Allgemeine Sicherheitsbestimmungen
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung vor Gebrauch sorgfältig
lesen.
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung für alle Benutzer zugäng-
lich aufbewahren.
 Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung löst die
Garantiebedingungen für das Produkt und kann zu
schweren Personen- und Sachschäden führen.
 Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
benutzt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise vor Gebrauch
 Herstellerangaben und Sicherheitshinweise des zu
beprobenden Mediums beachten.
 Das Gerät nur im Rahmen der Materialbeständigkeit
und bestimmungsgemäß verwenden. Jede andere
Art der Verwendung wirkt sich auf Gewährleistung/
Garantie aus.
 Bei der Bedienung nie Gewalt anwenden.
 Nicht für den EX-Bereich geeignet.
Sicherheitshinweise während und nach Gebrauch
 Das Gerät ist im Temperaturbereich von 0 - 40 °C
verwendbar.
 Das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit schützen.
 Während der Verwendung auf ausreichend Platz achten.
Aufbau und Funktion
 Das Gerät ist zum Beproben von Schüttgütern (riesel-
fähige Pulver und Granulate bis 4 mm Durchmesser)
aus Behältern, Silos, BigBags und Säcken geeignet.
 Das Gerät ist nur zur Probenahme (Probenahmemenge
max. 1000 ml) und nicht zum Dauereinsatz geeignet.
 Das Gerät während der Lagerung vor Witterungsein-
flüssen schützen.
 Die Lanze und Förderspirale sind wartungsfrei und
zur Dampfsterilisation (bis 121°C) geeignet.

Lieferumfang
 Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden
prüfen.
 Schäden an der Verpackung umgehend beim Spedi-
teur/Lieferant anzeigen.
Montage
1. Adapter für Stechlanze in die Aufnahme
Antriebseinheit der Antriebseinheit Bosch 
stecken. Den Feststellring in Richtung drehen,
bis er hörbar einrastet.
2. Förderspirale in die Stechlanze stecken.
3. Stechlanze mittels Überwurfmutter an Adapter
für Stechlanze anschrauben. (Auf Positionierung
Kupplungshülse zu Aufnahme Spirale achten.
(siehe Bild unten).

HINWEIS!
Reinigungs- und Wartungshinweise von Antriebs-
einheit Bosch beachten.
HINWEIS!
Die Beschaffenheit des Mediums kann durch die
Probenahme verändert werden (Zermahlen, Erhit-
zen, Abrieb von Metallpartikeln).
 Die Funktionsfähigkeit des Geräts ist von der
Beschaffenheit des Mediums abhängig.
HINWEIS!
Sicherheitshinweise von Antriebseinheit Bosch beachten.
VORSICHT!
Körperverletzung durch Quetschen der Finger.
 Förderspirale vorsichtig einstecken.



4. Probenbeutel in Beutelhalteklammer 11 stecken.
5. Beutelhalteklammer 11 an Probenauslass 12 befestigen.
Sichere Probenahme
1. Den Gangwahlschalter 13 auf „Gang 1“ stellen
(niedriger Drehzahlbereich) und auf den Ein-/Aus-
schalter 14 drücken.
WARNUNG!
Körperverletzung durch Einzug von Fingern oder
Haaren.
 Finger und Haare von der Spitze der Sammellan-
ze fernhalten.
2. Die Stechlanze in das Probengut einstechen.
3. Zum Beenden der Probenahme den Ein-/Ausschalter
14 loslassen.
4. Das Gerät aus dem Probengut herausziehen.
Nach der Probenahme
1. Beutelhalteklammer 11 vom Probenauslass 12 lösen.
2. Probenbeutel aus Beutelhalteklammer 11 nehmen
und verschließen.
3. Stechlanze von Adapter für Stechlanze mittels
Überwurfmutter  abschrauben.
4. Adapter für Stechlanze zum Entriegel in Richtung
drehen und von der Aufnahme Antriebseinheit
abziehen.
5. Förderspirale und Stechlanze reinigen.
HINWEIS!
Bei der Probenahme aus einem geschlossenen Sack
den Antrieb erst einschalten, wenn die Sackwand
mit der Spitze der Stechlanze eingestochen ist.
VORSICHT!
Möglichkeit eines elektrischen Schlags.
 Anleitung des Antriebherstellers/Ladegeräther-
stellers beachten.
VORSICHT!
Spitze Teile am Gerät. Verletzungsgefahr.
 Gebinde nicht komplett durchstechen.
 Personen bzw. Körperteile aus dem Gefahrenbe-
reich fernhalten.
VORSICHT!
Einzug des Probenehmers durch bewegliche Teile
im Silo.
 Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn bewegliche Teile
im Silo in Betrieb sind.
VORSICHT!
Mögliche Bruchgefahr während des Betriebes.
 Keine Hebelbewegungen ausführen.
HINWEIS!
Es wird empfohlen, die Aufnahme Spirale  regel-
mäßig zu reinigen, um die Funktionsfähigkeit des
Geräts zu gewährleisten.
 Den Sicherungsring mittels der Zange für
Sicherungsring 15 lösen und das Kugellager von
der Aufnahme Spirale  abnehmen (siehe Bilder
unten).
 Die Aufnahme Spirale  reinigen.
 Den Sicherungsring mittels Zange für Siche-
rungsring 15 wieder montieren.

General safety requirements
 Read these directions for use carefully before using.
 Keep these directions for use where they will be
accessible for all users.
 Failure to comply with the directions for use shall
render all warranty conditions null and void and
may lead to personal injury and material damage.
 The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
Safety instructions before using
 Follow the manufacturer‘s instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are sampling.
 The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
 Do not use any force when operating the instrument.
 Not suitable for EX areas.
Safety instructions during and after use
 The device can be used in the temperature range of
0 - 40 °C.
 Protect the device from moisture.
 Pay attention to have sufficient space during use.
Layout and function
 The instrument is suitable to take samples of bulk goods
(free-flowing powders and granulates up to 4 mm in
diameter) from containers, silos, big bags and sacks.
 The instrument is only suitable to take samples (sampling
quantity max. 1000 ml) and not for continuous operation.
 Protect the instrument against effects of weather
exposure during storage.
 The lance and spiral screw are maintenance-free
and suitable for steam sterilization (up to 121°C).
NOTE!
Follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions
for the Bosch drive unit.
NOTE!
The characteristics of the medium can be changed
by sampling (grinding, heating, abrasion of metal
particles).
 The functionality of the instrument depends on
the characteristics of the medium.

Scope of delivery
 Check delivery for completeness and transport damage.
 Point out any damage in the packaging to the
freight forwarder/supplier immediately.
Assembly
1. Insert the adapter for the lancing device into the
drive unit holder of the Bosch drive unit . Turn
the locking ring in the direction until you hear
it snap into place.
2. Insert spiral screw into lance .
3. Screw the lance to the adapter for lance using
the union nut . (Pay attention to the positioning
of the coupling sleeve to the spiral holder .(see
pictures below))
4. Insert sampling bag into the bag clip 11 .
5. Attach bag clip 11 to sample outlet 12 .
Safe sampling
1. Set the gear selector switch 13 to „Gear 1“ (low
speed range) and press the On/Off switch 14 .
2. Insert the lance into the sample material.
3. To end sampling, release the On/Off button 14 .
4. Pull the instrument out of the sample material.
After taking the sample
1. Remove the bag clip 11 from the sample outlet 12 .
2. Remove the sampling bag  from bag clip 11 and
seal it.
3. Unscrew the lance from adapter for lance using
the union nut .

NOTE!
Follow the safety instructions for the Bosch drive unit.
CAUTION!
Bodiliy injury due to squeezing the fingers.
 Insert the spiral screw carefully.


CAUTION!
Possibility of electrical shock.
 Follow the instructions of the drive manufactu-
rer/battery charger manufacturer.
CAUTION!
Pointed parts on the instrument. Risk of injury.
 Do not pierce the instrument completely
through the container.
 Keep persons and body parts out of the danger area.
CAUTION!
Entanglement of the sampler by moving parts in
the silo.
 Do not use the instrument, if moving parts in
the silo are operating.
WARNING!
Bodily injury due to entanglement of hairs or fingers.
 Keep fingers and hairs away from tip of lance.
NOTE!
When sampling from a closed bag, do not switch on
the drive until the bag wall has been pierced with the
tip of the lance.
CAUTION!
Possible danger of breakage during operation.
 Do not perform any lever movements.

4. Turn the adapter for lance for unlocking in the
direction and pull it off the holder .
5. Clean spiral screw and lance .
NOTE!
It is recommended to clean the spiral holder regu-
larly to ensure proper functioning of the instrument.
 Loosen the circlip using the pliers for circlip
(15) and remove the ball bearing from the
spiral holder (see pictures on the right).
 Clean the spiral holder .
 Reinstall the circlip using pliers for circlip 15 .

Indicaciones de seguridad durante y después de
utilizar el aparato
 El equipo puede usarse en un rango de temperatura
de 0 - 40 °C.
 Proteger el aparato de la humedad.
 Asegúrese de tener el espacio suficiente durante la
aplicación.
Diseño y funcionamiento
 El instrumento es adecuado para tomar muestras
de productos a granel (polvo suelto y granulados
de hasta 4 mm de diámetro) en toneles, barriles,
bigbags y sacos.
 El aparato solo es adecuado para la toma de mue-
stras (cantidad de muestra máx. 1000 ml) y no para
el funcionamiento continuo.
 Proteja el aparato de la interperie durante el alma-
cenamiento.
 La lanza y la espiral de transporte no requieren
mantenimiento y pueden ser esterilizadas con vapor
(hasta 121 °C).

Volumen de suministro
 Compruebe que no falte nada en el volumen de su-
ministro y que no se hayan producido daños durante
el transporte.
 Cualquier daño en el embalaje debe notificarse
inmediatamente al transportista/proveedor.
Montaje
1. Conecte el adaptador para lanzas en el punto de
enganche de la unidad motora . Gire el anillo
de bloqueo en dirección hasta que encaje de
forma audible.
2. Inserte la espiral de transporte en la lanza .
3. Enrosque la lanza con ayuda de la tuerca de racor
al adaptador para lanzas . Preste especial
atención a la colocación del manguito de acopla-
miento (y la broca de la espiral , ( vea las
imágenes de abajo).

¡NOTA!
Se deben respetar las indicaciones de mantenimien-
to y limpieza de la unidad de accionamiento Bosch.
¡NOTA!
La naturaleza del medio puede ser alterada a causa
de la toma de muestras (por molienda, calentamien-
to, abrasión de partículas metálicas).
 La funcionalidad del dispositivo depende de la
naturaleza del medio.

4. Coloque la bolsa de muestras en la pinza para
bolsas 11 .
5. Sujete la pinza para bolsas 11 en el tubo de salida
de muestras 12 .
Toma de muestras segura
1. Coloque el regulador de velocidad 13 en la posición
«Velocidad 1» (pocas revoluciones) y apriete el
botón de encendido/apagado 14 .
2. Introduzca la lanza en el medio a muestrear
hasta la profundidad deseada.
3. Para finalizar la toma de la muestra, suelte el inter-
ruptor de encendido y apagado 14 .
4. Retire la lanza del medio a muestrear.
Después de tomar la muestra
1. Retire la pinza para bolsas 11 del tubo de salida de
muestras 12 .
2. Retire la bolsa de muestras de la pinza 11 y
ciérrela.
3. Desenrosque la lanza del adaptador para lanzas
con ayuda de la tuerca de racor .
4. Gire el adaptador para lanzas  para soltarlo en la
dirección y retírelo del punto de enganche de
la unidad motora .
5. Limpie la espiral de transporte  y la lanza .


¡PRECAUCIÓN!
Riesgo de descarga eléctrica.
 Se deben respetar las instrucciones de los fabri-
cantes del accionamiento y del cargador.
¡PRECAUCIÓN!
El instrumento contiene puntas afiladas. Riesgo
de lesión.
 No perfore el embalaje completamente.
 Mantenga a las personas o partes del cuerpo
fuera de la zona de peligro.
¡PRECAUCIÓN!
Enredo del tomamuestras por las partes movibles
del silo.
 No utilice el instrumento cuando las partes
estén en movimiento.
¡ADVERTENCIA!
Lesiones corporales debido al enredo de partes del
cuerpo, pelo o ropa.
 Mantenga los dedos y el cabello alejados de la
punta de la lanza.
¡NOTA!
Cuando tome la muestra de una bolsa cerrada, no
encienda el motor hasta que la pared de la bolsa
haya sido perforada con la punta de la lanza.
¡PRECAUCIÓN!
Peligro de rotura durante servicio.
 No realice ningú movimiento de palanca duran-
te la aplicación.
¡NOTA!
Se recomienda limpiar la broca de la espiral con
regularidad para garantizar el buen funcionamien-
to del aparato.
 Soltar la arandela de seguridad con ayuda de
los alicates 15 y retirar el rodamiento del engan-
che de la espiral (ver imágenes abajo).
 Limpie la broca de la espiral .
 Vuelva a colocar la arandela de seguridad con
los alicates 15 .

 Respecter les indications du fabricant et les consig-
nes de sécurité du milieu à contrôler.
 Utiliser l‘appareil uniquement dans le cadre de
la résistance du matériau et conformément à la
destination. Tout autre type d‘utilisation affecte la
garantie légale/commerciale.
 N‘employez pas la manière forte pendant la com-
mande de l‘appareil.
 Ne convient pas à l’utilisation en atmosphère
explosive.
Consignes de sécurité pendant et après utilisation
 L‘appareil peut être utilisé dans une plage de
température variant entre 0 et 40 °C.
 Protégez l‘appareil de l‘humidité.
 Assurer qu‘il y a assez d‘espace pendant l‘utilisa-
tion.

Structure et fonction
 L‘appareil est approprié pour le prélèvement de
produits en vrac (des poudres et des granulés fluides
jusqu‘à un diamètre de 4 mm) depuis des récipients,
des silos, bigbags et des sacs.
 L‘appareil est seulement approprié pour le prélèvement
(quantité max. 1000 ml) et n‘est pas approprié pour
une utilisation en continu.
 Protéger l‘appareil contre des conditions météorolo-
giques pendant le stockage.
 La lance et la spirale ne demandent aucun entretien
et sont appropriées pour la stérilisation à la vapeur
(jusqu‘à 121 °C).

Fourniture
 Contrôler l‘intégralité de la livraison et si elle pré-
sente des dommages imputables au transport.
 Signaler immédiatement au transporteur/livreur les
dommages de l‘emballage.
Montage
1. Insérer l‘adaptateur pour la lance dans le support
pour moteur pour le moteur Bosch . Tourner
l‘anneau de serrage dans la direction
jusqu‘au moment où il s‘enclenche de manière
audible.
2. Insérer la spirale de transport dans la lance .
3. Visser la lance à l‘aide de l‘écrou à chapeau 
sur l‘adaptateur pour la lance . (Faire attention au
positionnement du manchon d‘accouplement au
support de la spirale (voir images ci-dessous).
4. Insérer les sachets d‘échantillonnage dans le
bride 11 pour sachet.
5. Attacher le bride pour sachet 11 à la sortie des
échantillons 12 .
Prélèvement d‘échantillons sûr
REMARQUE!
Respecter les consignes de nettoyage et de main-
tenance du moteur Bosch.
REMARQUE!
La nature du milieu peut être modifiée par l‘échan-
tillonnage (broyage, chauffage, abrasion des
particules métalliques).
 La fonctionnalité de l‘appareil dépend de la
nature du milieu.

Engagement du préleveur par des pièces mobiles

les dans le silo sont en service.
REMARQUE!
Il est recommandé de nettoyer régulièrement le
support pour la spirale  pour assurer le bon
fonctionnement de l‘appareil.
 Desserrer le circlip à l‘aide de la pince pour
circlip 15 et retirer le roulement à billes du sup-
port pour la spirale (voir images ci-dessous).
 Nettoyer le support pour la spirale .
 Remonter le circlip à l‘aide de la pince pour
circlip 15 .

1. Régler le sélecteur de vitesse 13 sur « Gang 1 »
(gamme basse vitesse) et appuyer sur l‘interrupteur
marche/arrêt 14 .
2. Percer la lance dans le milieu à échantillonner.
3. Pour terminer le prélèvement d‘échantillons,
relâcher l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt 14 .
4. Retirer l‘appareil du milieu à échantillonner.
AVERTISSEMENT!
Blessure corporelle par engagement des doigts ou
des cheveux.
 Tenir à l‘écart les doigts et les cheveux de l‘ext-
rémité de la lance de prélèvement.
REMARQUE!
Lors d‘un prélèvement depuis un sac fermé, ne
mettez pas en marche le moteur avant que la paroi
du sac ait été percée avec l‘embout de l‘extremité
de la lance.
ATTENTION!
Éventuel risque de rupture pendant le fonctionne-
ment.
 Ne pas faire des mouvements de levier.
Après le prélèvement de l‘échantillon
1. Détacher la bride de sachet 11 de la sortie des
échantillons 12 .
2. Sortir le sachet de prélèvement du bride de
sachet 11 et fermer.
3. Dévisser la lance de l‘adaptateur pour lance à
l‘aide de l‘écrou chapeau .
4. Tourner l‘adaptateur pour lance dans le sens
afin de le déverrouiller et l‘enlever du support pour
moteur .
5. Nettoyer la spirale de transport et la lance .

 Этот прибор разрешается использовать только квали-
фицированному персоналу.
Указания по технике безопасности перед
началом эксплуатации
 Принимайте во внимание данные производителя
и указания по технике безопасности в отношении
тестируемого материала.
 Применяйте прибор только с учётом прочности
материала и разрешённого назначения. Любой иной
вид использования влечёт за собой соответствующие
последствия для гарантийных обязательств.
 При эксплуатации никогда не применяйте силу.
 Нельзя работать с взрывоопасными веществами.
Правила техники безопасности при исполь-
зовании и после использования прибора
 Эксплуатация прибора возможна в температурном
диапазоне 0 - 40 °C.
 Берегите устройство от влаги.
 Обеспечьте достаточное пространство во время
использования.
Конструкция и принцип действия
 Устройство подходит для отбора проб свободно-
текучих материалов (сыпучих порошков и гранул
диаметром до 4 мм) из контейнеров, зернохранилищ,
биг-бэгов и мешков.
 Устройство предназначено только для отбора проб
(макс. объем пробы 1000 мл), а не для непрерывного
использования.
 Защитите устройство от влияния погодных условий
во время хранения.
 Пикообразная трубка и спиральный винт не требуют
технического обслуживания и пригодны для стерили-
зации горячим паром (до 121°C).
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Соблюдайте указания по чистке и техническому
обслуживанию приводного блока Bosch.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Состояние вещества может быть изменено путем
отбора проб (измельчение, нагрев, трение металли-
ческих частиц).
 Функциональная возможность устройства зависит
от состояния вещества.

Комплект поставки

Монтаж
1. Вставьте адаптер для просекателя  в узел
крепления  приводного блока Bosch . Поворачи-
вайте стопорное кольцо (4) в направлении до
его фиксации с характерным звуком.
2. Вставьте спиральный винт  в пикообразную трубку .
3. Прикрутите пикообразную трубку  с помощью
накидной гайки  к адаптеру для просекателя .
(Обратите внимание на расположение соедини-
тельной муфты  по отношению к узлу крепления
спирального винта .) (см. рисунки ниже).
4. Вставьте пакет для проб  в зажим для пакетов 11 .
5. Прикрепите зажим для пакетов 11 к выходу для
образца 12 .
Безопасный отбор проб
1. Установите переключатель скорости 13 на „Скорость
1“ (малое число оборотов) и нажмите кнопку включе-
ния/выключения 14 .
2. Воткните пикообразную трубку  в объём материала,
из которого должна быть взята проба.

Затягиавние пробоотборника вследствие подвижных
частей в зернохранилище.
 Не используйте устройство, если подвижные ча-
сти находятся в эксплуатации в зернохранилище.
ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ!
Опасность получения травмы, которая может быть
вызвана затягиванием пальцев или волос.
 Держите пальцы и волосы на безопасном рассто-
янии от наконечника просекателя.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
При отборе проб из закрытого мешка не включайте
привод до тех пор, пока стенка мешка не будет
проткнута наконечником пикообразной трубки.

3. Для завершения отбора пробы отпустите
выключатель 14 .
4. Извлеките устройство из отбираемого материала.
После отбора пробы
1. Снимите зажим для пакетов 11 с выхода для образца
12 .
2. Извлеките пакет для проб  из зажима для пакетов
11 и закройте его.
3. Открутите пикообразную трубку  от адаптера для
просекателя  с помощью накидной гайки .
4. Для рассоединения поверните адаптер для
просекателя  в направлении и снимите его с
узла крепления приводного блока .
5. Очистите спиральный винт  и пикообразную трубку
.
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Вероятная опасность разрушения при использовании.
 При использовании не допускайте сгибающих
движений.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Рекомендуется регулярно очищать узел крепления
спирального винта  для обеспечения правильной
работы устройства.
 Ослабьте предохранительное кольцо плоско-
губцами для предохранительного кольца 15 и
снимите шарикоподшипник с узла крепления
спирального винта  (см. рисунки ниже).
 Очистите узел крепления спирального винта .
 Установите предохранительное кольцо, исполь-
зуя плоскогубцы для предохранительного кольца
15 .
