Wall-Mounting Setup Method
Step1:Chooseaflatsolid wall,andmakesixexpansionnutholes(10mmdiameter,50mmdepth),dimensions
areshownin:
Step2:Fix twowall-mountingsheetmetalstotheupperfourholesusing4expansion bolts, asshownin:
Step3:Twopersonsliftthewhiteboard,hangittothetwosheetmetalsonthewall,and adjusttheboardto
theproper position;

Equipment Connection and Projection Method
Step1:PutserialportoftheUSBcabletotheinterfaceonthelower rightcorner oftheboard,and tightenthe
screws, asshownin:
Step2:PutUSB portoftheUSB cabletoa USB portofyourPC, asshownin:
Step3:Connecta projectortoyourPC;
Step4:OpenyourPC andtheprojector, and projecttheimagetothewhiteboard.

DriverInstallation
Step1:Double-click driverinstallation “setup.exe” in driver CD, interfaceintothedriver installation;
Notes:If yourcomputersystemisWindowsVista, pleaserightclick“setup.exe”and choose
“Run asAdministrator”.
Step2:Choosethepreferredinstallation language.

Step3a:Thedefaultinstallation pathofthedriver is“C:\ProgramFiles\TouchScreen\Optical”,youcanclick
“Change…”toselectanother installation path, and thenclick “Next”,asshownin:
Step3b:Ifsecuritywindow isshowspleasechoosetocontinuewithinstallation.
Step4:Driverinstallation iscomplete, click“Finish”toclosethewizard, asshownin:

Step 5:Plugtheend oftheUSBconnectinglinetotheUSBportofthecomputer,thentoolbaratthelowerright
corner ofthecomputer prompts:”Found New Hardware”,asshownin thefollowingfigure.Thenewhardwareis
installedand ready touse:
Notes:Nowthedriverhasbeeninstalledto yourcomputer,systemwill automaticallyretrieve
thedriver.Butitissuggestedthatyourestartyourcomputerandpleasewait5secondsbefore
you usethewhiteboard.Andmoreover,somecomputersneedto take thefollowingstepsto
findthenewdriver.
Step 6:Ifwidow“Found NewHardware Wizard”will pop-up,choose“No,not thistime”,and thenclick“Next”
tocontinue, asshownin:

Step6:Choose“Install thesoftware automatically”, andthenclick “Next”, asshownin:

Notes aboutAssembling and Using the Products
þHardware
1. Donot makeanyadjusting,repairs,ormodificationstotheproducts not givenin thisuser manual. Ifyou
have any problems, pleasecontactourcustomer servicecenter forhelp.
2. Whenassembling theproduct,pleasedonot knockorbump bordersofthewhiteboard,orforcedlyinstall
itin asmall orunsuitedspace.Ifyouassemblein thatway,bordersofthewhiteboardwill bedistortedand
thewhiteboardwill bedamaged.
3. Pleaseusetheoriginalextension cablesuppliedbyourcompany,and donot exceedrecommended
standardlength.
4. ItissuggestedthatyouconnectthewhiteboarddirectlytoyourPC.Pleasetrynot touseUSBHUBor
similarproducts toconnectthewhiteboardtoyourPC.
5. Pleasekeepcleanofthesurfaceofthewhiteboardso asnot to affectusingofthewhiteboard. After a
period ofusing,surfaceofthewhiteboardmayhavesomedirtymarksorstainswithcommondryerasable
whiteboardcleaners.
6. Reflectivetapesaresticktoleft,rightand bottom bordersofthewhiteboards.Pleasecleanthereflective
tapesregularlyinordertokeepthemclear.Youcanuseadampenedsoftclothtocleanthereflective
tapes.
7. Whenyoucleanthewhiteboard, pleasemakesurethatthepower supplyiscutoff.
8. Pleasedonot allowthereflectivetapessurroundingtheboardstobeplatedwithanyobjects.Oritmay
causea sensorerrororincorrectdetection.

Q:CanIuseUSBextension cable?
A:Yes.Butonly qualifiedUSB extension cablecanbeuse, and its lengthshould benolonger than2meters.
Q:WhatcanIdoif inaccuratepositionoccurs?
A:Pleasefirst calibrateyourwhiteboard. Iftheproblemstill cannot besolved, pleasecontactwithourcustom
servicecenter.
Q:WhatcanIdoif touchingin someregion fail?
A:Pleasecheck thatthedetectorsin upperleftand upper rightcornersof thewhiteboardarenot blocked,and
thereflectivetapesonleft, rightand bottom bordersof thewhiteboardare not blocked. If theproblemstill
cannot besolvedafteryoudothat, pleasecontactwithourcustom servicecenter.
Q:ThewhiteboardcanbeusednormallyafterIfirst install thedriver,butwhy thewhiteboardcannot be
touchedafterIrestartmy computer?
A:Pleasecheck asfollows:
1) Pleasecheckthatwhetherthefollowingtwofilesare interceptedbyyourcomputer’santi-virussoftwareor
firewall:
