DV-690WM Dash CAM Quick Guide
-What In the Box:
-DV-690WM Dash Cam x 1pc -Power Cord Kit (10 ft) x 1pc

-Wiring Diagram:
(Red) ACC: Connect to the ACC DC +12V Power
(Yellow) B+: Connect to the battery constant DC+ 12V power. (Required for Parking
mode / Time-lapse functions)
(Black) GND: Connect to the vehicle metal body

-Recommended Installation Procedure:
The Dash Cam suggested to be mount at about top center of windshield, behind
the rearview mirror. Stick the mount pad onto the windshield first, then catch
and slide the dash cam onto the mount pad till clicked.
Make sure that it does not interfere with your vision and will not impede your
ability to drive in any way. Rotate the front camera direction, to even the
horizonal and vertical views.
Find out the ACC+ power and B+ power fuse location in the fuse box. (Reference
from the Vehcile Manual) Take out the orignal fuse and plug into the fuse that
come with power cord in the box. (ACC- (Red), B+ (Yellow))
Use the pry tool to pry up the edges of the decorative paneling in the vehicle so
the wiring can be run underneath, run the power cord along with the front
windshield, down the structural pillar, and across the dash panel to the car fuse
box. Connect the 8pin connector between the dash cam and extention power
cord.

-Warm tips:
1. Parking mode and time-lapse video function is 2 choose 1. (B+ connect to Car
Battery is required for both functions)
2. Format the TF card by the dash cam (via APP control) if the TF card is the first time
using for this device.
3. Please make sure that the power cord kit is compatible with your car before
choosing this product.
4. Make sure that the TF card is inserted at the correct direction. otherwise it may
cause damage to the recorder or TF memory card.
5. CLass 10 or above high-speed TF card is strongly commanded to be used for this
dash cam (Not included).
-Low Voltage Protection:
During the parking mode, the dash cam will automatic shut off once the car battery
voltage lower than 11.5V ( ± 0.2V ). Prevent the car battery exhausted, so as to
prepare for the next ignition start.
-Notice:
Do not operate the phone or dash cam while driving. The wireless control of
dash cam via Smartphone only after the vehicle safely parked.
Do not attempt to alter or repair this device. Any alterations or unauthorized
repairs will void the warranty.
This device can only be used as directed. Any unauthorized power distribution
(such as by attaching this item directly to the battery) might damage the device,
and it will void the warranty.
This manual should be kept for installation, operation, and specification checks.
Upgrades, updates, and other reasons for change may cause specifications to
change, resulting in a change in type.
