read KEYID and ECMID to add new key.
OFF or ON FOB without the original FOB.
Preparation
SMTF00- SMART TOOL.
SMTF01- Cable for HONDA PCX/SH125/150/MODE
SMTF08- KEY ADAPTER.
SCU (smart key control unit), the new FOB.

Step 1: Select “AUTO PROGRAM” Step 2: Select “READ KEYID”
Step 3: KEYID AND ECMID Step 4 (if need) : Use “</>” symbol to ON/OFF
Notes:
Check cable, connection points carefully.
To ON/OFF use the left button or the right button on SMART TOOL and press ENT.
1.2.2 Erase KEYID.
Purpose:
Add more new FOB When SCU data is full of KeyID
Erase KeyID of the FOB that has been dropped.
Preparation
SMTF00- SMART TOOL.

Purpose:

This function changes data of SCU.
To know ECMID, select “READ KEYID”.
1.2.8 Test SCU  FOB
Purpose:
- Check the FOB & SCU match together or not
- After adding new key, you can check the synchronization between SCU and FOB.

2. HONDA AIRBLADE, LEAD, VISION, VARIO, CLICK
2.1 Read KeyID
Purpose:
- When all keys lost
- Read KeyID to register new FOB.
Preparation:
-SMTF00- SMART TOOL.
-SMTF02- Cable for HONDA AIRBLADE/ VARIO/ CLICK
-SMTF08- KEY ADAPTER.
-SCU (smart key control unit).
Special notes:
- Check cable, solder, make sure the machine is firmly fixed.
- When reading KeyID, don’t touch and move the smart box
- Wait to complete 100% reading KeyID and display KeyID.
- During reading, if the connection was disconnected or loose the solder, the device will
automatically calculate the KeyID at the moment. Then to repair SCU, use the function "REFLASH
SCU” and " REPLACE SCU "to synchronize the data for SCU.
- If unsuccessful reading (not enough 100%, unread ID), pls continue reading 2, 3 times until finish
100% and get KeyID on the screen.
