the base. Unplug the base before cleaning. To safely disconnect, ensure
base is in a flat position with all motors off.
TRENDELENBURG FUNCTIONALITY: This adjustable bed is equipped with the
unique Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg position. The Trendelenburg position
is when a person is placed on an incline where the head is in a lower position than the
feet. A reversed Trendelenburg position is when a person is placed on an incline where
the feet are in a lower position than the head. Be aware that Trendelenburg positions
can have an effect on people’s organs, blood circulation and airflow ( among other
things) and should only be used under direct instruction & consultation with medical

properly, or it has been dropped into water. Only use this bed base for its intended use
as described in this manual. Do not use accessories/ attachments that are not recom-
mended by the manufacturer. Improper connection of the equipment can result in the
risk of electrical shock, electrical fire or fault if the plug does not fit your outlet. Contact
a qualified electrician to install a suitable outlet.
PETS AND CHILDREN: Dispose of all packing materials immediately after opening
as it may pose a risk to small children and pets. To avoid injury, it is not advised to al-
low children and small pets to play under the bed. Children should not operate the bed
base without adult supervision.
