Allgemeine Sicherheitsbestimmungen
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung vor Gebrauch sorgfältig
lesen.
 Diese Gebrauchsanleitung für alle Benutzer zugäng-
lich aufbewahren.
 Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchsanleitung löst die
Garantiebedingungen für das Produkt und kann zu
schweren Personen- und Sachschäden führen.
 Das Gerät darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal
benutzt werden.
Sicherheitshinweise vor Gebrauch
 Herstellerangaben und Sicherheitshinweise des zu
beprobenden Mediums beachten.
 Bei der Beprobung von Gefahrgut die technischen
Regeln für Gefahrstoffe (gemäß TRGS) beachten und
angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.
 Das Gerät nur im Rahmen der Materialbeständigkeit
und bestimmungsgemäß verwenden. Jede andere
Art der Verwendung wirkt sich auf Gewährleistung/
Garantie aus.
 Bei der Bedienung nie Gewalt anwenden.
Sicherheitshinweise während und nach Gebrauch
 Das Gerät ist im Temperaturbereich bis max. 60 °C
verwendbar.
 Der Probenahmebereich muss frei von Stör- und
Gefahrenquellen sein (z. B. drehende Teile).
 Bei der Anwendung keine Hebel- oder Schlagbewe-
gungen ausführen. Gerät kann verbogen werden.
 Das Gerät nur mit menschlicher Handkraft betäti-
gen.
 Während der Verwendung auf ausreichenden
Arbeitsraum achten.
 Die Probenahmestelle muss während des Gebrauchs
einsehbar sein.
 Angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen.
Aufbau und Funktion
 Das Gerät besteht aus Edelstahl V4A (1.4404).
HINWEIS!
Vor Gebrauch muss der Artikel im Umfang ihres
(validierten) Reinigungsprozesses gereinigt werden.
 Maßnahmen der manuellen Reinigung müssen
im Reinigungs-/Desinfektionsbereich und unter
Beachtung des Arbeitsschutzes durchgeführt
werden.
 Materialbeständigkeit beachten.
 Das Gerät ist zur Oberflächenbeprobung von gefro-
renen, hochviskosen, pastösen Nahrungsmitteln wie
z. B. Speiseeis und ähnlichen Medien geeignet.
 Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei und zur Dampfsterilisati-
on (bis 121°C) geeignet.
Medium berührende Teile
 Edelstahl V4A (1.4404)
Schäden an der Verpackung umgehend beim Spediteur/
Lieferant anzeigen.
Sichere Probenahme
1. Den Sammelzylinder mit Hilfe der Bajonettverbin-
dung am Gerät befestigen.
2. Gerät im Uhrzeigersinn in das Probengut eindrehen.
3. Gerät aus dem Probengut herausziehen.
4. Den Sammelzylinder vom Gerät abnehmen.
5. Probe vorsichtig aus dem Gerät herauslösen.
6. Gerät reinigen.
VORSICHT!
Scharfe Teile am Gerät. Verletzungsgefahr.
 Hände vom Schneidebereich fernhalten.
 Das Gerät nicht in den Mund einführen.
HINWEIS!
Möglicher Verlust des Sammelzylinders während
der Verwendung.
 Sitz des Sammelzylinders vor der Verwendung
überprüfen.
VORSICHT!
Erfrierungen durch Kontakt mit tiefgefrorenem
Probengut.
 Kontaktzeit minimieren.
 Angemessene Schutzausrüstung tragen (Kälte-
schutzhandschuhe).
VORSICHT!
Bewegliche Teile am Gerät. Verletzungs- und
Quetschgefahr.
 Vorsichtiges Montieren des Sammelzylinders.
VORSICHT!
Körperverletzung durch Stoßen der Hand beim
Herausziehen.
 Auf ausreichend Platz während der Verwendung
achten.

General safety requirements
 Read these directions for use carefully before using.
 Keep these directions for use where they will be
accessible for all users.
 Failure to comply with the directions for use shall
render all warranty conditions null and void and
may lead to personal injury and material damage.
 The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
Safety instructions before using
 Follow the manufacturer‘s instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are sampling.
 When sampling hazardous substances, follow
the technical rules on hazardous substances (in
accordance with TRGS – (German) Technical Rules
on Hazardous Substances) and wear appropriate
protective equipment.
 The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
 Do not use any force when operating the instru-
ment.
Safety instructions during and after use
 The instrument can be used at temperatures up to
60 °C.
 The sampling area has to be free of disturbing fac-
tors and hazard sources (e.g. rotating elements).
 Do not perform any lever or batting movements
during the application. The instrument may be
deformed.
 Only operate the instrument with manual force.
 Pay attention to have sufficient space during use.
 The sampling area must be observable during the
use.
 Wear the appropriate protective clothing.
Layout and function
 The instrument is made of stainless steel 1.4404
(AISI 316 L).
 The instrument is suitable to take surface samples
of frozen, highly viscous, paste-like food such as
ice-cream and similar substances.
 The instrument is maintenance-free and suitable for
steam sterilisation (up to 121°C).
Parts in contact with medium
 Stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316 L)
Point out any damage in the packaging to the freight
forwarder/supplier immediately.
Safe sampling
1. Connect the collection cylinder to the instrument
using the bayonet connection .
2. Screw the instrument clockwise into the medium to
be sampled.
3. Pull the instrument out of the medium to be
sampled.
4. Disconnect the collection cylinder from the instru-
ment.
5. Carefully remove the sample from the instrument.
6. Clean the instrument.
NOTE!
Before using, the instrument has to be cleaned to
the extent of your (validated) cleaning process.
 Measures of manual cleaning have to be carried
out in the cleaning/desinfection area and under
consideration of occupational health and safety.
 Pay attention to the material resistance.
CAUTION!
Sharp parts on the instrument. Risk of injury.
 Keep hands well away from the cutting area.
 Do not insert the instrument into the mouth.
CAUTION!
Frostbites due to contact with deep-frozen
sampling material.
 Minimize contact time.
 Wear the appropriate protective clothing (cold
protection gloves).
CAUTION!
Moving parts on the instrument. Risk of crushing.
 Attach the collection cylinder carefully.
NOTE!
Possible loss of the collection cylinder during use.
 Verify that the collection cylinder is attached
correctly before use.

Indicaciones de seguridad previas al uso del

mentacion técnica para líquidos inflamables (según

la resistencia de los materiales y el uso previsto.
Cualquier otro tipo de uso invalidará la garantía.
 No utilice la fuerza durante el manejo del aparato.
Indicaciones de seguridad durante y después de
utilizar el aparato
 El equipo puede usarse hasta un límite de tempera-
tura de máximo 60°.
 El área de muestreo debe estar libre de factores
de riesgo y situaciones de peligro (p.ej. elementos
giratorios).
 No realice ningún movimiento de palanca durante
la aplicación. El instrumento se puede deformar.
 Aplicar únicamente fuerza manual durante su
utilzación.
 Asegúrese de tener el espacio suficiente durante la
aplicación.
 El área de muestreo debe ser vigilada durante el
uso.
 Utilice el equipo de protección adecuado.
Diseño y funcionamiento
 El instrumento está hecho de acero inoxidable
1.4404 (AISI 316 L).
 El intrsumento es adecuado para tomar muestras de la
superficie de alimentos congelados, altamente viscosos
o pastosos como p.ej. helados y sustancias similares.
 El aparato no requiere mantenimiento y se puede
esterilizar por vapor (hasta 121 °C).
Piezas en contacto con el medio
 Acero inoxidable 1.4404 (AISI 316 L)
Cualquier daño en el embalaje debe notificarse inmedi-
atamente al transportista/proveedor.
Toma de muestras segura
1. Conecte el cilindro colector en el instrumento
usando el cierre de bayoneta .
2. Gire el instrumento en el sentido de las agujas del
reloj en el medio a muestrear.
3. Retire el instrumento del medio.
4. Retire el cilindro colector del instrumento.
5. Con cuidado retire la muestra del instrumento.
6. Limpie el instrumento.
¡NOTA!
Antes de utilizar, limpiar el aparato según el proto-
colo de validación de limpieza establecido.
 Las medidas de limpieza manual, han de ser
llevadas a cabo en las zonas de limpieza/desin-
fección y teniendo en consideración las reglas
de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
 Tener en cuenta las resistencias químicas.
¡PRECAUCIÓN!
El instrumento contiene partes cortantes. Riesgo
de lesiones.
 Mantenga las manos alejadas de la zona de corte.
 No inserte el aparato en la boca.
¡PRECAUCIÓN!
Congelación debido al contacto con materiales
ultracongelados.
 Minimice el tiempo de contacto.
 Utilice el equipo de protección adecuado (guan-
tes de protección contra el frío).

 Coloque el cilindro colector con cuidado.

Posible pérdida de la cámara colectora durante la

 Lors du prélèvement de matières dangereuses,
respecter les règles techniques pour les substances
dangereuses (selon TRGS) et porter un équipement
de protection approprié.
 Utiliser l‘appareil uniquement dans le cadre de
la résistance du matériau et conformément à la
destination. Tout autre type d‘utilisation affecte la
garantie légale/commerciale.
 N‘employez pas la manière forte pendant la com-
mande de l‘appareil.
Consignes de sécurité pendant et après utilisation
 L‘appareil peut être utilisé dans une gamme de
température jusqu‘à 60 °C.
 La zone de prélèvement d‘échantillons doit être
exempte de sources de perturbation et de danger
(par exemple, pièces en rotation).
 Ne pas faire des mouvements de levier ou de frappe
pendant l‘utilisation. L‘appareil peut-être déformé.
 Utilisez l‘appareil seulement avec la force manuelle.
 Assurer qu‘il y a assez d‘espace pendant l‘utilisation.
 Le point d‘échantillonnage doit être visible pendant
l‘utilisation.
 Porter un équipement de protection approprié.
Structure et fonction
 L‘appareil est en acier inoxydable 1.4404 (AISI 316 L).
 L‘appareil est approprié pour l‘échantillonnage de
la surface des denrées alimentaires surgelées, forte-
ment visqueuses et pâteuses comme par exemple la
glace alimentaire et des substances analogues.
 L‘appareil ne requiert aucun entretien et est approp-
rié pour la stérilisation à la vapeur (jusqu‘à 121°C).
Pièces en contact avec le milieu
 Acier inoxydable 1.4404 (AISI 316 L)
Signaler immédiatement au transporteur/livreur les
dommages de l‘emballage.
Prélèvement d‘échantillons sûr
1. Fixer le cylindre collecteur à l‘appareil à l‘aide de
la connexion à baïonnette .
2. Tourner l‘appareil dans le sens des aiguilles d‘une
montre dans le milieu à échantillonner.
3. Retirer l‘appareil du milieu à échantillonner.
4. Retirer le cylindre collecteur de l‘appareil.
5. Détacher l‘échantillon de l‘appareil avec précaution.
6. Nettoyer l‘appareil.
REMARQUE!
Avant l‘utilisation, l‘appareil doit être nettoyée
selon la conformité de votre processus de nettoya-
ge validé.
 Des mesures de nettoyage manuel doivent être ef-
fectuées dans la zone de nettoyage/désinfection et
en respectant les consignes de sécurité du travail.
 Respecter les résistances chimiques.
ATTENTION!
Pièces pointues sur l‘appareil. Risque de blessure.
 Garder les mains à distance de la zone de coupe.
 Ne pas insérer l‘appareil dans la bouche.
ATTENTION!
Gelures à cause du contact avec des échantillons
surgelés.
 Minimiser le temps de contact.
 Porter un équipement de protection approprié
(gants de protection contre le froid).
ATTENTION!
Pièces mobiles sur l‘appareil. Risque d‘écrasement.
 Monter le cylindre collecteur avec précaution.
REMARQUE!
Perte potentielle du cylindre collecteur pendant
l‘utilisation.
 Vérifier que le cylindre collecteur est attaché
correctement avant l‘utilisation.

 Перед применением внимательно ознакомьтесь с
данной инструкцией по эксплуатации.
 Храните эту инструкцию по эксплуатации в месте,
доступном для всех пользователей.
 Несоблюдение требований инструкции по эксплуата-
ции влечёт за собой аннулирование гарантийных ус-
ловий в отношении изделия и может стать причиной
значительного травматизма и материального ущерба.
 Этот прибор разрешается использовать только
квалифицированному персоналу.
Указания по технике безопасности перед
началом эксплуатации
 Принимайте во внимание данные производителя
и указания по технике безопасности в отношении
тестируемого материала.
 При работе с опасными веществами необходимо со-
блюдать технические правила для горючих жидкостей
(согласно ТПГЖ) и пользоваться соответствующими
средствами защиты.
 Применяйте прибор только с учётом прочности
материала и разрешённого назначения. Любой иной
вид использования влечёт за собой соответствующие
последствия для гарантийных обязательств.
 При эксплуатации никогда не применяйте силу.
Правила техники безопасности при исполь-
зовании и после использования прибора
 Эксплуатация прибора возможна в температурном
диапазоне до макс. 60 °C.
 Зона пробоотбора должна быть свободна от источ-
ников помех и опасностей (таких как: вращающиеся
детали).
 При использовании не допускайте сгибающих движе-
ний или ударов. Устройство может быть изогнуто.
 Используйте устройство только вручную.
 Обеспечьте достаточное пространство во время

использования.

Конструкция и принцип действия
 Устройство состоит из нержавеющей стали 1.4404
(AISI 316 L).
 Устройство предназначено для поверхностного отбо-
ра проб замороженных, высоковязких, пастообразных
продуктов питания, например таких как мороженое.
 Прибор не требует технического обслуживания и при-
годен для стерилизации горячим паром (до 121°C).
Контактирующие со средой детали
 Нержавеющая сталь 1.4404 (AISI 316 L)
О нарушениях упаковки следует незамедлительно
уведомлять экспедитора / поставщика.
Безопасный отбор проб
1. Закрепите пробоотборный цилиндр  на устройстве
с помощью байонетного соединения .
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Перед использованием продукт должен быть
очищен в соответствии с тербованиями вашего
(валидированного) процесса очистки.
 Ручная очистка должна проводиться в зоне очист-
ки/дезинфекции и в соответствии с соблюдением
правил охраны труда.
 Принимайте во внимание химическую устойчи-
вость материалов.
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Острые детали на устройстве. Опасность получения
травм.
 При работе держите руки на безопасном расстоянии.
 Не берите устройство в рот.
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Обморожение в результате контакта с замороженным
материалом.
 Минимизируйте время контактирования.
 Пользуйтесь соответствующими средствами
индивидуальной защиты (Перчатки для защиты
от холода).
ОСТОРОЖНО!
Подвижные части устройства. Опасность сдавли-
вания.
 Осторожно установите пробоотборный цилиндр.
УКАЗАНИЕ!
Возможная потеря пробоотборного цилиндра во
время использования.
 Проверьте позиционирование пробоотборного

емый материал.
3. Извлеките устройство из отбираемого материала.
4. Снимите пробоотборный цилиндр с устройства.
5. Аккуратно удалите образец из устройства.
