Thedevicepasswordistheprimarprotectionforourdataandservices.Axisdevicesdonotimposeapasswordpolicasthe
mabeusedinvarioustpesofinstallations.
Toprotectourdatawestronglrecommendthatou:
•Useapasswordwithatleast8characters,preferablcreatedbapasswordgenerator.
•Don’texposethepassword.
•Changethepasswordatarecurringinterval,atleastonceaear.

•Formostusecases,selectAutomaticexposure.
•Forenvironmentswithcertainarticiallighting,forexampleuorescentlighting,selectFlicker-free.
Selectthesamefrequencasthepowerlinefrequenc.
•Forenvironmentswithcertainarticiallightandbrightlight,forexampleoutdoorswithuorescentlightingatnightand
sunduringdatime,selectFlicker-reduced.
Selectthesamefrequencasthepowerlinefrequenc.
•Tolockthecurrentexposuresettings,selectHoldcurrent.
