Numérotation des pièces
Les numéros d’outil complet (Outils de base + Ensemble de nez + Nez) sont composés à l’aide du numéro de préfixe à
5 chiffres appropriés désignant le type d’outil (p. ex. 71204 pour nG1, 71214 pour nG2, etc.) Les numéros de suffixe à
5 chiffres sont tels qu’indiqués dans les tableaux du manuel d’outil pour les nez, Off/Set et têtes droites et à angle droit, etc.

Instructions de maintenance/démontage
1. Tourner l’extérieur de récupérateur de tiges 12 de manière à ce que l’ouverture dans le corps de récupérateur de
tiges 7soit entièrement exposée.
2. Dévisser l’écrou de retenue 10.
3. Déposer l’ensemble du vase 1et le joint 4.
4. Déposer l’adaptateur d’ensemble vase 2.
5. Dévisser et déposer l’ensemble obturateur 3avec la lèvre d’étanchéité 6et le joint torique 14.
•Remonter dans l’ordre inverse.
•Pour les instructions de sécurité et autres instructions d’entretien et de maintenance, se reporter au manuel de l’outil
nG Genesis.

L’ALIMENTATION PNEUMATIQUE DOIT ETRE DEBRANCHEE AVANT TOUTE OPERATION DE DEMONTAGE.

Complete tool numbers (Base Tool + Nose Assembly + Nose Tip) are compiled utilising the appropriate 5 digit prefix number
to designate the tool type e.g. 71204 for nG1, 71214 for nG2 etc. The 5 suffix numbers are as stated in the tool manual
tables for Nose Tips, Off-Set and Right-Angle heads etc.
Maintenance/Dismantling Instructions
1. Rotate the Stem Collector Outer 12 so that the aperture in the Stem Catcher Body 7is fully exposed.
2. Unscrew the Retaining Nut 10.
3. Remove the Bottle Assembly 1and Seal 4.
4. Remove the Bottle Adaptor Assembly 2.
5. Unscrew and remove the End Cap Assembly 3together with Lip Seal 6and ‘O’ Ring 14.
•Re-assemble in reverse order.
•For Safety and other Servicing and Maintenance instructions, refer to the relevant nG Genesis tool manual.
Item numbers in bold refer to the parts list above.
