Installation
NOTE: Please use filtered and softened water. If using ground or tap water, please soften it first. Unsoftened water will
decompose dissolvable minerals and turn into limescale after boiling. The limescale will reduce the machine's
thermal efficiency and lifetime.
1. Carefully unpack the hot water dispenser and check for damage and missing parts.
2. Place hot water dispenser on sturdy, level, heat-resistant, non-flammable surface near power supply and water
supply. Place drip tray at the bottom of the dispenser. Do not connect water line or power cord at this time.
3. Attach the water line to the inlet located on the rear of the dispenser. Hold the water inlet fitting with a wrench when
tightening the water line.
4. Turn on the water supply. Make sure to check for leaks at the water inlet. Tighten fitting if necessary.
5. Connect power supply cord into proper power supply as indicated on the nameplate of the machine. Make sure the
machine is switched OFF before connecting to the power supply.
CHECK BEFORE STARTING:
1. The power cord should be connected to a 110/120V outlet.
2. The water line should be connected and not leaking.
3. The dispenser should be installed on a level, stable surface.

Control Panel
1. (A) - HEATING: Indicates that the unit is filling and heating water.
2. (B) - WATER LOW: Indicates that the water inside the unit does not reach the minimum required level.
3. (C, D) - Adjust the temperature using the UP/DOWN buttons
4. (E) - ON/OFF: Powers up and shuts down the unit. Press lightly to turn on and hold for 3 seconds to turn off.
5. (F) - KEEP WARM: Indicates that the water inside the unit has reached the set temperature and is ready to drink.
6. (G) - WATER FILLING: Indicates that the machine is replenishing water.

Normal Operation Instructions
1. Plug in the machine to the power supply.
2. Verify that the water supply is ON.
3. Press the ON/OFF Button (E). When the machine is turned on for the first time it will fill and heat water
automatically until it reaches the default temperature.
4. Hold the DOWN Button (D) for about 3 seconds, the screen will show the setting temperature.
5. Adjust the temperature using the UP (C) and DOWN (D) buttons.
6. When the water reaches the set temperature, the machine will be in keep warm status.
7. When the unit is ready, place an empty cup or container directly under the faucet and pull the handle
towards you. When finished, release the handle.

Daily Cleaning and MaintenanceDaily Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning should be done at the end of every workday. Only those persons trained and qualified in equipment repair
should attempt to clean the inside of this dispenser.
1. Turn the unit OFF, unplug, and allow unit to completely cool before cleaning.
2. Use a clean cloth with hot water mixed with Noble Chemical Sunbright liquid dish soap (or a neutral soap) to clean
the outside of the unit.
3. For dirt smudges on the unit's exterior a damp cloth will suffice.
NOTE:
• Deliming should be performed at least once every six months by an authorized technician. Customers in
areas with hard water will need to perform this procedure more frequently.
• Be careful to not lose the white plastic seal gasket inside the drain outlet.
DO NOT use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
DO NOT submerge or saturate with water, unit is not waterproof.

Error Code Guide
Malfunction Code Malfunction Reason Solution
Water shortage in tank,
slow water flow, low water pressure
When the machine is turned on, it will display the
ELL code due to the lack of water in the tank while the
water is filling. Open the water outlet faucet and check
whether the water inlet pressure is sufficient.
The water level resistance is
low and cannot be detected Set water level resistance.
Open-circuit or short circuit of
temperature sensor
Please check whether the sensor line is
disconnected or the mainboard is malfunctioning.
The water inside the tank can not
reach minimum required levels
The water pressure is low, or the inlet valve has been
stopped by short circuit or debris.
• Find a suitable water supply pressure.
• Clean up scale regularly.
• Check whether the inlet switch is turned on.
• Check whether there is no water in your
local area.
The water can not reach the set
temperature after heating for
35 minutes
