WIRELESS N 3G ROUTER
RECONFIGURING TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET
1. Make ure that the HW550-3G i witched off
2. U ing an Ethernet cable connect the HW550-3G’ WAN port to the wall ocket
3. Connect the power adapter to the HW550-3G then turn it on
4. At the back of your computer look for the Ethernet port, connect an Ethernet cable to your
computer’ Ethernet port then connect the other end of the cable to the HW550-3G’ LAN port
5. On your computer open your Internet brow er then type 192.168.2.1
6. An authentication page will pop-up, type admin for the u ername and admin for the pa word
then click OK
7. Thi will open the HW550-3G’ Web U er Interface, Go to Wizard to etup your router
8. Under Wizard Page click Next to proceed with the etup

9. Select the Time Zone from the drop down box then click Next
10. Under Internet Connection Type page, elect Ethernet WAN then click Next
11. Under WAN, et the Connection Method to PPPoE, enter the U ername and Pa word and click
Next to proceed to the next tep

12. Under Wirele Setting, tick Wirele Enabled, Broadca t SSID Enabled, fill up the SSID box for
your wirele network name, tick WPA Enabled to ecure your Wirele network then enter the
pa word that you would like to u e on the required field
13. Under Summary page confirm all the etting that will be loaded into the router, if the
information are correct click Apply to ave the change

14. Once the etting are applied, under Home tab the Connection Statu hould be Connected to
Internet
Note:
1. If the connection attempt fail , double-check the u ername and pa word from the ervice
provider.
2. En ure that the cable on the WAN Port i ecurely in erted.
