useAVer PTZAppto setnumbers
associatedwitheachcamera, and
then selectwhichcamerayouwould
like to controlusingthe remote.
[Note] If youonlyhave onecamera
that requires noadditional setting,the
defaultis camera1.
If camera2 or 3 is selected,the
remote willbe unable to controlthe
camera. In this case,pleasepress
camera 1on your remote.
2. Camera directional
control
Use the directionalbuttonson the
remote to controlthe directionof the
camera. Press the directional button to
move the cameraor press andhold to
continuously panor tilt.
3. SmartFrame
One-clickautomatic FOV adjustment
to fitall participants.
Press and hold on theremote
for 2seconds tosw itch the
SmartFraming functionbetweenauto
and manual mode; a message (as
figureshown)willdisplay onthe
screentoindicate autoor manual
mode.
[Note] Whilein the videoconference
meeting, participants mustfacethe
camera for proper facedetection
(SmartFrame). Side facialprofiles are
not detectable.
4. OSD menu
To call out OSD menu. Only supports
CAM520Pro(POE) SKU while
connecting HDMI outputto TV
monitor.

Increase/Decreasethecamerazoom.

1. To save the camera at the desired
position, press and hold the preset
button until the "saved message" is
displayed on the PTZApp video
screen or other video apps. Select
preset position button 0 to 9 to
save.
2. Press “preset” + “preset position
button” (0~9) to move the camera to
the savedposition.

Installation
Device Connection
1. Use USB cable to connecttheCAM520 Pro to your PC/laptop (refer todiagramabove).
2. Connect the pow er totheCAM520 Pro; power indicator willlightup and camerahead willrotate.
3. InstallAVer PTZApp on laptop or PCthat is connectedwithCAM520 Pro. The app can beusedto
adjustand setupthe parameters of the camera(refer to thesectionof AVerPTZApp)
4. To make a call, run yourvideo application (Zoom, Microsoft®Teams, Skypefor Business, Skype,
Google Hangouts, Intel® Unite™, RingCentral, BlueJeans, V-Cube, LiveOn, CyberLink U
Meeting®, TrueConf,Adobe Connect, Cisco WebEx®, Fuze, GoToMeeting™, Microsoft®Lync™,
Vidyo,vMix,WebRTC, Wirecast,XSplit.…etc.) selectCAM520 Pro as your videodevice.

Connect withTV or monitor throughthe HDMI port todisplay cameravideo on the screen.
Press buttonon remote controlto call out the OSD menu to configuretheparameters of the
