Avic View-I Elite Plus Quick start guide

Elite Plus connecting
to Android APP
(App version 1.7.9)

Android APP –Play Store
Connection to Wi-Fi of View-I Elite Plus
▪Search “avic imaging” at Play store using Android Smartphone and
download “VIEW-i Elite Player” onto the smartphone
▪Go to Wi-Fi Settings and choose “View-I Elite_WiFi”
▪Enter Password “1234567890”
This password can be changed by Network Setting of VIEW-i APP

▪SD card : Playback / Storing / Delete the video footage
▪Camera Settings

Network Setting
▪Touch “Network Setting” button
▪SSID : View-I Elite_WiFi
▪Password key : 1234567890
▪Change Password : Enter the new password “xxxxxxx” and then touch “Reactive”

Live View
▪Touch “Live View” button
▪The Front Video footage displays on the screen – Toggling button “Front/Rear”
▪Touch “Front” button: Show “Rear” button and the Video footage displays on the screen
▪Touch “Rear” button : Show “Front” button and the Video footage displays on the screen
<Note> Turn Bluetooth off in the smartphone before starting “Live View”

SD card
▪Touch “SD card” button and the video clips display on the screen
▪Choose a video clip
-touching “ Save“ button, the video clip will be stored into the smartphone
- touching “Delete“ button, the video clips will be deleted
-touching “Play“ button, the video footage will be displayed on the screen
<Note> Turn Bluetooth off in the smartphone before touching “Save” or “Play” button.
<Note> Recommend to use “VLC” playback software. Download it from “Play store”.

Storing the Video Clip –Trouble shooting of Android software ver. 8.0.0
▪Touching “ Save“ button, the Smartphones like “Galaxy S9/S9 plus” display the message
of “Download Failed”
▪In this case, you have to do “APP permissions” of VIEW-i APP
- Touch “Settings” and touch “Apps” , find “VIEW-i” APP.
-Scroll down to “Permissions” and touch it. < Go to the next page >

-Touch “Storage” button to the right.
-You can find “No Permissions allowed” has been changed to “Permissions Storage”
-Going back to SD card / Save of “View-I Elite” APP , the video clip will be downloaded
into the smartphone

Camera Settings
▪Touch “Camera Settings” button
▪Settings Menu displays on the screen(Touching it, start working immediately)
- Record Quality/Video Quality/Record Brightness
- G-Sensor Sensitivity : Default 2
- TV output Mode : NTSC/PAL
- Video Clip Time : 1min/3min/5min
- Speed Limit : Mile/Km
